What is AllTheTweaks?

AllTheTweaks is the pack's own utility mod. This pack ships version 2.10.0 of it. From the sources I have, its clearest role is that it provides the items for the ATM Star goal, so it's the mod you'll meet at the very end of the progression.[1][2]
Who it's for
If you're aiming for the endgame, this is your mod. You won't touch most of its items early on. They show up when you reach the late-game quest chapters.[2][3]
The ATM Star path
Chapter 4: The ATM Star is built around AllTheTweaks items. The final quest, "&#FFDA59ATM Star" quest, asks you to obtain the ATM Star. It only unlocks after you've completed a set of prerequisite quests, and seven of those each ask for a different AllTheTweaks item.[2]

An alternative route
The pack adds a second ATM Star recipe that uses an ATM Star Shard and a Patrick Star. The Patrick Star has its own Extended Crafting table recipe, and a Productive Bees centrifuge recipe also outputs it. A different centrifuge recipe outputs ATM Star Shards. The pack also changed the Mekanism crushing recipe that turns an ATM Star into a shard.[4]

How does AllTheTweaks work?

What the sources show for AllTheTweaks in this pack is a config file that sets the pack's identity, a Discord Rich Presence feature, and a handful of crafting items that lead to the ATM Star. That's what this section covers.[4][5][6]
Packmode and pack identity
The main switch is packmode.enable. It supplies the pack identity for anything left blank in the pack section. The range is 0 to 8, and the mod default is 0. The pack changes it to 2, which the config comment labels SKY.[6]
pack.display_name is the name shown in the window title and on the main menu branding lines. It's blank here, so the name comes from the packmode profile. pack.discord.application_id and pack.discord.large_image work the same way: 0 or blank means they are taken from the profile.[5][6]
The version fields packversionmaj.major, packversionmin.minor and packversionminrev.minorrev are set to 1, 0 and 0 in this file. Those match the mod defaults, so the pack leaves them alone.[6]
Discord Rich Presence and window icons
Rich Presence is switched on through discord.discord, which is true in the pack.[6]
While you sit in the menu, pack.discord.idle_messages replaces the plain Main Menu line. The pack ships its own list of lines, including "Getting coffee" and "Doomscrolling". One is picked at random and swapped for another every minute. Leave the list empty to always show the plain menu line.[5][6]
pack.curseforge_url sets the target of the CurseForge button on the presence card, and a blank value means no button. pack.discord.small_image is a small corner icon, blank here, meaning none. The window icons pack.window.icon_16 and pack.window.icon_32 are file names inside the allthetweaks config folder. Blank uses the bundled icon.[5][6]
Star and storage block crafting
The mod's blocks are compact storage versions of stars and pearls. The star blocks, the Nether Star Block and the Ender Pearl Block come from shaped crafting recipes, and the two star blocks can be turned back into stars with shapeless recipes. The decompress recipes for these four blocks are marked as changed by the pack.[4]

How do you progress through AllTheTweaks?

In this pack, the big goal at the end of the quest book is the ATM Star. It has its own chapter, "Chapter 4: The ATM Star". The chapter funnels into one final quest, "&#FFDA59ATM Star" quest, which asks you to hand in the ATM Star itself. Its text reads "Well, you got it. I wanna say I was skeptical but you got it."[2]

How does AllTheTweaks work with other mods?

AllTheTweaks is the glue between a lot of mods in this pack. Its items show up as ingredients in recipes from many other mods, and most of those recipes were added or changed by the pack. The biggest example is the ATM Star, which is built from parts that come from many different mods and is then used to unlock creative-tier items in other mods.[4]

Which AllTheTweaks config options matter?

AllTheTweaks is mostly a branding and identity mod, so its config is short. Almost everything lives in one file, and only one value was changed from the mod default. That one value matters, though.[6]
The pack mode
packmode.enable is set to 2 in this pack. The mod default is 0, so this is a pack change. The value can range from 0 to 8, and the file's comment maps the numbers to names: ATM = 0, SLOP = 1, SKY = 2, MAGIC = 3, EXPERT = 4, GRAVITAS = 5, LITE = 6, AOA = 7, MON = 8. A value of 2 is the SKY profile.[6]
This option supplies the pack identity for anything left blank in the pack section. That is why several options below are empty on purpose.[6]
Values that fall back to the packmode profile
