What is AllTheTweaks?
This pack ships AllTheTweaks at version 2.6.9, using the file allthetweaks-1.21.1-2.6.9.jar. It was already part of the pack in version 1.0 or earlier, so it has been there since the early days.[1]
Unverified The sources here do not describe what AllTheTweaks changes in the game: no platform description and no in-jar guidebook were found for it. They also do not show where the pack's quest book places the mod. Check the mod's own files in the pack before relying on any specific behaviour.
How do you get started with AllTheTweaks?

In this pack, the AllTheTweaks recipes all revolve around one item: the ATM Star. You can reach it by a short route or a long one, and both are Extended Crafting shaped table recipes added by the pack. Here is the order I'd go in.[2]
First: make a Patrick Star
Start with the Patrick Star. You need it for the short route to the ATM Star, and it is a table recipe added by the pack.[2]

The pack has also changed a Productive Bees centrifuge recipe so that it outputs a Patrick Star along with wax. That is a second way to get one.[2]

The long way
The other ATM Star recipe skips the shard. Instead, you make the Dragon Soul, Improbable Probability Device, Nexium Emitter, Oblivion Shard, Philosopher's Fuel, Pulsating Black Hole and Wither's Compass first. The pack added the recipe for each of them. They are shown below one by one, ending with the star itself.[2]

Storing your stars
Once you have stars, you can pack them into an ATM Star Block and unpack them again. The mod also has compact blocks for the GregStar, nether stars and ender pearls: GregStar Block, Nether Star Block and Ender Pearl Block.[2]

How does AllTheTweaks work?

Here's the thing about AllTheTweaks: the sources I have for this pack show no machines, multiblocks, power or fluid handling. What the mod adds is a small set of crafting items and storage blocks, plus a handful of pack settings. So this section is short and sticks to what the pack files confirm.[2][3]
Pack mode and settings
The mod's config file holds a pack mode switch, packmode.enable. The mod default is 0, but this pack sets it to 2. The file's own comment lists the modes as ATM = 0, SLOP = 1, SKY = 2, MAGIC = 3, EXPERT = 4, GRAVITAS = 5 and LITE = 6, so 2 is the SKY mode. The accepted range is 0 to 6.[3]
The other options are simple, and here is what each one is set to in this pack:[3]
- discord.discord is true. It enables Discord Rich Presence.[3]
- packversionmaj.major is 1, the same as the mod default. It is labelled as the pack release version.[3]
- packversionmin.minor is 0, the same as the mod default. It is labelled as the pack minor version.[3]

Star storage blocks
The mod adds compact block forms of several star and pearl items: ATM Star Block, GregStar Block, Nether Star Block and Ender Pearl Block. Each has a shaped crafting recipe from the mod itself. The ATM and GregStar blocks accept anything in their mod item tags, the Nether Star block accepts anything in the common nether stars tag, and the Ender Pearl block accepts anything in the common ender pearls tag.[2]

You can turn the blocks back into items too. Both the ATM Star and the GregStar have a shapeless recipe that takes any matching storage block.[2]

The pack also links these blocks to its compressed-block system. Shapeless decompress recipes turn the 1x compressed version of each block into the normal block, and the dump marks these as changed by the pack.[2]

The ATM Star crafting chain
The main thing this mod does in the pack is gate the ATM Star. It is crafted in an Extended Crafting shaped table, and the recipe is added by the pack. It needs a whole set of items from this mod, plus blocks from other mods, so you craft those first.[2]

How do you progress through AllTheTweaks?

Unverified The sources here show no quests in this pack that involve AllTheTweaks, and the mod is not on the ATM Star quest path. The progression below comes only from the in-pack recipes, not from a quest line.
AllTheTweaks is mostly about one goal: crafting the ATM Star. In this pack there are two routes to it, and both are recipes the pack added, crafted in an Extended Crafting shaped table.[2]
Route 1: the full component build
The main ATM Star recipe asks for a set of AllTheTweaks components, plus Allthemodium, Unobtainium and Vibranium blocks and an Ultimate Singularity. Each component has its own pack-added shaped crafting recipe, and they pull items from many different mods, so expect to be working across the whole pack.[2]

Route 2: shards and the Patrick Star
The pack also has a second ATM Star recipe that combines an ATM Star Shard with a Patrick Star. Both items have their own recipes, so you can build toward this route piece by piece.[2]

The pack has also changed two Productive Bees centrifuge recipes. One gives a Patrick Star plus wax, and the other gives an ATM Star Shard plus a Nether Star Shard. The recipe dump does not show which honeycomb feeds each one, so check that in game.[2]

How does AllTheTweaks work with other mods?

AllTheTweaks items show up in recipes from a lot of other mods in this pack. The most important one is the ATM Star, which is the key ingredient in many of the pack's creative-tier recipes.[2]
Making the ATM Star
The pack adds the ATM Star recipe to the Extended Crafting shaped table. It combines the Block of Allthemodium, Block of Unobtainium, Block of Vibranium and an Ultimate Singularity with the AllTheTweaks components listed below. Those components are crafted from other mods' items, which is where most of the cross-mod links come from.[2]

- Nexium Emitter uses Singularity, Wireless Universal Terminal, Mechanical Arm, Module Gravitational Modulating Unit, Superconductor, Player Transmitter (Nitro) and Wireless Router.[2]
- Oblivion Shard uses Shattered Singularity, Quantum Entangled Singularity, Paradox Machine and Manhattan Module.[2]

Creative items that use the ATM Star
The pack also uses the ATM Star to make creative versions of other mods' items. Several of these are Powah energizing recipes added by the pack, where a high-tier energy item and an ATM Star give the creative counterpart.[2]
- Energy: Creative Energy Cell (from a Superdense Energy Cell), Creative Capacitor, Creative Power Source, Creative Energy Battery (from an Energy Battery) and Energy Cell (Creative) (from an Energy Cell (Nitro)) all have energizing recipes added by the pack.[2]
- Ars Nouveau: Creative Source Jar is made at the enchanting apparatus from an ATM Star and a Source Gem Block. Creative Spell Book is a crafting recipe that starts from the Unobtainium Spell Book.[2]
- Mekanism: Creative Chemical Tank and Creative Fluid Tank use the full ATM Star Block, an Unobtainium Ingot and an Ultimate tank.[2]
- PneumaticCraft: Creative Compressed Iron Block and Creative Compressor are made in the pressure chamber with an ATM Star.[2]
- Iron Jetpacks: the creative Jetpack has a pack-added crafting recipe using an ATM Star, an Block of Unobtainium and Insanium Essence.[2]

Star blocks and Generator Galore
The Nether Star Block is an ingredient in the pack's recipe for the Netherstar Generator, alongside a Netherite Generator and a Wither Skeleton Skull.[2]

AllTheCompressed
The pack changes the AllTheCompressed recipes for the 1x versions of several AllTheTweaks blocks. You can compress the ATM Star Block, GregStar Block and Nether Star Block into their 1x forms, and decompress each of them back. The Ender Pearl Block 1x can also be decompressed into the Ender Pearl Block.[2]

Productive Bees
Productive Bees connects to the mod through recipes the pack changed. An ATM Star Block is the input of the bee conversion recipe for the starry bee. The centrifuge recipes, listed with no item inputs, output Patrick Star with Wax, and ATM Star Shard with Nether Star Shard.[2]

Which AllTheTweaks config options matter?

AllTheTweaks has a small common config, and only one option in it differs from the mod default. All of it lives in config/allthetweaks-common.toml.[3]
Pack mode (changed by the pack)
The option you'll care about most is packmode.enable. The pack sets it to 2, while the mod default is 0. It accepts values from 0 to 6.[3]
The config file's own comment maps the numbers to modes: 0 is ATM, 1 is SLOP, 2 is SKY, 3 is MAGIC, 4 is EXPERT, 5 is GRAVITAS and 6 is LITE. So the pack's value of 2 selects the SKY mode, which fits a skyblock pack.[3]
Discord Rich Presence
discord.discord is set to true, which enables Discord Rich Presence. The sources don't list a mod default for it, so I can't say whether the pack changed it. If you'd rather not show your game status on Discord, this is the option to look at.[3]
Pack version numbers
Three options hold the pack's version number. Each accepts values from 0 to 32,768, and the pack leaves all three at their mod defaults:[3]
