What is AllTheTweaks?
AllTheTweaks is part of the pack's mod list. This pack ships version 2.7.0, built for Minecraft 1.21.1 (the file is allthetweaks-1.21.1-2.7.0.jar).[1]
It is not a new addition: it has been in the pack since All the Mods 10: To the Sky 1.0 or earlier.[1]
The sources I have for this pack only confirm the version and when it was first included. They do not describe what the mod changes in the game, so I am not going to guess at its features.[1]
How do you get started with AllTheTweaks?

AllTheTweaks adds a set of storage blocks and a long chain of items that ends in the ATM Star. The order below is my own reading of the recipes, from cheapest to most expensive. It is not an official progression.[2]
Start with the storage blocks
The simplest things in the mod are its storage blocks. The Ender Pearl Block and the Nether Star Block are both plain crafting table recipes that take any item from the matching common tag, so any item registered as an ender pearl or a nether star works.[2]

The pack also changed the recipes that turn the 1x compressed versions of these blocks back into the normal block. This applies to the Ender Pearl, Nether Star, ATM Star and GregStar blocks, so you can unpack compressed blocks into them.[2]
Get the star materials
The ATM Star has a cheaper route that needs an ATM Star Shard and a Patrick Star. The pack adds a crafting recipe for the Patrick Star that uses several concrete and concrete powder colors.[2]

The pack also changed two Productive Bees centrifuge recipes. One gives a Patrick Star plus wax, and the other gives an ATM Star Shard plus a Nether Star Shard. The recipe dump lists no item inputs for either, so I can't tell you what goes into the centrifuge. Check the recipe viewer in game.[2]
Combine them into an ATM Star
The pack adds a recipe that combines a shard and a Patrick Star into an ATM Star. It uses the Extended Crafting shaped table recipe type, so you need that crafting table first.[2]

The pack's full recipe for the ATM Star is separate and much heavier. It needs several intermediate items with their own pack recipes, such as the Dragon Soul and the Pulsating Black Hole, plus items from other mods. Treat it as an endgame goal.[2]

Storing and splitting stars
You can pack stars into an ATM Star Block or a GregStar Block and unpack them again. The pack also changed the Mekanism crushing recipe that turns an ATM Star into an ATM Star Shard.[2]

How does AllTheTweaks work?

The sources for AllTheTweaks in this pack cover a small config file and a set of crafting recipes, so that is what this section explains. They don't describe machines, multiblocks, power, fluids or item automation for the mod, so none of that is covered here.[2][3]
Pack mode and the config
The one setting that matters is packmode.enable. The mod's default is 0, and the pack changes it to 2. The config comment maps the numbers to modes: ATM = 0, SLOP = 1, SKY = 2, MAGIC = 3, EXPERT = 4, GRAVITAS = 5 and LITE = 6. The accepted range is 0 to 6, so the pack's value of 2 corresponds to SKY.[3]
The rest of the file is housekeeping. discord.discord is true, which enables Discord Rich Presence. The pack version is stored in packversionmaj.major (1), packversionmin.minor (0) and packversionminrev.minorrev (0). Those match the mod defaults, and each accepts values from 0 to 32768.[3]
The ATM Star
The ATM Star is the big endgame item here. The pack adds two ways to make it, and both use the Extended Crafting shaped table recipe type. Both are shown below exactly as the pack defines them.[2]

The full ATM Star route uses several AllTheTweaks components, including the Wither's Compass. The pack adds a KubeJS recipe for each of the items below, so these are pack recipes and not mod defaults.[2]

How do you progress through AllTheTweaks?

In this pack, AllTheTweaks is the mod that adds the ATM Star, along with a set of custom components and storage blocks. Progression here is about crafting those components, then combining them. Everything below comes from the pack's recipe data.[2]
Unverified No quests in this pack involve this mod, and it is not on the ATM Star quest path, so there is no quest chapter to follow for it. The sources here do not show a quest-guided order, so use the recipes below as your progression guide.
Route 1: the full ATM Star recipe
The pack adds an Extended Crafting shaped table recipe for the ATM Star. It uses seven of the mod's own components, plus blocks and an Ultimate Singularity from other mods. This is the long way round.[2]

Route 2: shards and the Patrick Star
There is a second way to make an ATM Star. Combine an ATM Star Shard with a Patrick Star in an Extended Crafting table. The pack added this recipe.[2]

How does AllTheTweaks work with other mods?

AllTheTweaks items sit at the center of many recipes that use items from other mods. Every recipe below was added or changed by the pack, so none of them are mod defaults.[2]
Building the ATM Star
The ATM Star is crafted at an Extended Crafting table, using a recipe the pack added. It takes an Block of Allthemodium, an Block of Unobtainium, a Block of Vibranium, an Ultimate Singularity and a set of AllTheTweaks components.[2]

Each of those components has its own pack-added recipe, and each one asks for items from other mods. That is where most of the cross-mod crafting happens.[2]

- Improbable Probability Device combines Ender IO, MEGA Cells, Mekanism, Oritech and RFTools Utilities items.[2]
- Nexium Emitter combines AE2, AE2 Wireless Terminals, Create, Mekanism, Oritech, Powah and XNet items.[2]
- Oblivion Shard uses Advanced AE, AE2, Just Dire Things and Oritech items.[2]

Which AllTheTweaks config options matter?

AllTheTweaks has a small common config, and only one option in it is something you'd normally think about. Everything lives in config/allthetweaks-common.toml.[3]
Pack mode
packmode.enable is the important one, and it's the only value this pack changed from the mod default. The mod default is 0, and the pack sets it to 2. The allowed range is 0 to 6.[3]
The file's own comment maps the numbers to pack flavours: 0 is ATM, 1 is SLOP, 2 is SKY, 3 is MAGIC, 4 is EXPERT, 5 is GRAVITAS and 6 is LITE. So the pack's value of 2 means SKY mode.[3]
Discord Rich Presence
discord.discord is set to true in this pack. Per the file's comment, it enables Discord Rich Presence. If you don't want that, set it to false.[3]
Version numbers
The pack's version label is built from packversionmaj.major, packversionmin.minor and packversionminrev.minorrev. The pack sets them to 1, 0 and 0, which are the same as the mod defaults. Each accepts values from 0 to 32,768.[3]
These only describe the version and aren't gameplay settings, so you don't need to touch them.[3]
