What is AllTheTweaks?

AllTheTweaks is the All the Mods team's own add-on, and in this pack it supplies the big crafting milestones you work toward in the quest book. All the Mods 10 4.5 ships AllTheTweaks 2.6.6, and the mod has been part of the pack since version 2.25 or earlier.[1]
Where it fits in your progression
You'll mostly meet AllTheTweaks through the quest book. The star chapter has a quest for ATM Star in a quest in "?". That quest only unlocks after you finish the quests for a whole set of the mod's items, so the ATM Star works as the end goal the other items feed into.[2]

Unverified What each of these items does on its own, how they are crafted, and whether this chain counts as the pack's official ATM Star path could not be confirmed from the available pack files. How do you get started with AllTheTweaks?

In this pack, AllTheTweaks is all about building toward the ATM Star. The quest for it, a quest in "?", only opens up after the quests for the mod's star components, and the pack's ATM Star recipe uses those components. So your job is to work through the components one by one, starting with the portals.[2][4]
Step 1: the miniature portals
Start with the Miniature Nether Portal, the Miniature End Portal and the Miniature Exit Portal. Their quests are a quest in "?", a quest in "?" and a quest in "?", and all of them unlock after the same earlier quest. You need them first because all of these portals go into the Dimensional Seed. The pack added all of these recipes.[2][4]

Step 2: the Dimensional Seed
Once you have every portal, craft the Dimensional Seed. Its quest, a quest in "?", comes after the portal quests, and the seed is one of the items in the pack's ATM Star recipe.[2][4]

With every component ready, you can make the ATM Star. You don't make it at a crafting table. The pack adds it as a Star Altar recipe, which is a Modern Industrialization recipe type, and the recipe uses all of the components from the steps above. Once you have a star, you can compress it into an ATM Star Block and craft it back out again. You can also crush it into an ATM Star Shard with Mekanism crushing.[4]

Here's the honest truth up front: the information available for this section only covers how AllTheTweaks items are crafted in this pack. It doesn't describe any machines, multiblocks, power, fluid or item handling, or automation for the mod, so this section focuses on how the crafting chains fit together.[4]
Pack-made recipes
Almost every AllTheTweaks item you'll chase has a crafting recipe added by the pack itself. Each one is a shaped crafting recipe that pulls a showpiece component from lots of different mods. That makes these items a tour through the whole modpack, so plan on progressing in a wide range of mods to finish them.[4]
- Improbable Probability Device takes parts from AE2, Iron Furnaces, Iron's Spellbooks, MEGA Cells, Mekanism, Modern Industrialization and PneumaticCraft.[4]
- Nexium Emitter combines parts from Advanced AE, Create, Immersive Engineering, Mekanism, Modern Industrialization and Powah, among others.[4]
- Philosopher's Fuel is built from power and fuel items from mods such as Big Reactors, Create, Generator Galore, Iron Furnaces, Modern Industrialization and Mystical Agriculture.[4]

The Dimensional Seed chain
The Dimensional Seed is the one item here with a clear multi-step chain. Its recipe needs all three miniature portals, so you have to craft those first. Each portal uses its own pack-added recipe built around Apothic Enchanting shelves and vanilla items.[4]

- Craft the Miniature Exit Portal. This one needs a vanilla dragon egg, so you'll need to have dealt with the Ender Dragon.[4]

Storage blocks and decompression

How do you progress through AllTheTweaks?

The endgame of AllTheTweaks is all about one item: the ATM Star. The pack builds it from a set of big crafting components, and each one has its own quest. Quest a quest in "?" asks for the ATM Star, and it unlocks only after the quests for every one of those components.[2]
Almost every component recipe in this section is added by the pack itself. Expect ingredients from many different mods, so the recipe cards below are your best friend.[4]
Step one: the miniature portals and the Dimensional Seed

Once you have every component, the ATM Star comes together at Modern Industrialization's star altar. The pack's main recipe takes all nine AllTheTweaks components plus a few extra high-end items.[4]

You can turn ATM Stars into an ATM Star Block and back again. Crushing an ATM Star in a Mekanism crusher gives you an ATM Star Shard. Shards also come out of a Productive Bees honeycomb, alongside a Nether Star Shard.[4]

How does AllTheTweaks work with other mods?

In this pack, AllTheTweaks ties much of the endgame together. Its items are crafted from top-tier gear across a huge spread of mods, and the finished ATM Star then unlocks creative items for many other mods. Almost every one of these connections is a recipe added by the pack, so it only exists in this setup.[4]
Building the ATM Star
You craft the ATM Star on the star altar, not in a normal crafting grid. The main recipe combines the big AllTheTweaks components: Dimensional Seed, Dragon Soul, Improbable Probability Device, Nexium Emitter, Oblivion Shard, Patrick Star, Philosopher's Fuel, Pulsating Black Hole and Wither's Compass. It also needs a few extra items from other mods.[4]

Bees, stars and compression
- Bee centrifuge recipes give you star materials. Patrick honeycomb yields Patrick Star plus Wax, and Starry honeycomb yields ATM Star Shard plus Nether Star Shard.[4]
- An ATM Star Block is used in a bee conversion recipe that produces a Starry bee.[4]
- A star altar recipe uses a Patrick Star as an ingredient and gives a Patrick Star back.[4]

The star questline has a quest for each component, and the final a quest in "?" quest requires the component quests before it. For example, a quest in "?" follows the mini portal quests a quest in "?", a quest in "?" and a quest in "?".[2]
A second chapter covers the same end goal from another angle. It has quests for the ATM Star Block, the ATM Star Shard, the Patrick Star and the ATM Star. The shard quest a quest in "?" follows the star block quest a quest in "?", and the chapter ends with a quest in "?", which requires a quest in "?".[3]
Which All the Mods 10 quests use AllTheTweaks?

This mod shows up in two quest chapters in this pack. Both are built around the pieces that go into the ATM Star. Every quest listed here is an item task, so you complete it by getting the item. The quests have no titles, so the chapters below use their internal ids.[2][3]

This is the big one. It has a quest for each major component, and they all lead to a final ATM Star quest.[2]
