What is AllTheTweaks?
Same as in the All the Mods - Gravitas 4.0 guide
AllTheTweaks is part of the pack's mod list, and the pack ships version 1.9.9.9i-1.18.2-40.1.73 of it (the file is allthetweaks-1.9.9.9i-1.18.2-40.1.73.jar). It has been in the pack since this version or earlier.[1]
Unverified I couldn't confirm from the available sources what AllTheTweaks adds or changes, who it is meant for, or where it fits in the pack's progression. I also couldn't confirm any ATM Star path or quest involvement, so I'm not guessing. Check back once more details are documented.
How do you get started with AllTheTweaks?

This mod is where the pack keeps its trophy items, so most of what it adds sits at the very end of the progression. That said, a few pieces are craftable long before you have a star, and knowing which ones to build first saves you from hauling loose materials around for a hundred hours.[2]
Step 1: block up your pearls and stars
The simplest things the mod gives you are storage blocks. An Ender Pearl Block and a Nether Star Block both use the generic tags, so anything in the pack that counts as an ender pearl or a nether star can be packed away. This is the one part of the mod you can genuinely use in the early and mid game.[2]

Later on, when stars start arriving in bulk, the same idea applies to the ATM Star and the GregStar, and both blocks unpack again on the crafting grid whenever you need singles back.[2]

Step 2: the three miniature portals
The first real crafting goal is the set of three miniature portals, which the pack adds recipes for. They are the gateway to the Dimensional Seed, and you can chip away at them one at a time as each dimension opens up to you.[2]

Once all three are in your inventory, the pack's Dimensional Seed recipe pulls them together along with a stack of compressed blocks. Start building those compressed blocks early, because they take far longer to gather than the portals do.[2]

Step 3: let the bees do some work
If you are into Productive Bees, get a centrifuge running. Two of the pack's combs process into star materials: one yields ATM Star Shards alongside Nether Star Shards, and another yields Patrick Stars. It is a slow trickle rather than a shortcut, but it runs while you are busy elsewhere.[2]

Going the other direction, a finished ATM Star can be crushed in Mekanism machinery to get shards back out of it.[2]
What comes after
Everything else in the mod is deep endgame. The pack adds its own recipes for the Dragon Soul, the Philosopher's Fuel, the Oblivion Shard, the Wither's Compass, the Nexium Emitter, the Pulsating Black Hole and the Improbable Probability Device, and every one of them asks for a finished endgame item from a different mod. Treat them as a checklist of mods to complete rather than something to craft in a single session.[2]
Unverified How these components combine into the ATM Star itself is not covered by the sources used for this page, so check the in-game recipe viewer for the final assembly step. This site does hold All the Mods 10's own recipes, read from the pack itself: look the item up in the item browser.
How does AllTheTweaks work?

Here's the important thing to understand up front: in this pack, AllTheTweaks has no machines, no multiblocks and no power or fluid systems of its own. Every single one of its items is made with a plain crafting recipe, either shaped or shapeless, in a normal crafting grid. That makes it a pure progression-and-crafting mod: the depth is in what goes into the recipes, not in a machine network you have to build and feed.[2]
Because they're all standard crafting recipes, anything that can autocraft vanilla-style crafting recipes can make them for you. There's no special block from this mod you need to route power or fluids into.[2]
Storage blocks work both ways
The mod's storage blocks behave like vanilla ingot blocks: you pack the item up into a block and you can unpack it again. The ATM Star has a recipe in both directions, and both sides use item tags rather than a single hard-coded item, so tagged equivalents from other mods slot straight in.[2]

Feeding into the compression chain
These storage blocks aren't the end of the line. They plug directly into the pack's compression system, and the reverse step exists too: decompressing a 1x compressed block hands you back the AllTheTweaks storage block. That gives you a clean round trip between loose items, storage blocks and the compressed tiers above them.[2]

Miniature portals and the Dimensional Seed
This is the one place where AllTheTweaks recipes chain into each other. Three miniature portals are each crafted from vanilla materials, and all three are then consumed together, alongside a spread of compressed blocks, to make the Dimensional Seed. So the portals are intermediate crafting components, not placeable working portals you power up.[2]

The cross-mod endgame crafts
The rest of the mod's items follow one deliberate pattern: each recipe is a shopping list of high-tier items pulled from many different mods, and every one of these recipes is added by the pack rather than shipped by the mod. In practice that means the recipe is the mechanic. To craft any of them you have to have genuinely progressed through several unrelated mods far enough to produce their late-game outputs, and the crafting grid is just where those trees finally meet.[2]

Unverified What each of these items actually does once crafted: the effects of the Nexium Emitter, Pulsating Black Hole, Improbable Probability Device, Philosopher's Fuel, Dragon Soul, Oblivion Shard and Wither's Compass, and whether any of them are used as ingredients further up the pack's progression, is not covered by the available sources. There is also no config file for this mod in the pack, so none of its behaviour can be confirmed as tweaked or untweaked here.
How do you progress through AllTheTweaks?

This mod is really a set of milestone items rather than a machine tree, and the pack's recipes lay them out in a clear order: simple storage blocks first, then the miniature portals, then a seed that fuses those portals, and finally a handful of huge cross-mod components. Almost every step above the storage blocks uses a recipe the pack added itself, so treat what you see in JEI here as the pack's version, not the mod's defaults.[2]
Tier 1: storage blocks
The entry tier is pure storage. Four block forms are crafted from the matching item tag, so anything the pack tags as an ender pearl, nether star, ATM Star or GregStar will pack up.[2]
- Ender Pearl Block and Nether Star Block come from the ender pearl and nether star tags.[2]
- ATM Star Block and GregStar Block come from the mod's own star tags.[2]
- ATM Star and GregStar can be unpacked again from their storage blocks, so the star blocks are a safe place to park a stockpile.[2]

All four blocks also drop out of compression: decompressing the 1x compressed version of each one in All the Compressed gives you the block back, which matters if you are feeding a compression chain rather than crafting by hand.[2]

Tier 2: the miniature portals
Next up are three pack-added crafts, one per vanilla dimension: Miniature Nether Portal, Miniature End Portal and Miniature Exit Portal. They are the first real gate, since each one wants materials you only get after beating the relevant dimension.[2]

Tier 3: the Dimensional Seed
The three miniature portals then go straight into Dimensional Seed, together with a ring of compressed vanilla blocks. This is the step that makes the portal tier worth doing, so do not scatter your miniatures into other projects.[2]

Tier 4: the big cross-mod components
The top tier is a set of standalone components, each one a pack-added shaped craft that pulls a late-game item out of a different mod. There is no order enforced between them, so pick whichever mods you have already built up and work through the rest.[2]
- Dragon Soul and Oblivion Shard lean on the magic and creature mods.[2]
- Philosopher's Fuel and Wither's Compass lean on power generation and automation.[2]
- Improbable Probability Device, Nexium Emitter and Pulsating Black Hole are the tech-heaviest of the set, wanting finished multiblocks and endgame storage gear.[2]

Side products
Two items sit off the main line. ATM Star Shard is made by crushing an ATM Star in Mekanism, and Productive Bees can centrifuge the mod's honeycombs: the starry comb yields ATM Star Shards and the Patrick comb yields Patrick Star. That gives you a renewable shard source once your bees are running.[2]

How does AllTheTweaks work with other mods?

AllTheTweaks is where this pack's big endgame crafting items live, and almost all of its connections to other mods come through recipes. Several of its items are crafted from ingredients spread across many different mods, so you will be gathering from all over the pack. These recipes are added by the pack, so they are not mod defaults.[2]
AllTheCompressed block conversions
Four AllTheTweaks storage blocks can be compressed into a 1x version from AllTheCompressed and turned back again. Compressing is a shaped crafting recipe, and decompressing is a shapeless one.[2]

Productive Bees
AllTheTweaks also hooks into Productive Bees. A bee conversion recipe turns an ATM Star Block into the starry bee. There are also two centrifuge recipes: one gives you Patrick Star and Wax, and the other gives you ATM Star Shard and Nether Star Shard.[2]
