What is AllTheTweaks?
Same as in the All the Mods - Gravitas 4.0 guide
AllTheTweaks is part of the pack's mod list, and the pack ships version 1.9.9.9i-1.18.2-40.1.73 of it (the file is allthetweaks-1.9.9.9i-1.18.2-40.1.73.jar). It has been in the pack since this version or earlier.[1]
Unverified I couldn't confirm from the available sources what AllTheTweaks adds or changes, who it is meant for, or where it fits in the pack's progression. I also couldn't confirm any ATM Star path or quest involvement, so I'm not guessing. Check back once more details are documented.
How do you get started with AllTheTweaks?

This mod is the "trophy" mod of the pack: it holds the star items and the chunky components that go with them. There are no quests for it in this pack, so the way to plan your route is to read the recipes themselves, and almost all of them are pack-added rather than mod defaults.[2]
Start with the Wither's Compass
The cheapest thing you can make here is the Wither's Compass, a shaped recipe the pack adds. It is a good first craft because it needs only a single kind of ingredient, so you can knock it out as soon as you have a source of that material.[2]

The three miniature portals
Next come the three portal miniatures, all added by the pack. Each one is tied to a dimension you have to visit anyway, so they slot naturally into normal progression: the Nether one first, then the two End ones once you have beaten the dragon.[2]

Hang on to all three. The pack's Dimensional Seed recipe consumes Miniature Nether Portal, Miniature End Portal and Miniature Exit Portal together, alongside a pile of compressed blocks, so you only want to craft the miniatures once.[2]

Storage blocks for the stars
The mod also gives you compact storage for the things you will be hoarding. Nether Star Block and Ender Pearl Block are the two you will use early, and the ATM Star Block and GregStar Block come later once you actually have stars to store.[2]

Star shards
If you get hold of an ATM Star, a Mekanism crushing recipe turns it into an ATM Star Shard. Productive Bees is the other route: one centrifuge recipe outputs ATM Star Shards along with Nether Star Shards, and another outputs Patrick Star and Wax.[2]
The heavy components
Everything else in the mod is deep endgame and added by the pack: Philosopher's Fuel, Nexium Emitter, Improbable Probability Device and Dragon Soul are crafting-table recipes, while Pulsating Black Hole is made in a PneumaticCraft Pressure Chamber. Each one pulls a finished, top-tier item from a different mod, so treat them as a checklist of mods to master rather than something to rush.[2]
Unverified The recipe data alone does not show what the big components are consumed by, or how you first obtain an ATM Star or GregStar outside of uncrafting their storage blocks. Check JEI in game for the uses of each component before you commit resources. This site does hold All the Mods 10's own recipes, read from the pack itself: look the item up in the item browser.
How does AllTheTweaks work?

AllTheTweaks is a small utility mod, and the sources for this pack only cover recipes. That means the mod's own item, block and machine mechanics aren't documented here. What the recipes do show is which machines you need to get each item, so that's what this section covers.[2]
Unverified The sources don't explain any machines, multiblocks, power use, fluid handling or automation behaviour for AllTheTweaks itself. There are also no config files or in-game descriptions for the mod in this pack. Treat anything beyond the recipes below as unconfirmed.
Storage blocks and compression
The mod's storage blocks are plain crafting-grid recipes. Ender Pearl Block is crafted from any item in the ender pearls tag, and Nether Star Block from any item in the nether stars tag.[2]

ATM Star Block and GregStar Block work the same way, using their own item tags. Going back down is a shapeless recipe: a storage block of the matching tag turns into ATM Star or GregStar.[2]

The pack also has decompression recipes from the compressed-block mod. Each takes the 1x compressed version of a block and gives you back the normal AllTheTweaks block. This works for the ATM Star, Ender Pearl, GregStar and Nether Star blocks.[2]

Machine-made items
Three AllTheTweaks items need a machine from another mod. The pack added the Pulsating Black Hole recipe, and it is made in a PneumaticCraft pressure chamber, not at a crafting table.[2]

ATM Star Shard comes from a Mekanism crushing recipe that takes a single ATM Star. Any crusher that handles Mekanism's crushing recipe type should do it.[2]
Productive Bees centrifuge recipes also give you AllTheTweaks items. The Patrick honeycomb recipe outputs Patrick Star plus wax. The starry honeycomb recipe outputs an ATM Star Shard plus a Nether Star Shard.[2]

Pack-added crafting recipes
Most of the other AllTheTweaks items are made at a crafting grid with shaped recipes that the pack added. How do you progress through AllTheTweaks?

Here's the thing to know up front: AllTheTweaks doesn't have tiers of its own. What this pack gives you is a set of recipes, and the clearest way to read them is as a rough ladder from storage blocks and star items up to some very expensive end-game items.[2]
Unverified No quests in this pack are known to involve this mod, and it is not known to be on the ATM Star quest path, so there is no quest-driven order to follow. The ordering below is based only on the recipes.
Stage 1: Star and storage blocks
The mod's own recipes cover compact storage: Nether Star Block, Ender Pearl Block, GregStar Block and ATM Star Block. These are mod recipes, not pack changes. Each block can also be unpacked again from its compressed 1x version.[2]

ATM Star Shard comes from a Mekanism crushing recipe that takes an ATM Star. It also shows up as a Productive Bees centrifuge output, alongside Patrick Star from a separate honeycomb recipe.[2]
Stage 2: Miniature portals and the Dimensional Seed
The pack adds recipes for Miniature Nether Portal, Miniature End Portal and Miniature Exit Portal. They are also the building blocks for the Dimensional Seed, so craft all three before you try the seed.[2]
