AllTheModium in Project Infinity 0.1

AllTheModium (version 2.5.7 in this pack) adds the metal tiers that give the ATM modpacks their name: Allthemodium Ingot, Vibranium Ingot and Unobtainium Ingot. On top of those you get upgrade smithing templates, armour and tools. The mod was made by the ATM team and thevortexFoxTopia.^[1][2]

All three metals come from very rare ores, so expect some exploring. The mod's own guide book says Allthemodium ore spawns in the Deep Dark, Vibranium ore is found in the Nether, and Unobtainium ore is found in the End Highlands. Its built-in tools are all indestructible, and the armour gives extras like water breathing and no fall damage.^{[3][4][5][6][7][8]}

The mod also adds a Teleport Pad, which its guide book says takes you to the Mining Dimension and The Other. It also has food: the Allthemodium Apple and the Allthemodium Carrot.^{[9][10][11][12][13]}

Where the quest book puts it

The pack has a chapter called "AllTheModium" in the Production group. It is chapter 36 of 44 in the book and holds 50 quests. It opens with "Allthemodium Intro" quest, and several machine and material quests hang off that one.^[14]

• The tool and armour quests (ATM Tools, ATM Armor, Vibranium armor, Unobtainium tools and unobtainium armor) follow the matching template quests, and ATM Alloy tools comes last.^[14]

The mod shows up in other chapters too. In the Production group's "Masterful Machinery" chapter (chapter 25 of 44), the a quest in "Masterful Machinery" quest asks for Piglich Heart. That chapter has 18 quests, and 10 of them are not covered here, so check the quest book for those. The "Legendary Challenges" chapter in the Challenges group has "Unobtainium Treasury" quest (150,000 Unobtainium ingots), "Vibranium Vault" quest (250,000 Vibranium ingots), plus "Allthemodium Alloy Paxel" quest and "Allthemodium Alloy Blade" quest.^[15][16]

In this pack, Allthemodium progression is told by the quest book chapter "AllTheModium", in the Production group (chapter 36 of 44, 50 quests). It opens with "Allthemodium Intro" quest, and the quests that unlock right after it ask for machines and materials: a quest in "AllTheModium", a quest in "AllTheModium", a quest in "AllTheModium", a quest in "AllTheModium" and a quest in "AllTheModium". Here is the order I would go in.^[14]

Step one: get your first Allthemodium

Allthemodium, Vibranium and Unobtainium are very rare ores. Allthemodium ore spawns on the walls and ceilings of the Deep Dark biome, and it is also a common spawn very high in the mountains, above 170Y.^[3][4]

The mod's own description calls the Allthemodium Nugget "the first step". This pack adds two ways to get one without a long ore hunt: a sieve recipe and a crafting recipe that uses Mystical Agriculture essence.^[17][18]

Step two: make your first ingot

The Allthemodium Ingot recipe has been changed by this pack: it is made on an Extended Crafting table. The quest book puts a quest in "AllTheModium" after five earlier quests, so working through the chapter builds you up to it.^[14][18]

The Teleport Pad takes you to The Mining Dimension when used in the Overworld, and to The Other when used in the Nether. Shift right click with both an empty hand and an empty off hand to travel. Allthemodium ore is found everywhere in the mining dimension between Y -59 and Y 20.^{[4][9][10][11]}

For the Allthemodium Upgrade Smithing Template, the mod page says you find it in the Ancient City inside Suspicious Clay, and you need a brush to sift it. This pack changed the recipe that duplicates the template.^[1][18]

With a template and an ingot you can upgrade gear at a smithing table, for example the Allthemodium Axe. Armour that you upgrade from Netherite keeps its enchantments, and the Allthemodium tools are indestructible.^[7][8][18]

Step four: a quick snack

The a quest in "AllTheModium" quest comes after the template quest. The Allthemodium Apple gives 20 hunger and 80 saturation, with Absorption and Regeneration for 30 seconds, and you can always eat it.^[12][14]

What comes next

a quest in "AllTheModium" is the next big step. Vibranium ore is found in the Nether above Y 64, and also deep underground in The Other. After that, a quest in "AllTheModium" is the goal. Unobtainium ore is found in the End Highland biome, under Y 78. This pack has changed the Unobtainium ingot recipe, and it is made with fusion crafting.^{[5][6][14][18]}

Allthemodium isn't a machine mod. The sources for this pack describe no multiblocks, power systems or pipes of its own. What the mod gives you is a set of ores, metals, tools, armour and a couple of dimensions, and the pack runs its processing through other mods' machines. So this section covers how the metal moves from ore to ingot, and how you travel and upgrade.^[7][8][18]

What drops from the ore

The pack ships its own loot tables for the ores and raw blocks. With Silk Touch, an ore block drops itself. Without it, you get the raw material, and explosions can reduce that drop. Allthemodium Ore and Allthemodium Slate Ore both give Raw Allthemodium Ore, and Vibranium Ore and Other Vibranium Ore both give Raw Vibranium Ore. Unobtainium Ore gives Raw Unobtainium Ore. The raw blocks follow the same pattern.^{[19][20][21][22][23][24][25][26]}

Turning ore into ingots

There are several routes from raw ore to an Allthemodium Ingot, and the machine-based ones multiply your yield. All the recipes below are for Allthemodium specifically.^[18]

The simplest route is manual. Combine raw ore with any ore hammer in the crafting grid to get dust.^[18]

Sieve shortcuts

The pack adds two Ex Deorum sieve recipes. Sifting sand can give an Allthemodium Nugget, and sifting Crushed End Stone can give a Vibranium Nugget. That gives you a way into these metals without finding the rare ores first.^[18]

Upgrading with smithing templates

Tools and armour are upgraded at a smithing table. For example, a Netherite axe, an Allthemodium Ingot and the Allthemodium Upgrade Smithing Template make an Allthemodium Axe. A Vibranium Axe, an Unobtainium Ingot and the Unobtainium Upgrade Smithing Template make an Unobtainium Axe. The pack has 18 smithing recipes of this kind for the mod. When you upgrade armour from Netherite, it keeps its enchantments.^[8][18]

The pack adds the Allthemodium template to the Ancient City chest loot table with a 0.025 chance. The mod's own page also mentions Suspicious Clay in the Ancient City as a source, which needs a brush.^[1][27]

Travel: the Teleport Pad

To reach The Mining Dimension, use the Teleport Pad in the Overworld. To reach The Other, use the pad in the Nether. You activate it by shift right clicking with both your hand and off hand empty. The guide describes the Mining Dimension as a superflat world that suits quarries and testing.^[9][10][11]

Piglich drops

The pack edits the Piglich's drops. It removes the Allthemodium armour pieces, the Allthemodium Carrot and the Allthemodium Apple from its loot, and adds Piglich Heart with a 0.125 chance.^[28]

Unverified The mod registers molten and vapor fluids for Allthemodium, Vibranium and Unobtainium, plus alloy fluids. The sources here do not explain how to produce or use them in this pack.

Allthemodium has three metal tiers in this pack: Allthemodium, Vibranium and Unobtainium, each with its own ingot recipe. The quest book walks you through them in the AllTheModium chapter of the Production group. It starts with "Allthemodium Intro" quest, which leads into the first machine and material quests on the way to your first Allthemodium Ingot.^[14][18]

If you do find ore, Allthemodium Ore drops Raw Allthemodium Ore unless you mine it with Silk Touch. The dust made from that raw ore can be smelted or blasted into an ingot.^[18][19]

The ingot quest opens the next batch: a quest in "AllTheModium" for the Allthemodium Block, a quest in "AllTheModium" for the Teleport Pad, "Allthemodium Template" quest and a quest in "AllTheModium". The block, the pad and the Vibranium Ingot all have in-pack recipes that use Allthemodium.^[14][18]

The alloy

a quest in "AllTheModium" asks for the Unobtainium - Allthemodium Alloy Ingot. It unlocks after both the Allthemodium Ingot and Unobtainium Ingot quests, and it leads to a Singularity quest. A block of the alloy can be turned back into 9 of these ingots with a shapeless recipe.^[14][18]

The alloy tools are where the three tiers meet. "ATM Alloy tools" quest unlocks after the Unobtainium tools, ATM Tools and OR Filter quests. The pack added a shapeless recipe for the Allthemodium Alloy Blade that builds on the sword of each tier.^[14][18]

Finding the ores

If you want a long-term goal, the Legendary Challenges chapter has "Vibranium Vault" quest, which asks for 250,000 Vibranium Ingot. It also has "Unobtainium Treasury" quest, which asks for 150,000 Unobtainium Ingot. Both ingots have the in-pack recipes shown above.^[16][18]

In this pack Allthemodium is tied into a lot of other mods. Its ingots are crafted from other mods' materials, its ores go through Mekanism, and its gear is required for some of the most expensive endgame items.^[18]

The pack changed the Allthemodium Ingot recipe. You make it in the Extended Crafting table from one material each from EnderIO, Mekanism, Powah, Redstone Arsenal and Thermal Extra.^[18]

In the quest book, a quest in "AllTheModium" comes after one quest for each ingredient of that fusion recipe, plus the Vibranium Ingot quest. The Starmetal quest asks you to hand in three Starmetal Ingot and follows a quest in "AllTheModium", which in turn follows four dust and shard quests. Ores, sieves and other sources

• Mekanism handles ore processing. Injecting an Allthemodium ore gives 4 Allthemodium Shard, and purifying one gives 3 Allthemodium Clump. The same chemical steps also turn an Unobtainium Shard into an Unobtainium Clump.^[18]
• Ex Deorum has a sieve recipe added by the pack that gives a Vibranium Nugget from Crushed End Stone.^[18]
• Mystical Agriculture's Allthemodium Essence can be crafted into an Allthemodium Nugget by a recipe the pack added.^[18]
• Industrial Foregoing gets a pack-added fluid laser drill recipe that targets the Piglich and produces Ether Gas. It has an output amount of 25, a depth range of 0 to 256 and a weight of 8.^[29]

• The LONG-tier Creative Storage Cell is crafted in the Extended Crafting table. It uses a Vibranium - Allthemodium Alloy Ingot along with many storage parts from AE2 and its add-ons.^[18]
• The Infinity 9 block drive is a Crazy AE2 Addons research recipe added by the pack. It needs 64 Unobtainium - Vibranium Alloy Block.^[18]

The quest book also places a few other-mod quests further down the chapter: a quest in "AllTheModium" comes after a quest in "AllTheModium", and a quest in "AllTheModium" comes after a quest in "AllTheModium". The Legendary Challenges chapter asks you for 150,000 Unobtainium Ingots in "Unobtainium Treasury" quest and 250,000 Vibranium Ingots in "Vibranium Vault" quest. 26 of that chapter's 41 quests are not covered here, so check the quest book for the rest.^[14][16]

The pack's quest book puts most of the Allthemodium questing in one chapter, "AllTheModium", in the Production group (chapter 36 of 44 in the book). It opens with "Allthemodium Intro" quest, a kill task, and much of the chapter branches out from there.^[14]

From the intro to the Allthemodium Ingot

Five quests come straight after the intro: a quest in "AllTheModium", a quest in "AllTheModium", a quest in "AllTheModium", a quest in "AllTheModium" and a quest in "AllTheModium". Each asks you to hand in an item from another mod, such as a machine or a dust.^[14]

Four more quests list no prerequisite: a quest in "AllTheModium", a quest in "AllTheModium", a quest in "AllTheModium" and a quest in "AllTheModium". All four come before a quest in "AllTheModium", which in turn comes before a quest in "AllTheModium". That last quest asks for 3 Starmetal ingots.^[14]

The first quest for the mod's own item is a quest in "AllTheModium", which asks for the Allthemodium Ingot. The quest book lists five quests before it:^[14]
