What is L_Ender's Cataclysm?
1 part
Same as in the All the Mods 10 4.5 guide
L_Ender's Cataclysm is all about difficult dungeons, challenging boss fights and powerful items. You beat those bosses to prove yourself and earn some seriously strong gear. If you love exploring tough structures and taking on big boss encounters, this mod is for you.[1]
All the Mods 10 4.5 ships L_Ender's Cataclysm version 3.10 for Minecraft 1.21.1. The mod has been in the pack since All the Mods 10 2.25 or earlier.[2]
Where it fits in the pack
The pack gives Cataclysm its own quest chapter, and it works as your checklist. It starts with the eyes: Eye of Desert, Eye of Curse, Eye of Abyss, Eye of Flame, Eye of Void, Eye of Mech and Eye of Monstrous. Each one has its own quest, and they all branch from the same parent quest.[3]
From there, the chapter builds around the mod's special ingots. Ancient Metal Ingot leads to the Ancient Spear. Cursium Ingot opens up the Cursium armor, The Annihilator, Soul Render and Cursed Bow. Ignitium Ingot leads to the Ignitium armor, The Incinerator, Bulwark of the Flame and Blazing Grips. Witherite Ingot unlocks the Meat Shredder, Laser Gatling, Wither Assault Shoulder Weapon and the Mechanical Fusion Anvil.[3]
The Mechanical Fusion Anvil quest is a key step, because the chapter's last quests all need it: Gauntlet of Maelstrom, Gauntlet of Bulwark, Wrath of the Desert, The Immolator, Void Forge, Void Assault Shoulder Weapon and the Ignitium Elytra Chestplate.[3]
Three Cataclysm items also show up as quest tasks in a different quest chapter: Abyssal Sacrifice in a quest in "?", Meat Shredder in a quest in "?" and Void Forge in a quest in "?".[4]
How do you get started with L_Ender's Cataclysm?
3 parts
L_Ender's Cataclysm adds difficult dungeons, challenging boss fights and powerful items. You beat those bosses to earn their gear, so this section walks you through the first things to craft and why.[1]
This mod also ties into the pack's wider progression. The "chapter_2_the_star" quest chapter asks for three Cataclysm items: Abyssal Sacrifice in a quest in "?", Meat Shredder in a quest in "?" and Void Forge in a quest in "?". Keep these three in mind as long-term goals.[5]
Step 1: Craft the eyes
The pack's Cataclysm quest chapter starts with seven quests, one for each eye. All seven have the same prerequisite, so you can make them in any order.[6]
- Eye of Desert for a quest in "?"[6]
- Eye of Curse for a quest in "?"[6]
- Eye of Abyss for a quest in "?"[6]
- Eye of Flame for a quest in "?"[6]
- Eye of Void for a quest in "?"[6]
- Eye of Mech for a quest in "?"[6]
- Eye of Monstrous for a quest in "?"[6]

The mod's advancements list the dungeons you'll be hunting for: the Ancient Factory, Burning Arena, Cursed Pyramid, Ruined Citadel, Frosted Prison and Sunken City.[8]
Unverified Each eye probably works like an Eye of Ender and points you toward one of these structures. The sources don't confirm this or say which eye leads to which dungeon.
Step 2: First boss gear
The Cursed Pyramid has a hands-on boss to start with. You dig up the suspicious sand inside it to wake the Ancient Remnant, then knock it down.[8]
In the quest line, the Ancient Metal Ingot quest a quest in "?" leads to two early gear quests. The first is a quest in "?", which asks for Bone Reptile Helmet and Bone Reptile Chestplate. The second is a quest in "?" for the Ancient Spear, which shoots a Sandstorm when you left click.[6][8]

Plan ahead
The Mechanical Fusion Anvil quest a quest in "?" is a prerequisite for every fused-item quest in the chapter, including Void Forge. The anvil's quest comes after the Witherite Ingot quest a quest in "?", so plan for Witherite early. The pack also changed the anvil's recipe.[6][7]

How does L_Ender's Cataclysm work?
5 parts
L_Ender's Cataclysm is all about difficult dungeons, challenging boss fights and the powerful items you earn by beating them. The core loop is simple: find a structure, face its boss, win the fight and turn your rewards into powerful gear.[1]
Unverified The available sources don't describe any machines, multiblocks, energy, fluid or item-handling systems for this mod, so this section covers only its structures, bosses, gear and materials.
Structures and how bosses start
The mod's advancements show you which structures to hunt for: the Ancient Factory, the Burning Arena, the Cursed Pyramid, the Ruined Citadel, the Frosted Prison and the Sunken City. Bosses don't all start the same way, so check how each one begins before you go in.[8]
- The Ignis, the Leviathan and Maledictus have to be summoned before you can fight them.[8]
- The Harbinger has to be woken up before you can defeat it.[8]
- You wake the Ancient Remnant by excavating the suspicious sand inside the Cursed Pyramid.[8]
- The Ender Golem, the Ender Guardian and the Netherite Monstrosity are listed simply as bosses to kill or defeat.[8]
Special crafted items
The mod has a few special crafted items. Eye of Abyss uses the mod's own recipe in this pack.[7]

How this pack scales the fights
This is the big one: this pack makes Cataclysm's enemies much tougher than the mod defaults. The health and damage multipliers below all default to 1, and this pack raises every one of them. Here are the pack's values next to the defaults.[9]
- Ender Golem: [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ender Golem.GolemHealthMultiplier]] is 20 (default 1) and [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ender Golem.GolemDamageMultiplier]] is 6 (default 1).[9]
- Ender Guardian: [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ender Guardian.EnderGuardianHealthMultiplier]] is 20 and [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ender Guardian.EnderGuardianDamageMultiplier]] is 8 (both default 1). Its [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ender Guardian.EnderGuardianDamageCap]] is raised from 22 to 70. [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ender Guardian.EnderGuardianNatureHealing]], its healing when it has no target, goes from 20 to 30.[9]
- Ancient Remnant: [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ancient Remnant.AncientRemnantHealthMultiplier]] and [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ancient Remnant.AncientRemnantDamageMultiplier]] are both 6 (default 1). [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ancient Remnant.Remnant's Normal attack Hp Damage]] is 0.1 (default 0.05), [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ancient Remnant.Remnant's Charge Hp Damage]] is 0.2 (default 0.1) and [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ancient Remnant.Remnant's Stomp Hp Damage]] is 0.038 (default 0.03). [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ancient Remnant.Remnant's EarthQuakeDamage]] goes from 11 to 15.[9]
- Aptrgangr: Aptrgangr.AptrgangrHealthMultiplier is 3 and Aptrgangr.AptrgangrDamageMultiplier is 8 (both default 1). Aptrgangr.AptrgangrAxeBladeDamage goes from 8 to 12.[9]
- Amethyst Crab: [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Amethyst Crab.AmethystCrabHealthMultiplier]] is 6 and [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Amethyst Crab.AmethystCrabDamageMultiplier]] is 8 (both default 1). [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Amethyst Crab.AmethystCrabEarthQuakeDamage]] goes from 5 to 12.[9]
- Many projectile and ability damage values are raised too. For example, [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Entity damage.AbyssBlastdamage]] goes from 10 to 20, [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Entity damage.DeathLaserdamage]] from 5 to 10, and [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Entity damage.Phantom Halberd Damage]] from 12 to 18.[9]
Gear with active abilities
Cataclysm gear is more than a bag of stats. A lot of it has abilities you trigger with clicks, sneaking or a keybind. Here are a few examples, with their in-pack recipes below.[8]
- Ancient Spear: left click to shoot a Sandstorm. In this pack, [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Entity damage.Sandstorm Damage]] is 6 (default 5).[8][9]
- Bloom Stone Pauldrons: press the ability keybind to fire amethyst clusters around you that damage entities. In this pack, [[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Entity damage.Amethyst Cluster Damage]] is 16 (default 12).[8][9]
- Bulwark of the Flame: release it while sneaking to charge forward and damage entities in front of you. Targets that hit a wall take extra damage and are briefly stunned.[8]
- Blazing Grips: each hit has a chance to apply Blazing Brand to the target.[8]

Metals and compacting
Ancient Metal Ingot and Black Steel Ingot are two of the mod's crafting metals. Ancient Metal converts between Ancient Metal Nugget, ingots and Block of Ancient Metal. Black Steel converts between Black Steel Nugget and ingots. In this pack these all use the mod's own recipes.[7]
Black Steel also gives you a full tool set and a shield: Black Steel Sword, Black Steel Pickaxe, Black Steel Axe, Black Steel Shovel, Black Steel Hoe and Black Steel Targe. All of them use the mod's own recipes in this pack.[7]

How do you progress through L_Ender's Cataclysm?
4 parts
The mod has its own quest chapter, and it follows a clear path. You start by crafting the boss-finding eyes, then collect the special metals, then build gear from each metal. The final step is the Mechanical Fusion Anvil, which combines your best pieces into the top-tier weapons and armour.[6]
Step one: the eyes
Every eye quest in the chapter shares the same prerequisite, so you can craft them in any order. The eyes are Eye of Desert (a quest in "?"), Eye of Curse (a quest in "?"), Eye of Abyss (a quest in "?"), Eye of Flame (a quest in "?"), Eye of Void (a quest in "?"), Eye of Mech (a quest in "?") and Eye of Monstrous (a quest in "?").[6]

Metal tiers
Each special metal has its own quest, and that quest unlocks a small group of gear quests. The ingot quests are the checkpoints to aim for.[6]
- Ancient Metal: Ancient Metal Ingot (a quest in "?") unlocks the Ancient Spear (a quest in "?") and the Bone Reptile helmet and chestplate (a quest in "?").[6]
- Witherite: Witherite Ingot (a quest in "?") unlocks the Meat Shredder (a quest in "?"), the Wither Assault Shoulder Weapon (a quest in "?"), the Laser Gatling (a quest in "?") and the Mechanical Fusion Anvil (a quest in "?").[6]
- Ignitium: Ignitium Ingot (a quest in "?") unlocks the full Ignitium armour set (a quest in "?"), The Incinerator (a quest in "?"), the Bulwark of the Flame (a quest in "?") and the Blazing Grips (a quest in "?").[6]
- Cursium: Cursium Ingot (a quest in "?") unlocks the full Cursium armour set (a quest in "?"), The Annihilator (a quest in "?"), the Soul Render (a quest in "?") and the Cursed Bow (a quest in "?").[6]
You don't craft the Ignitium and Cursium armour pieces from scratch. Each one is a smithing upgrade that uses its own upgrade template, so craft the template first. This pack changed the recipe for the Cursium template.[7]

Other boss rewards
Several other quests sit alongside the metal tiers. The Infernal Forge (a quest in "?"), the Lava Power Cell and Netherite Effigy (a quest in "?") and the Monstrous Helm (a quest in "?") share one prerequisite. There are also quests for the Void Core (a quest in "?"), Remnant's Skull (a quest in "?"), Sandstorm in a Bottle (a quest in "?"), Gauntlet of Guard (a quest in "?"), Abyssal Egg (a quest in "?"), Tidal Claws (a quest in "?") and Abyssal Sacrifice (a quest in "?").[6]
This pack changed the recipes for the Netherite Effigy and the Abyssal Sacrifice. The Abyssal Sacrifice has two in-pack recipes: one uses Crystallized Coral and the other uses a Coral Chunk.[7]

Alternative pack recipe
Endgame: weapon fusion
The Mechanical Fusion Anvil quest is a prerequisite for every top-tier quest in the chapter. These items are made with the mod's weapon fusion recipes, and most of their quests also need earlier quests to be finished first.[6][7]
- The Immolator (a quest in "?") also requires the Annihilator and Ignitium Ingot quests.[6]
- Void Forge (a quest in "?") also requires the Infernal Forge and Void Core quests.[6]
- Void Assault Shoulder Weapon (a quest in "?") also requires the Wither Assault Shoulder Weapon and Void Core quests.[6]
- Ignitium Elytra Chestplate (a quest in "?") also requires the Ignitium armour quest.[6]
- Gauntlet of Bulwark (a quest in "?") also requires the Bulwark of the Flame, Gauntlet of Guard and Sandstorm in a Bottle quests.[6]
- Wrath of the Desert (a quest in "?") also requires the Sandstorm in a Bottle and Cursed Bow quests.[6]
- Gauntlet of Maelstrom (a quest in "?") needs only the Mechanical Fusion Anvil quest.[6]
How does L_Ender's Cataclysm work with other mods?
3 parts
Beyond its own bosses and gear, L_Ender's Cataclysm feeds into two big crafting recipes that this pack adds itself. Both produce items from outside the mod, so the loot you earn from Cataclysm's dungeons ends up in wider progression.[7]
Dragon Soul
This pack adds a shaped recipe for the Dragon Soul, and one of its ingredients is Cataclysm's Abyssal Sacrifice. It sits alongside items from several other mods, so you'll be gathering from all over the pack to finish it. The recipe below shows the exact layout.[7]
Crafting Shaped
| Empty slot | ||

Recipe id: allthemods:allthetweaks/dragon_soul

Oblivion Shard
The Oblivion Shard is another pack-added shaped recipe, and it needs two Cataclysm items: the Meat Shredder and the Void Forge. Those are late-game Cataclysm weapons, so plan on some serious boss fighting before you can craft this one.[7]

Recipe id: allthemods:allthetweaks/oblivion_shard

Quests that tie it together
The questbook points you to these same three items outside Cataclysm's own chapter. A separate chapter has quests for the Abyssal Sacrifice (a quest in "?"), the Meat Shredder (a quest in "?") and the Void Forge (a quest in "?"), matching the Cataclysm ingredients in the two recipes above.[5][7]
If you're chasing those items, the Cataclysm chapter lays out the route. The Abyssal Sacrifice has its own quest (a quest in "?"). The Meat Shredder quest (a quest in "?") follows the Witherite Ingot quest (a quest in "?").[6]
The Void Forge quest (a quest in "?") comes after three others: the Mechanical Fusion Anvil (a quest in "?"), the Infernal Forge (a quest in "?") and the Void Core (a quest in "?").[6]
Which All the Mods 10 quests use L_Ender's Cataclysm?
5 parts
Same as in the All the Mods 10 4.5 guide
L_Ender's Cataclysm has its own quest chapter in this pack, and a few of its items also show up in a second chapter. Every quest is untitled and asks you to obtain a Cataclysm item, so think of the questline as a boss-loot checklist. Below it's grouped by how the quests unlock, from the boss-summoning eyes up to the Mechanical Fusion Anvil finale.[3][4]
The boss eyes
A set of eye quests all unlock from the same prerequisite quest, so you can chase them in any order once it's done. Each one asks for a single eye.[3]
- a quest in "?": get an Eye of Desert.[3]
- a quest in "?": get an Eye of Curse.[3]
- a quest in "?": get an Eye of Abyss.[3]
- a quest in "?": get an Eye of Flame.[3]
- a quest in "?": get an Eye of Void.[3]
- a quest in "?": get an Eye of Mech.[3]
- a quest in "?": get an Eye of Monstrous.[3]
Boss drops and standalone items
Many quests hang off different prerequisites and each ask for one item: a quest in "?" for the Necklace of the desert, a quest in "?" for the Abyssal Sacrifice, a quest in "?" for Burning Ashes, a quest in "?" for the Void Scatter Arrow, a quest in "?" for the Gauntlet of Guard, a quest in "?" for the Khopesh, a quest in "?" for the Tidal Claws, a quest in "?" for the Abyssal Egg, a quest in "?" for the Sandstorm in a Bottle, a quest in "?" for the Remnant's Skull, and a quest in "?" for the Void Core.[3]
Three quests share one prerequisite: a quest in "?" wants a Lava Power Cell and a Netherite Effigy, a quest in "?" wants the Infernal Forge, and a quest in "?" wants the Monstrous Helm.[3]
The ingot branches
Each of the mod's special ingots gets its own quest, and that quest opens up the gear made from it.[3]
- Ancient Metal: a quest in "?" asks for an Ancient Metal Ingot and leads to a quest in "?" for the Ancient Spear. It is also one of the prerequisites of a quest in "?", which wants the Bone Reptile Helmet and Bone Reptile Chestplate.[3]
- Cursium: a quest in "?" asks for a Cursium Ingot, then unlocks a quest in "?" for The Annihilator, a quest in "?" for the Soul Render, a quest in "?" for the Cursed Bow, and a quest in "?" for the full Cursium armor set.[3]
- Ignitium: a quest in "?" asks for an Ignitium Ingot, then unlocks a quest in "?" for the full Ignitium armor set, a quest in "?" for The Incinerator, a quest in "?" for the Bulwark of the Flame, and a quest in "?" for the Blazing Grips.[3]
- Witherite: a quest in "?" asks for a Witherite Ingot, then unlocks a quest in "?" for the Meat Shredder, a quest in "?" for the Wither Assault Shoulder Weapon, a quest in "?" for the Laser Gatling, and a quest in "?" for the Mechanical Fusion Anvil.[3]
The Mechanical Fusion Anvil finale
The Mechanical Fusion Anvil quest is the gateway to the chapter's final quests. Every one of these needs it, plus the other quests listed.[3]
- a quest in "?": the Gauntlet of Bulwark, also after the Bulwark of the Flame, Gauntlet of Guard and Sandstorm in a Bottle quests.[3]
- a quest in "?": the Wrath of the Desert, also after the Sandstorm in a Bottle and Cursed Bow quests.[3]
- a quest in "?": the Gauntlet of Maelstrom, needing only the anvil quest.[3]
- a quest in "?": The Immolator, also after The Annihilator and Ignitium Ingot quests.[3]
- a quest in "?": the Void Forge, also after the Infernal Forge and Void Core quests.[3]
- a quest in "?": the Void Assault Shoulder Weapon, also after the Wither Assault Shoulder Weapon and Void Core quests.[3]
- a quest in "?": the Ignitium Elytra Chestplate, also after the Ignitium armor quest.[3]
Cataclysm items in another chapter
The chapter with the internal id chapter_2_the_star also has three Cataclysm quests, all unlocked by the same prerequisite: a quest in "?" asks for an Abyssal Sacrifice, a quest in "?" for a Meat Shredder, and a quest in "?" for the Void Forge. These are the same items the Cataclysm chapter asks for, so you work toward both chapters at once.[3][4]
Which L_Ender's Cataclysm config options matter?
6 parts
Same as in the All the Mods 10 6.6 guide
This pack rewrote a big chunk of the Cataclysm config. Almost every boss and combat value is far above the mod default, so don't plan around the stock numbers. Everything below lives in config/cataclysm.toml, and I flag what the pack changed versus what it left alone.[10]
Boss health and damage multipliers
Every boss multiplier listed here is changed from the mod default of 1. These are the main ones, as health multiplier and damage multiplier.[10]
- Ignis: health 16 (Ignis.IgnisHealthMultiplier) and damage 8 (Ignis.IgnisDamageMultiplier). Its healing multiplier is 4 (Ignis.IgnisHealingMultiplier).[10]
- Netherite Monstrosity: health 16 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Netherite Monstrosity.MonstrosityHealthMultiplier]]) and damage 12 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Netherite Monstrosity.MonstrosityDamageMultiplier]]).[10]
- Ender Guardian: health 20 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ender Guardian.EnderGuardianHealthMultiplier]]) and damage 8 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ender Guardian.EnderGuardianDamageMultiplier]]).[10]
- Maledictus: health 20 (Maledictus.MaledictusHealthMultiplier) and damage 18 (Maledictus.MaledictusDamageMultiplier).[10]
- The Leviathan: health 16 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#The Leviathan.LeviathanHealthMultiplier]]) and damage 10 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#The Leviathan.LeviathanDamageMultiplier]]).[10]
- The Harbinger: health 12 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#The Harbinger.HarbingerHealthMultiplier]]) and damage 8 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#The Harbinger.HarbingerDamageMultiplier]]).[10]
- Ender Golem: health 20 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ender Golem.GolemHealthMultiplier]]) and damage 6 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ender Golem.GolemDamageMultiplier]]).[10]
Damage caps
The pack also raised the DamageCap option for the big bosses. Here is each pack value with its mod default.[10]
- Ignis: 40, mod default 20 (Ignis.IgnisDamageCap).[10]
- Ender Guardian: 70, mod default 22 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ender Guardian.EnderGuardianDamageCap]]).[10]
- The Harbinger: 50, mod default 22 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#The Harbinger.The Harbinger DamageCap]]).[10]
- The Leviathan: 80, mod default 20 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#The Leviathan.LeviathanDamageCap]]).[10]
- Maledictus: 120, mod default 20 (Maledictus.MaledictusDamageCap).[10]
- Netherite Monstrosity: 180, mod default 22 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Netherite Monstrosity.MonstrosityDamageCap]]).[10]
Healing without a target
The file describes these options as the boss's healing when it has no target. The pack raised them, so a boss you back away from recovers faster than in the stock mod.[10]
- Netherite Monstrosity: 85, mod default 20 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Netherite Monstrosity.MonstrosityNatureHealing]]).[10]
- The Leviathan: 45, mod default 20 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#The Leviathan.LeviathanNatureHealing]]).[10]
- Ignis: 30, mod default 20 (Ignis.IgnisNatureHealing).[10]
- Ender Guardian: 30, mod default 20 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ender Guardian.EnderGuardianNatureHealing]]).[10]
- Maledictus: 24, mod default 20 (Maledictus.MaledictusNatureHealing).[10]
Long-range immunity
The "prevent attacks from far away" range is described in the file as the boss's immunity to long-distance attacks. The pack widened it for most bosses, so sniping from a distance is a bad plan.[10]
- The Leviathan: 72, mod default 38 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#The Leviathan.Leviathan's prevent attacks from far away Range]]).[10]
- The Harbinger: 64, mod default 35 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#The Harbinger.The Harbinger's prevent attacks from far away Range]]).[10]
- Maledictus: 32, mod default 12 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Maledictus.Maledictus's prevent attacks from far away Range]]).[10]
- Netherite Monstrosity: 32, mod default 18 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Netherite Monstrosity.Monstrosity's prevent attacks from far away Range]]).[10]
- The Prowler: 32, mod default 16 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#The Prowler.The Prowler's prevent attacks from far away Range]]).[10]
- Ignis: 28, mod default 15 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ignis.Ignis's prevent attacks from far away Range]]).[10]
- Ancient Remnant: 28, mod default 14 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ancient Remnant.Ancient Remnant's prevent attacks from far away Range]]).[10]
- Ender Golem: 24, mod default 6 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ender Golem.Endergolem's prevent attacks from far away Range]]).[10]
- Ender Guardian: left at the mod default of 12 ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ender Guardian.Guardian's prevent attacks from far away Range]]).[10]
Weapon cooldowns
Good news for your own loadout: every weapon cooldown I can see in the file is a quarter of the mod default. Here are a few of them, as pack value and mod default.[10]
- Void Core: 40 instead of 160 (Weapon.VoidCoreCooldown).[10]
- Soul Render: 25 instead of 100 (Weapon.SoulRenderCooldown).[10]
- The Incinerator: 100 instead of 400 (Weapon.TheIncineratorCooldown).[10]
- Infernal Forge: 20 instead of 80 (Weapon.InfernalForgeCooldown).[10]
- Sandstorm: 75 instead of 300 (Weapon.Sandstormcooldown).[10]
- Wither Assault Shoulder Weapon missile cooldown: 10 instead of 40 (Weapon.WASWMissileCooldown).[10]
- Wither Assault Shoulder Weapon howitzer cooldown: 25 instead of 100 (Weapon.WASWHowitzerCooldown).[10]
Spawning, block breaking and quality of life
- Amethyst Crab spawn rolls are 40 instead of 20 (spawning.AmethystCrabSpawnRolls). Higher rolls mean a lower spawn chance, so these crabs are rarer.[10]
- The other spawn settings I can see match the mod default. For example, the Koboleton spawn weight is 15 (spawning.KoboletonSpawnWeight).[10]
- Block breaking is set to false for the Ender Golem ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ender Golem.EndergolemBlockBreaking]]) and the Kobolediator (Kobolediator.KobolediatorBlockBreaking).[10]
- Block breaking is true for Ignis (Ignis.IgnisBlockBreaking), Maledictus (Maledictus.MaledictusBlockBreaking), the Monstrosity ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Netherite Monstrosity.monstrosityBlockBreaking]]), the Ender Guardian ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ender Guardian.EnderguardianBlockBreaking]]) and the Ancient Remnant ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#Ancient Remnant.AncientRemnantBlockBreaking]]). The file describes these as ignoring mob griefing.[10]
- Lava vision opacity for the Ignitium Helmet is 0.3, down from 0.5 (Etc.lavaVisionOpacity). Shader compatibility is on (Etc.shadersCompat).[10]
- Boss music is on ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#bosses Common settings.BossMusic(on/off)]]) and so is the custom boss bar ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#bosses Common settings.custombossbar(on/off)]]).[10]
- The return-home setting is 20, which is the mod default ([[config:config/cataclysm.toml#bosses Common settings.ReturnHome]]). The file says that setting to 0 stops a boss from returning to its summoned location.[10]
What changed in L_Ender's Cataclysm between versions?
1 part
The sources I have only record which version of L_Ender's Cataclysm the pack shipped in each release. They don't say what changed inside the mod. All the Mods 10 4.0 ships version 2.66-1.21.1, the same one that arrived in All the Mods 10 3.0.[11][12]
Version bumps by pack release
- All the Mods 10 2.29: the mod was added to the pack as 1.21.1-2.44.[13]
- All the Mods 10 2.31: updated from 1.21.1-2.44 to 2.46-1.21.1.[14]
- All the Mods 10 2.33: updated from 2.46 to 2.49.[15]
- All the Mods 10 2.34: updated from 2.49 to 2.52.[16]
- All the Mods 10 2.36: updated from 2.52 to 2.55.[17]
- All the Mods 10 2.37: updated from 2.55 to 2.56.[18]
- All the Mods 10 2.39: updated from 2.56 to 2.58.[19]
- All the Mods 10 2.42: updated from 2.58 to 2.63.[20]
- All the Mods 10 2.43: updated from 2.63 to 2.64.[21]
- All the Mods 10 2.47: updated from 2.64 to 2.65.[22]
- All the Mods 10 3.0: updated from 2.65 to 2.66, which is still the version in 4.0.[11][12]
The mod has had a lot of updates since it joined the pack, and a few of them jumped several versions at once. The biggest jump was in 2.42, which went from 2.58 to 2.63.[12][13][20]
Unverified What each of these updates actually changed (new bosses, items, balance tweaks or fixes) is unverified. No changelogs for the shipped jars were available, and the pack changelogs only list version numbers.
