What is Reliquary Reincarnations?
1 part
This pack ships Reliquary Reincarnations version 2.0.77, built for Minecraft 1.21.1. It has been in the pack since All the Mons 0.3.0-beta or earlier.[1]
Where the quest book places it
The pack's quest book brings Reliquary in through two of its items rather than a chapter of its own. Here is where each one shows up.[2][3]
- In the Apothic Spawners chapter, the quest a quest in "Apothic Spawners" asks you to hand in Mob Charm Fragment. It comes after another quest in the same chapter. The quest text says Charm Fragments can be made into Charms or Spawn Eggs, that they rarely drop from their respective mobs, and that some can even be crafted. Take 2 fragments and a normal Egg and you can craft a Spawn Egg.[2]
- In the Legendaries chapter, the "Meltan" quest quest lists Salamander's Eye among its tasks. It comes after The Summoning Altar quest. The quest text says Meltan is forged, not found in the wild: you set a Ring Cast on the altar, add a Salamander Eye and a Black Laser Lens, and run the ritual beside a working foundry filled with molten gold and steel.[3]
Unverified The quest sources here do not show whether the ATM Star path uses this mod, and no in-jar guidebook or platform metadata was found for it. Other items, mechanics and config options of the mod are not confirmed for this pack.
How do you get started with Reliquary Reincarnations?
5 parts
Same as in the All the Mons 1.3.0 guide
Reliquary is a mod of gadgets, and many of its recipes in this pack are built around mob drops. So your first goal is to get the cheap, useful items done and start collecting drops. Here's the order I'd go in.[4][5]
First: make the Emperor's Chalice
The Emperor's Chalice is a natural first craft, because its recipe uses no Reliquary mob drops. It works as an infinite water bucket. Enable it to drain water and disable it to place water. You can also drink from it to restore hunger, but that costs you life.[4][5]

Second: start collecting mob drops
Many recipes in the pack need drops like Catalyzing Gland and Nebulous Heart. The Molten Core is a Blaze and Magma Cube drop. The Severing enchantment significantly increases your chance of Reliquary drops, so it's worth having before you go hunting.[4][5]
Third: set up potion crafting
The Apothecary Mortar grinds ingredients into potion essence, and the Apothecary Cauldron brews potions from that essence. The pack changed both recipes from the mod's versions, so don't trust the default Reliquary recipes you may remember.[4][5]

Fourth: build the Hunter's Handgun
The Hunter's Handgun is your ranged weapon: right-click fires and holding reloads. The pack changed its recipe, and the handgun is built from the Barrel Assembly, Grip Assembly and Hammer Assembly, whose recipes the pack changed as well. Their recipes are shown below.[4][5]

Where to go next
Once drops are coming in, the Coin of Fortune draws in items and XP, and the Hero's Medallion stores experience for you.[4][5]
Charm Fragments rarely drop from their mobs, but the pack has crafting recipes for them that it changed from the mod's versions. The quest a quest in "Apothic Spawners" explains that fragments can be made into Charms or Spawn Eggs.[4][6]
How does Reliquary Reincarnations work?
6 parts
Reliquary Reincarnations is built around a handful of single blocks and tools that hold a charge. This section sticks to what the mod's language file, the pack's config and the pack's recipe data show.[5][8][9]
Altar of Light
The Altar of Light turns redstone into glowstone: you feed it redstone and it grows glowstone. Activating it costs blocks.altar.redstoneCost redstone, which is 3 in this pack. It then takes blocks.altar.timeInMinutes minutes (20) to make a glowstone block, plus a random extra of up to blocks.altar.maximumTimeVarianceInMinutes minutes (5). While active it gives off light level 16, set by blocks.altar.outputLightLevelWhileActive. All of these match the mod defaults.[5][8]

Apothecary Cauldron and potions
The Apothecary Cauldron brews potions from potion essence, and the Apothecary Mortar is what grinds ingredients into that essence. The pack changed the cauldron's crafting recipe.[5][9]
Crafting Shaped
Recipe id: reliquary:apothecary_cauldron
The pack leaves the cauldron's settings at their defaults. blocks.apothecaryCauldron.cookTime is 160. You can add up to 2 glowstone for potency (blocks.apothecaryCauldron.glowstoneLimit) and up to 3 redstone for duration (blocks.apothecaryCauldron.redstoneLimit). The list of accepted heat sources, blocks.apothecaryCauldron.heatSources, is empty in the pack's config file.[8]
The whole potion system is on, since disable.potion is false. The settings under potions.maxEffectCount only control which potions appear in creative tabs and JEI.[8]
Potion effects also feed into ammo and arrows. The pack changed the recipes that turn a Lingering Condensed Potion into Tipped Arrow or into more Blaze Shot shots.[9]
Potion Effects (reliquary)
Recipe id: reliquary:tipped_arrow
Pedestals and automation
The Pedestal automates stuff placed in it. There is also a display-only Pedestal that does nothing but show items. The pack leaves both enabled (disable.pedestal and disable.passivePedestal are false).[5][8]
What a pedestal does depends on the item inside it, and the range and cooldown settings in the config show which items it can run:[8]
- Bucket: range blocks.pedestal.bucketWrapperRange (4) and a cooldown of blocks.pedestal.bucketWrapperCooldown ticks (40) between actions. It picks up liquid blocks or milks cows.[8]
- Melee weapon: range blocks.pedestal.meleeWrapperRange (5) and a cooldown of blocks.pedestal.meleeWrapperCooldown ticks (5) between swings.[8]
- Fishing rod: a success rate of blocks.pedestal.fishingWrapperSuccessRate percent (80), and a delay of blocks.pedestal.fishingWrapperRetractDelay seconds (2) before it casts again after retracting the hook.[8]
- Shears have their own range and cooldown settings, blocks.pedestal.shearsWrapperRange and blocks.pedestal.shearsWrapperCooldown. The config comments for these entries look swapped, so check in game before relying on them.[8]
- Redstone: a redstone block, or redstone dust with a powered transmitting pedestal, turns pedestals on within range blocks.pedestal.redstoneWrapperRange (10).[8]
- Harvest Rod: it hoes, plants, bonemeals and breaks crops around the pedestal within range items.harvestRod.pedestalRange (4), with a cooldown of items.harvestRod.pedestalCooldown ticks (5) between actions.[8]
- Hero's Medallion: it checks pedestals within range items.heroMedallion.pedestalRange (5) for mending items that need fixing. It tries every items.heroMedallion.repairCoolDown ticks (20) and uses at most items.heroMedallion.repairStepXP XP (5) each time.[5][8]
- Mob Charm: a charm in a pedestal keeps monsters from attacking players within range items.mobCharm.pedestalRange (21).[8]
- Rending Gale: players within range items.rendingGale.pedestalFlightRange (30) of the pedestal get flight, at a cost of items.rendingGale.pedestalCostPerSecond per second (2).[8]
Charge-holding tools
Many Reliquary tools store a resource and spend it on use. The Ender Staff holds up to 250 ender pearls (items.enderStaff.enderPearlLimit). A cast costs 1 pearl (items.enderStaff.enderPearlCastCost), and so does a warp to a Wraith Node (items.enderStaff.enderPearlNodeWarpCost). The node warp cast time is 60 (items.enderStaff.nodeWarpCastTime). Shift and scroll cycles its modes: Cast, Long Cast, Node Warp or Bind.[5][8]
The Destruction Catalyst works the same way with gunpowder. It holds up to 250 (items.destructionCatalyst.gunpowderLimit) and spends 3 per use (items.destructionCatalyst.gunpowderCost). Its explosion radius is 1 (items.destructionCatalyst.explosionRadius). items.destructionCatalyst.perfectCube is true, so it makes a perfect cube hole, and items.destructionCatalyst.centeredExplosion is false, so the explosion is not centered on the clicked block.[5][8]
The pack raises one of these limits: items.rendingGale.chargeLimit is 30,000 feathers in this pack, where the mod default is 300. A lightning bolt costs 100 feathers (items.rendingGale.boltChargeCost). Each feather you consume from your inventory adds 100 to the charge (items.rendingGale.chargeFeatherWorth).[8]
The Infernal Chalice stores lava, up to 500,000 mB (items.infernalChalice.fluidLimit), and the Void Tear can hold up to 2,000,000,000 of the item it is set to (items.voidTear.itemLimit). Both are the mod defaults.[5][8]
Fertility and area control
The Lilypad of Fertility speeds up crop growth. It causes growth ticks every 10 seconds (blocks.fertileLilypad.secondsBetweenGrowthTicks) in a radius of 4 (blocks.fertileLilypad.tileRange), and the growth ticks happen most often within a radius of 1 around it (blocks.fertileLilypad.fullPotencyRange). These are the mod defaults.[5][8]
The pack gives the lily pad two recipes that it added itself: a crafting recipe and a much more expensive Mystical Agriculture awakening recipe.[9]

The Interdiction Torch is described as repelling creatures and projectiles. In this pack it pushes mobs out within a radius of 5 (blocks.interdictionTorch.pushRadius), but blocks.interdictionTorch.canPushProjectiles is false, so it won't push projectiles.[5][8]
Hunter's Handgun
The Hunter's Handgun is crafted from three parts, the Barrel Assembly, Grip Assembly and Hammer Assembly, and the pack changed its recipe. Right click fires it and holding right click reloads. Reload time and cooldown between shots are fastest at experience level 20 (items.handgun.maxSkillLevel).[5][8][9]

How do you progress through Reliquary Reincarnations?
5 parts
Same as in the All the Mons 1.3.0 guide
Reliquary has no clean tier ladder in this pack, so this section follows the order the in-pack recipes make you build things in. In the pack's quest book, Reliquary items show up in two places: the Charm Fragment quest a quest in "Apothic Spawners" in the Apothic Spawners chapter, and the Meltan quest "Meltan" quest in the Legendaries chapter, which needs a Salamander's Eye.[6][7]
Stage 1: simple tools and consumables
The Emperor's Chalice, Glowing Water, Glowing Bread and Magicbane use the mod's own recipes. The Condensed Potion Vial recipe is the one the pack changed.[4]
- Emperor's Chalice uses the unchanged mod recipe and is the base for a later upgrade, the Infernal Chalice.[4]
- Glowing Water can be crafted with glass panes, or from a Condensed Potion Vial instead. You can turn it into Glowing Bread afterwards.[4]
- Condensed Potion Vial is a pack-changed recipe that only needs glass panes.[4]
- Magicbane needs a Nebulous Heart plus gold and iron ingots.[4]
Stage 2: the Hunter's Handgun
The Hunter's Handgun is assembled from a Barrel Assembly, a Grip Assembly and a Hammer Assembly. The grip needs an Empty Magazine. The pack changed all of these recipes, so don't trust older guides for them.[4]

The ammo recipes are pack-changed too. Neutral Shot is the plain shot. Exorcism Shot adds a Zombie Heart to it, Ender Shot adds a Nebulous Heart to a Seeker Shot, and Buster Shot adds a Catalyzing Gland to a Concussive Shot.[4]

Stage 3: charm fragments and the Charm Belt
The Apothic Spawners quest says Mob Charm Fragment items can be made into Charms or Spawn Eggs. They rarely drop from their respective mobs, and some can even be crafted. Take 2 of them and a normal Egg to craft a Spawn Egg.[6]
The pack changed every fragment recipe, and each mob has its own, so look up the one you need in the recipe viewer. Mob-specific drops such as the Chelicerae come into play there. The Charm Belt recipe is pack-changed as well.[4]

The Infernal chain
This is the longest chain among the recipes shown, and it uses the mod's own recipes. Everything starts from the Infernal Claw.[4]
- Craft an Infernal Claw, then turn it into Infernal Claws.[4]
- Use another claw to make an Infernal Tear, which also needs a Witch Hat.[4]
- Combine your Emperor's Chalice, the claws and the tear into the Infernal Chalice.[4]
- The tear is also needed for the Hero's Medallion and the Destruction Catalyst.[4]
Uses the mod's own recipe.
Frozen, Molten and Nebulous crafts
The last crafts lean on the Frozen Core, Molten Core and Nebulous Heart. The frozen side of the mod includes the Ice Magus Rod, the Shears of Winter and the Glacial Staff, whose recipe is shown below. The pack changed the Apothecary Cauldron recipe, so check it in the recipe viewer rather than relying on older guides.[4]
Uses the mod's own recipe.

How does Reliquary Reincarnations work with other mods?
2 parts
Reliquary Reincarnations doesn't stand alone in this pack. The pack adds its own recipes that use Reliquary items alongside items from other mods, and a couple of quests point you at them. Here's where the connections show up.[3][9]
Mystical Agriculture and Agradditions
The Lilypad of Fertility is made through a Mystical Agriculture awakening recipe that the pack added. It takes Fertile Essence from Reliquary together with items from other mods, including Vibranium Plate.[9]

Summoning Altar rituals
Two pack-added Summoning Altar rituals use Reliquary items. The Coin of Fortune is part of the ritual that produces the Mythical Pecha Berry, alongside an item from Mystical Agriculture.[9]
Altar (summoningrituals)
Recipe id: allthemons:mythical_pecha_berry
The Salamander's Eye is needed for the Meltan ritual, which mixes it with items from Industrial Foregoing, MoreRed and SGear Metalworks. The ritual's output is listed as a Cobblemon Pokémon model.[9]
The quest "Meltan" quest in the Legendaries chapter asks you to bring the Ring Cast, the Salamander Eye and the Black Laser Lens to the altar. It also says to run the ritual beside a working foundry filled with molten gold and steel. That setup requirement comes from the quest text, not from the recipe entry.[3]
Which All the Mons quests use Reliquary Reincarnations?
3 parts
Reliquary turns up in the pack's quest book in the Apothic Spawners chapter and the Legendaries chapter. Neither is a questline about the mod. Each quest just asks for a Reliquary item as part of something bigger.[2][3]
Apothic Spawners
The quest a quest in "Apothic Spawners" has no title in the quest book. It asks you to submit Mob Charm Fragment. It unlocks after another quest in the same chapter.[2]
The quest text says Charm Fragments can be made into either Charms or Spawn Eggs. They rarely drop from their respective mobs, and some of them can even be crafted.[2]
Legendaries
In this chapter, "Meltan" quest (Meltan, listed under Alola) comes after the quest called The Summoning Altar. Its tasks are to submit Ring Cast, Salamander's Eye and Black Laser Lens, plus a custom task.[3]
The quest text says Meltan isn't found in the wild, you forge it. You set a Ring Cast on the altar, add a Salamander's Eye and a Black Laser Lens, and run the ritual beside a working foundry filled with molten gold and steel. Once you've caught one, the quest suggests gathering more.[3]
Order
Each quest is gated inside its own chapter: the Apothic Spawners quest follows an earlier quest in that chapter, and the Meltan quest follows The Summoning Altar in Legendaries.[2][3]
Which Reliquary Reincarnations config options matter?
3 parts
Same as in the All the Mons 1.3.0 guide
Everything here lives in config/reliquary-common.toml. Good news: the pack leaves almost all of Reliquary Reincarnations at its mod defaults. Of the options that list a mod default, exactly one is marked as changed by the pack.[10]
The one changed value: Rending Gale capacity
The pack raises items.rendingGale.chargeLimit to 30,000. The mod default is 300, so the Rending Gale can hold far more feathers here than in a stock install. The config describes this option as the number of feathers the Rending Gale can hold.[10]
The costs around it are untouched. items.rendingGale.boltChargeCost is 100 feathers per lightning bolt, items.rendingGale.castChargeCost is 1 feather per cast in flight mode, and items.rendingGale.chargeFeatherWorth is 100.[10]
What is switched on and off
- The other disable switches are all false: disable.charms, disable.handgun, disable.pedestal, disable.passivePedestal, disable.potion and disable.disableSpawnEggRecipes. So charms, the handgun, pedestals and the potion system are all available.[10]
- mobDropsEnabled and chestLootEnabled are true, so Reliquary mob drops and chest loot are on.[10]
- dropCraftingRecipesEnabled is false, so the mob drops have no crafting recipes.[10]
Values you'll likely look up (all mod defaults)
- Altar: blocks.altar.timeInMinutes is 20 minutes, with up to 5 more from blocks.altar.maximumTimeVarianceInMinutes, and activating it costs 3 redstone (blocks.altar.redstoneCost).[10]
- Apothecary cauldron: blocks.apothecaryCauldron.glowstoneLimit is 2 and blocks.apothecaryCauldron.redstoneLimit is 3.[10]
- Phoenix Down: items.PhoenixDown.healPercentageOfMaxLife is 100 percent and items.PhoenixDown.hungerCostPercent is 25.[10]
- Angelheart Vial: items.angelheartVial.healPercentageOfMaxLife is 25 percent.[10]
- Mob Charm: items.mobCharm.durability is 80 and items.mobCharm.pedestalRange is 21.[10]
- Interdiction Torch: blocks.interdictionTorch.pushRadius is 5, and blocks.interdictionTorch.canPushProjectiles is false. The Rending Gale's items.rendingGale.canPushProjectiles is true.[10]
- Storage caps: items.voidTear.itemLimit is 2,000,000,000 items, items.infernalChalice.fluidLimit is 500,000 millibuckets of lava, and items.sojournerStaff.maxCapacityPerItemType is 1,500 per item type.[10]
- Sojourner's Staff reach: items.sojournerStaff.maxRange is 30.[10]
Unverified The config file doesn't list a mod default for true/false and list options, so I can't say whether the pack changed those, such as the Alkahestry tome being disabled. Treat them only as this pack's current values.
