What is Dyenamics?
Same as in the All the Mods 10 2.44 guide
Dyenamics is part of this pack's mod list, so it's installed and ready to go when you load in. The pack ships version 1.21.1-3.3.1 of the mod.[1]
Unverified The available sources don't describe what Dyenamics adds, who it's aimed at, or where it fits in the pack's progression, so those details aren't covered here yet.
How do you get started with Dyenamics?
5 parts
Dyenamics adds extra colors on top of the vanilla 16, and everything starts with dye. I'll use Amber as the example, since the recipe list shows Aquamarine and Bubblegum getting the same kinds of recipes. The order is simple: dye first, then wool, then concrete, then terracotta and glass.[2][3]
Step 1: Make your first dye
Start with Amber Dye. Its normal crafting recipe is the mod's own and gives you 2 dyes per craft. Aquamarine Dye works the same way, also giving 2 per craft.[2]
Crafting Shapeless

The mod's own recipe, 2 dyes per craft.
Crafting Shapeless
- any cyan dye
- any blue dye

Also 2 dyes per craft.
The pack changes the bulk route for Amber and Aquamarine dye: the changed recipes give 6 dyes per craft. The pack also adds its own recipe for Lavender Dye, which gives 6 per craft too.[2]

Ultramarine Dye is a little different: it is made by smelting rather than by crafting.[2]
Step 2: Dye some wool
Next, make Amber Wool. From it you can craft Amber Carpet (3 per craft), Amber Bed and Amber Banner.[2]

Step 3: Concrete
Then make Amber Concrete Powder. One craft gives you 8 powder. In this pack the powder turns into Amber Concrete with a Create splashing recipe that the pack added. The pack also changed another concrete recipe, which gives 8 concrete per craft.[2]

Step 4: Terracotta and glass
Amber Terracotta comes 8 per craft, and you can smelt it into Amber Glazed Terracotta.[2]

Amber Stained Glass also comes 8 per craft, and Amber Stained Glass Pane comes 16 per craft from the glass block. The pack adds recipes that turn scratched connected glass into 4 of the Dyenamics glass or pane.[2]
Crafting Shaped

Added by the pack, 4 glass per craft.
Step 5: Scale up your dye supply
Once you build a lot, hand crafting dye gets slow. The pack adds a recipe that makes 3 dyes, and it exists for Aquamarine and Bubblegum too. The Create mixing recipes that make dye from fluid were changed by the pack and use 250 of the matching Dyenamics dye fluid. The pack also adds Modern Industrialization mixer recipes that use Benzene (25) or Synthetic Oil (100).[2]

For lighting that matches your colors, the Building Tips chapter of the quest book has a "Luminax" quest quest, which says Luminax lights work with Dyenamics. Most of that chapter's quests are not shown in the sources here, so check the quest book for the rest.[5]
How does Dyenamics work?
4 parts
Same as in the All the Mons 1.0.0-rc.4 guide
Dyenamics is a colour mod, so there are no machines, power or multiblocks to learn here. What matters is how its colours turn into blocks, and that comes down to crafting, smelting and a few pack-specific processing recipes. I'll use amber as the example, and every other colour follows the same pattern.[6][7]
What each colour gives you
Each Dyenamics colour comes as a dye plus a full set of coloured blocks. For amber that means Amber Wool, Amber Carpet, Amber Bed, Amber Banner, Amber Candle, Amber Terracotta, Amber Glazed Terracotta, Amber Stained Glass, Amber Stained Glass Pane, Amber Concrete Powder and Amber Concrete. The language file also lists rockwool and shulker box variants for the colours.[6][7]
The recipe dump counts 91 shapeless and 54 shaped crafting recipes that turn vanilla materials and dyes from the common dye tags into Dyenamics blocks. Another 36 shaped recipes take a Dyenamics block and make a second Dyenamics block from it, such as wool into carpet or stained glass into panes.[7]
Getting the dyes
Amber Dye can be crafted by mixing two other dyes, and the result is a pair of amber dyes.[7]

The pack also changed the Mystical Agriculture dye recipe for amber, so one dye essence now gives you 6 amber dye. Aquamarine has the same changed recipe.[7]

Not every dye is crafted. Ultramarine Dye is made by smelting a blue dye.[7]
Concrete: powder to solid
Concrete powder is crafted from gravel, sand and your colour's dye, and one craft makes 8 powder.[7]
The pack gives you two ways to harden it. The first is Create splashing, where the powder becomes the matching concrete. The pack added one of these recipes for each of 18 colours.[7]
Splashing (create)
Recipe id: create:splashing/runtime_generated/compat/dyenamics/amber_concrete_powder_to_amber_concrete
The second is a recipe the pack changed: powder plus Water Essence makes 8 concrete in one craft.[7]
Shaped No Mirror (cucumber)
Recipe id: dyenamics:ma/concrete/amber_concrete
Glass and terracotta
Glazed terracotta is smelted from the matching plain terracotta.[7]
Stained glass is crafted from glass and a dye, and one craft makes 8 blocks. A second recipe turns stained glass into panes, 16 per craft.[7]
The pack also adds recipes that turn scratched stained glass from its connected glass set back into Dyenamics glass, 4 blocks per craft. The pane version works the same way and also gives 4.[7]

Unverified The available sources do not describe any machine, power, fluid, automation or multiblock behaviour for Dyenamics, so none is covered here.
How do you progress through Dyenamics?
3 parts
In this pack, Dyenamics works as a short path rather than a set of tiers. You get a new dye first, then turn that dye into coloured blocks. Here is how the quest book and the in-pack recipes lay that out.[2]
Where the quest book mentions it
The intro quest of the Productive Farming chapter, "Productive Farming" quest, says that mod brings more flowers and dye colours and works hand-in-hand with Productive Bees and Dyenamics. The rest of that chapter's quests are in the quest book, so check it there.[8]
In the Building Tips chapter, the "Colored Blocks" quest quest tells you to start with the dyes. The "Luminax" quest quest, which comes after it, says Luminax coloured lights work with Dyenamics.[5]
Step 1: get a dye
Amber Dye, Aquamarine Dye and Bubblegum Dye each have a base mod recipe, and Ultramarine Dye has its own recipe too. The amber one is shown first, with the ultramarine one after it.[2]
Crafting Shapeless
- any orange dye

Recipe id: dyenamics:amber_dye

If you need a lot of dye, the pack gives you more routes. The Mystical Agriculture dye essence recipes are changed by the pack and give 6 dyes per craft. The pack also added a recipe that gives 6 Lavender Dye from dye essence.[2]

The Create mixing recipes for these dyes are also changed by the pack. They turn 250 of the matching Dyenamics dye fluid into one dye.[2]

The pack added two more ways to multiply a dye you already have. One is an Occultism Otherflower craft that gives 3 dyes. The other is a Modern Industrialization mixer recipe that uses Benzene or Synthetic Oil.[2]

Recipe id: allthemods:modern_industrialization/dyes/amber/mixer/benzene

Step 2: turn the dye into blocks
Wool is the starting point for a lot of decor. The recipes below show Amber Wool and what you can make from it: Amber Carpet, Amber Bed and Amber Banner. Aquamarine follows the same pattern, and bubblegum has the same bed and banner recipes.[2]

For concrete, the base recipe makes 8 Amber Concrete Powder per craft. You can then get Amber Concrete by splashing the powder with Create, which is a recipe the pack added. The other route is a Mystical Agriculture recipe with water essence, changed by the pack, that gives 8 concrete.[2]

Added by the pack.
Shaped No Mirror (cucumber)
Recipe id: dyenamics:ma/concrete/amber_concrete

Amber Glazed Terracotta is the glazed form of Amber Terracotta, and Amber Stained Glass and Amber Stained Glass Pane have their own recipes too, all shown below. The pack also added recipes that turn scratched stained glass from a connected glass mod into 4 of the Dyenamics glass or panes.[2]
Makes 16 panes per craft.
The recipe dump counts 18 results for the splashing, smelting and Mystical Agriculture concrete recipes, so every Dyenamics colour gets the same treatment. Amber, aquamarine and bubblegum are just the examples shown here. Cherenkov Dye also has a Create mixing recipe and its own concrete recipes.[2]
How does Dyenamics work with other mods?
4 parts
Dyenamics adds extra dye colors, and this pack connects them to other mods through its own recipes. The recipe data shows links to Occultism, Modern Industrialization, Create Dragons Plus and Mystical Agriculture. Everything below comes from those recipes.[2]
Occultism: Otherflower
The pack adds a shapeless crafting recipe for each Dyenamics dye. It combines the dye with Otherflower and gives that same dye as the result. The Amber version is shown here, and the other colors follow the same pattern.[2]
Shapeless (kubejs)
Recipe id: allthemods:crafting/otherflower_to_amber_dye
Amber is the example. Every other Dyenamics dye has a matching Otherflower recipe.
Modern Industrialization: the mixer
The pack also adds Modern Industrialization mixer recipes for the Dyenamics dyes. Each color has a version using Benzene and a version using Synthetic Oil. In both, the dye goes in as an input and the same dye comes out. Amber with benzene looks like this:[2]
Mixer (modern_industrialization)
Recipe id: allthemods:modern_industrialization/dyes/amber/mixer/benzene
The synthetic oil version for Amber, and the versions for the other colors, follow the same pattern.
Create Dragons Plus: mixing
Create Dragons Plus has its own copy of each Dyenamics color, such as Dyenamics Amber Dye. The pack changed a Create mixing recipe for each color so that the Create Dragons Plus item becomes the matching dye from this mod, like Amber Dye. That means you can turn those items into native Dyenamics dyes.[2]
Mixing (create)
Recipe id: create_dragons_plus:mixing/dyenamics_amber_dye_from_fluid
Amber is the example. The other colors have matching mixing recipes.
Mystical Agriculture: concrete
The pack changed the Dyenamics concrete recipes so they use Water Essence. You combine a concrete powder with the essence to get the finished concrete block. The recipe data shows this for the colors from amber through persimmon, and it does not list a concrete recipe for rose, spring green, ultramarine or wine.[2]
Shaped No Mirror (cucumber)
Recipe id: dyenamics:ma/concrete/amber_concrete
Amber is the example. The other listed colors follow the same pattern.
Which All the Mods 10: To the Sky quests use Dyenamics?
3 parts
Dyenamics doesn't have a quest chapter of its own in this pack. It gets mentioned in three places, and none of them is on the ATM Star path. Here they are, with what each one asks of you.[4][5][8]
Chapter 3: AllTheModium
The first mention is the quest "Infinite Dyes" quest. It comes after "Infinity ME Cells" quest, and that quest follows "Unobtainium" quest, "Vibranium" quest and "AllTheModium" quest. So you reach it late in the chapter.[4]
It asks you to obtain infinite cells for the 16 vanilla dye colors. The quest text apologizes to Dyenamics: those dyes will have to be crafted, because the infinite cells only cover the vanilla ones. Each cell needs 6x Compressed Concrete of the same color.[4]
Building Tips
In this chapter, "Luminax" quest says Luminax colored lights work with Dyenamics. You reach it through "Colored Blocks" quest, which opens with a note that color brings a build to life and tells you to start with the dyes. That quest in turn comes after "Blocks!" quest, which is one of the first quests after "Building Tips!" quest.[5]
Luminax is described as a simple mod: colored lights with no texturing, available in shapes like stairs, slabs and even pressure plates. The quest doesn't ask for anything specific from Dyenamics itself.[5]
Productive Farming
The chapter's first quest, "Productive Farming" quest, says the mod brings an auto farm multiblock, new crops, and more flowers and dye colors for them. It also says Productive Farming works hand in hand with Productive Bees and Dyenamics.[8]
The flower side of this is told in "FLOWERS" quest. Bees with Pollen Upgrades in their hives cross breed the types and colors of flowers where they pollinate. The new flowers spawn on grass near the old ones. They keep the previous type with one of its colors, or take a combination of the two colors. The quest gives Blue Poppys and Maroon Cattails as examples.[8]
The individual flower quests come after it. Each one names the flower's color, for example "Amaryllis" quest (Maroon) and "Cape Leadwort" quest (Icy Blue).[8]
52 of this chapter's quests aren't included in the material I have. If you want the rest of the Productive Farming story, it's in the quest book.[8]
