What is Draconic Evolution?
2 parts
Draconic Evolution is an end-game tech mod. It adds a lot of high-tier items, including powerful tools and armor, plus high-tier RF energy storage and a handful of other unusual features.[1]
The mod's own description lists these features: teleportation, mob farming (spawning and killing), player detection, and time and weather control. The mod's author admits that this description is ancient and still needs an update, so treat it as a broad summary rather than a complete feature list.[1]
Version in this pack
This pack ships Draconic Evolution 3.1.3.625, built for Minecraft 1.21.1. It has been in the pack since version 1.0 or earlier.[2]
Who it is for
If you like chasing the top tier of gear and power storage, this is the mod for you. Its tools, armor and energy storage are all described as high tier, so expect it to be a late-game goal rather than something you pick up early.[1]
The mod's author links English and German video tutorials from the project page. They are a good starting point if you want a walkthrough of the mod itself.[1]
Unverified The sources I have do not show where this mod sits in the pack's progression. They also show no quests or ATM Star path involvement for it. Any recipes or pack-specific changes are covered in other sections of this guide, so check there rather than assuming mod defaults.
How do you get started with Draconic Evolution?
5 parts
Draconic Evolution is a high-tier tech mod. It covers teleportation, mob farming, time and weather control, powerful tools and armor, and high-tier RF energy storage. Here is the order I'd work through the first items in this pack.[1]
Step one: make a Draconium Core
The Draconium Core is the base component for a lot of the mod. The recipes for the Generator, Fusion Crafting Core, Energy Pylon, Particle Generator and Entity Detector all use it. Make a few before anything else.[3]

Step two: build a Generator
The Generator is a machine whose recipe uses a Draconium Core, so you can reach it right after step one. It has several modes. Normal gives standard output and efficiency, Eco and Eco Plus trade output for fuel efficiency, and Performance and Overdrive give more output at the cost of fuel. Pick the mode that matches how much fuel you have.[3][4]

Step three: move up to Wyvern parts
The Wyvern Core and the Wyvern Energy Controller both build on the Draconium Core. The Wyvern Core recipe also asks for a nether star, so plan for that.[3]

How does Draconic Evolution work?
7 parts
Same as in the All the Mods 10: To the Sky 2.0.4 guide
Draconic Evolution is described as an end game tech mod with high-tier energy storage (RF), teleportation, mob farming (spawning and killing), player detection, and time and weather control. This page covers the systems the pack's sources actually explain. The sources give no in-jar guidebook and no config files for this mod, so some numbers (RF capacities, transfer rates, tier sizes) are not covered here.[1][4]
Energy Core
The Energy Core is the mod's big RF storage multiblock. Its screen is titled "Tier %s Energy Core" and has Assemble Core, Activate and Deactivate buttons, plus Tier Up and Tier Down. A Toggle Build Guide button shows you where the blocks go.[4]
If the build is wrong, the screen tells you. "Core structure invalid" means the shape is off. "Stabilizer configuration invalid" means the Wyvern Energy Controller-style controller can't use your stabilizer layout. Some setups show "(Advanced stabilizers required)", but the sources don't say which tiers need them. Stabilizers are their own block, the Energy Core Stabilizer.[4][5]
The screen also has an Energy Target field. It is for display purposes only, so it won't limit or change how the core charges. You can type a plain number or scientific notation: the screen's own example is 9.223E18, which becomes 9,223,000,000,000,000,000.[4]
The controllers come in three tiers: Wyvern Energy Controller, Draconic Energy Controller and Chaotic Energy Controller. Each step up is crafted from the one below, plus a higher-tier core.[5]

Moving energy around
The mod has an energy network built from crystals. There are Energy Relay Crystals, Energy I/O Crystals and Wireless Energy Crystals, each in Basic, Wyvern and Draconic versions. Energy Pylons and the Energy Transfuser are also part of the energy gear.[4]
The tool messages show how linking works: you link devices, can clear links or clear receivers, and the HUD shows Charge and Links. The full linking steps are cut off in the sources, so check them in-game.[4]
The Basic Wireless Energy Crystal is built from a Basic Relay Crystal, so you step up from relay to wireless.[5]

Fusion crafting
Many high-tier items use the mod's own recipe type, fusion crafting. It uses a Fusion Crafting Core with Fusion Crafting Injectors around it. The injectors come in four tiers: Draconium, Wyvern, Draconic and Chaotic.[4][5]
Fusion recipes in the pack include the Draconic Core, the Awakened Draconium Block and the Chaotic Fusion Crafting Injector. The Chaotic injector is crafted from the Draconic one, so you upgrade your injectors rather than starting over.[5]

The pack also adds a shapeless recipe that turns a Draconic Fusion Crafting Injector into a Draconic Fusion Crafting Injector. Its purpose isn't stated in the sources.[5]
Materials
In this pack, Draconium Dust can be sieved from Crushed End Stone using a Diamond Mesh in Ex Deorum. This recipe was added by the pack. Awakened dust smelts into an Awakened Draconium Ingot.[5]
Storage blocks of awakened draconium decompress into 9 ingots each. A Chaos Shard breaks down into 9 Large Chaos Fragment.[5]
Utility machines
The Celestial Manipulator controls time and weather. Its screen offers Clear Skies, Create Rain and Create Storm. For time it can skip 24 hours, skip to Sunrise, Noon, Sunset, Moonrise, Midnight or Moonset, and stop skipping.[4]

The Draconium Chest has a built-in furnace with four Auto-Smelt modes. Off does nothing. All feeds every smeltable item into the furnace. Filtered only feeds items that are already being smelted. Filtered (Sticky) works like Filtered but keeps one item so the filter persists. You can also change the chest's colour.[4]
The Disenchanter screen shows the level of the enchant and its XP cost in levels.[4]
Teleportation
The Dislocator uses Ender Pearls as teleport fuel, and the fuel counter shows the total number of teleports remaining. You can add 1, 16 or all the pearls from your inventory. To bind a location, sneak and right click: it saves your current X, Y, Z, the direction you face and your dimension.[4]
Right click either teleports you to the selected location or blinks, and you can switch between the two modes. You can also configure keybindings. A location list lets you add, rename (double left click), drag to reorder, delete and lock entries, or update one with "Set Here". Editing needs the list unlocked.[4]

Not covered by the sources
The Draconic Reactor Core, Reactor Energy Injector and Reactor Stabilizer exist as blocks, and so do the Stabilized Mob Spawner and Mob Grinder. The sources I have don't explain how they work, so check them in-game.[4]
How do you progress through Draconic Evolution?
4 parts
Draconic Evolution in this pack works as a chain of upgrades. You start with Draconium, move to Wyvern gear, then Draconic, and finally Chaotic. Each tier's key components are crafted from the previous tier's, so you can read the whole path straight off the in-pack recipes.[3]
Unverified I have no quest data for this mod, so the order below follows the in-pack recipes, not a quest path. I also can't confirm where the pack expects you to get raw Draconium or the Chaotic Core recipe, so those steps are left out.
Draconium tier
Everything starts with the Draconium Core. Draconium comes in ingots, nuggets and blocks, and you can compress and decompress between them with simple crafting recipes. The core is the base for most of the mod's machines and for the next tier's core.[3]
Crafting Shaped

Several early machines use this core in their recipes. That includes the Generator, the Fusion Crafting Core, the Draconium Fusion Crafting Injector, the Energy Pylon and the Particle Generator. The Basic Energy Relay Crystal comes a little later, in the Wyvern section below.[3]
Wyvern tier
Next you craft the Wyvern Core from a Draconium Core. This is the main gate to the rest of the mod, since later components keep asking for it.[3]
Crafting Shaped

The Wyvern Energy Controller (the Wyvern Energy Controller) is the other half of this tier. You use it for the Mob Grinder and the Energy Core, and it is the base for the Wyvern relay crystal.[3]

Energy relay crystals follow the same tiers. The Wyvern Energy Relay Crystal is built on top of the basic relay crystal, and each relay crystal can be turned into its matching I/O crystal and back. The Celestial Manipulator also needs a Wyvern Core.[3]
Crafting Shaped
Recipe id: draconicevolution:machines/wyvern_relay_crystal
Draconic tier
Draconic gear needs Awakened Draconium Ingot. You can compress these from Awakened Draconium Nugget and pack them into an Awakened Draconium Block. The Draconic Energy Controller combines a Wyvern Core with the Wyvern Energy Controller and one of those ingots.[3]

The reactor stabilizer parts, such as the Reactor Stabilizer Frame, also use Wyvern Cores and Awakened Draconium. The Draconic Wireless Energy Crystal and the draconic modules belong at this tier as well.[3]
Chaotic tier
The top tier runs on chaos fragments. You can compress them in steps, from Tiny Chaos Fragment to Small Chaos Fragment, then Large Chaos Fragment, and finally a Chaos Shard. They can also be broken back down.[3]
The Chaotic Energy Controller is an upgrade of the Draconic Energy Controller. It uses a Draconic Core (shown in this pack as the Draconic Core) and a Small Chaos Fragment.[3]
Crafting Shaped
Recipe id: draconicevolution:components/chaotic_energy_core
Chaotic modules are upgrades of their Draconic versions. The Chaotic Damage Module, Chaotic Energy Module and Chaotic Flight Module each take the matching Draconic module plus a Draconic Core and a chaos fragment. The Chaotic AOE Module and Chaos-Entangled Quantum Energy Tunnel need a Chaotic Core and a netherite ingot instead.[3]

How does Draconic Evolution work with other mods?
5 parts
Draconic Evolution is an end-game mod, and in this pack it is wired into other mods through recipes. Some of these recipes were added by the pack, and others are mod recipes the pack changed. I'll point out which is which, so you don't assume these are the mod's defaults.[1][3]
Powah: creative energy
The Creative Capacitor and the Creative Power Source (the Creative Power Source) are both made in the Powah energizing process. Both recipes are added by the pack, and the ATM Star and the Dragon Heart show up in each of them. The exact recipes are below.[3]

Productive Bees
Productive Bees connects to Draconic Evolution's fusion crafting. The pack changed the fusion recipes that turn a configurable bee into a Draconium Bee, an Awakened Bee or a Chaos Bee, and each one gives you the bee along with a spawn egg. The Chaos Bee asks for the most: it uses a Chaotic Core and a Small Chaos Fragment on top of the Awakened Bee ingredients.[3]

What changed in Draconic Evolution between versions?
1 part
All the Mods 10: To the Sky 1.1.2 ships Draconic Evolution version 3.1.3.625, and the mod has been in the pack since 1.0 or earlier. The sources I have don't include any pack changelog entries for this mod, so I can't tell you how it changed between individual pack releases.[2]
Draconic Evolution 3.1.3.625
This is the version in the pack right now. The mod's own changelog for it lists these changes:[2][6]
- Fixed the inability to pick up placed items.[6]
- Fixed stabilized spawner creation.[6]
- Fixed Souls not dropping.[6]
- Merged a zh_cn (Chinese) translation fix.[6]
If you were stuck on one of those bugs in an earlier build, this is the version where they are fixed.[6]
