What is PneumaticCraft: Repressurized?
2 parts
Same as in the All the Mods 10 4.5 guide
PneumaticCraft: Repressurized is all about doing cool stuff with compressed air. It's an industrial-themed tech mod with its own power system, an original take on automation, and a seriously powerful armor set.[1]
Pressure is your power here. Compressors squeeze air to build up pressure, and they're the mod's power generators. Pressure Tubes carry that air around your base, and many of the mod's machines need pressure to run.[2][3][4]
What you can do with it
- Build Pneumatic Armor, a full suit you can upgrade heavily. You pressurize it and install upgrades in a Charging Station.[5][6]
- Program Drones with a system of widgets. Every program starts at a single Start widget.[7][8]
- Move items and fluids and keep inventories stocked with the Logistics System. It's inspired by Factorio: you attach Logistic Frames to existing inventories and tanks, then link them with Logistics Drones or with Pressure Tubes fitted with Logistics Modules.[9][10]
- Get into oil. The quest chapter takes you from Crude Oil Bucket to the Refinery Controller, then on to fuels such as Diesel Bucket, Kerosene Bucket, Gasoline Bucket and LPG Bucket.[11]
- Produce renewable Biodiesel from seeds, crops and sugar using the Thermopneumatic Processing Plant.[12][13]
Where it fits in ATM10
All the Mods 10 4.5 ships PneumaticCraft: Repressurized 8.2.13. The mod has been in the pack since version 2.25 or earlier.[14]
You can start early, because all you need is iron and stone. Blow up some iron to get Compressed Iron, then make Pressure Tubes and Reinforced Stone and build a Pressure Chamber. Compressed Iron Armor is an early-game set that's slightly better than iron.[15][16]
The pack's pneumaticcraft quest chapter follows the same path. It opens with Compressed Iron Ingot in a quest in "?", then branches out into Pressure Tube, Reinforced Stone, the Air Compressor and the Charging Station. From there it moves on to the Pressure Chamber, crude oil and the Refinery.[11]
Unverified The sources don't show whether anything from this mod is needed on the ATM Star path.
How do you get started with PneumaticCraft: Repressurized?
7 parts
Same as in the All the Mods 10 4.5 guide
PneumaticCraft runs on compressed air. Compressors are its power generators, and Pressure Tubes move that air around to your machines. The mod doesn't add any ores, so everything starts with plain iron.[2][3][17]
What to gather
Grab some iron and some stone before you start. You'll want around a stack of each, and a bit less iron is fine.[15]
Step 1: Compressed Iron
The Compressed Iron Ingot shows up in recipes all over the mod. It's also the very first quest in the pack's PneumaticCraft chapter: a quest in "?". To make it, throw your iron ingots on the ground and set off an explosion nearby. TNT does the job, but any explosion works. Yes, really![11][15][17]

Drop the iron on the ground and blow it up.
Step 2: Pressure Tubes and Reinforced Stone
Next, make some Pressure Tube and some Reinforced Stone. Both open up in the quest book once you have Compressed Iron, as a quest in "?" and a quest in "?".[11][15]
Step 3: Your first Air Compressor
The Air Compressor is where your air comes from. Its quest, a quest in "?", unlocks after the Pressure Tube quest. It burns any solid fuel that works in a Furnace. Fuel buckets won't work in it; liquid fuels need a Liquid Compressor instead.[11][18]

Step 4: Charging Station
The Charging Station charges and discharges air-powered items such as Drones and Pneumatic Wrenches. It's also where you manage upgrades in items that accept them. Its quest, a quest in "?", needs both the Pressure Tube and Reinforced Stone quests. It then branches out to tools like the Pneumatic Wrench and the Manometer.[11][18]

Step 5: Aim for the Pressure Chamber
The mod's own Getting Started guide ends with building a Pressure Chamber, so that's your first big goal. In this pack, the quest for it is a quest in "?". It asks for a Pressure Chamber Wall, a Pressure Chamber Valve and a Pressure Chamber Interface. It unlocks after the Reinforced Stone quest and a Security Upgrade quest, a quest in "?", which itself follows the Air Compressor.[11][15]
Optional: Compressed Iron Armor
If you have spare ingots, Compressed Iron Armor is a nice early upgrade. It has slightly higher toughness and durability than Iron Armor, plus partial knockback resistance. You can repair it in an Anvil with Compressed Iron Ingots. The full set is quest a quest in "?".[11][16]

How does PneumaticCraft: Repressurized work?
11 parts
PneumaticCraft runs on its own power system: compressed air. Instead of a cable network carrying energy units, you build a pressurised network of tubes and machines, and everything you do is paid for out of the air stored inside it.[1][20]
Pressure, volume and air
Every pressurisable machine and tool has a volume measured in mL, which is how much air it holds at normal atmospheric pressure. Pressure is worked out as P = (A / V) - 1, where V is the volume and A is the air currently stored. So a machine with a volume of 5,000 mL holding 20,000 mL of air sits at 3 bar.[20]
The bar figures here are gauge pressure, meaning pressure above normal atmospheric: 0 bar is unpressurised air and -1 bar is a vacuum.[20][21]
The key thing to internalise is that machine operations consume air, not pressure. Pressure is just a readout of stored air divided by volume. Many machines need a minimum pressure before they will run at all, but what actually drains away as they work is the air itself.[20]
That is also why Volume Upgrades matter. Increasing a machine's volume means the same amount of air consumed causes a smaller pressure drop, so the machine rides out bursts of work without dipping below its minimum working pressure.[20]
Air moves, and it leaks
Air flows from higher-pressure blocks to lower-pressure ones and constantly tries to balance across the network. Connect a small machine to a large air capacity like a Pressure Chamber and the machine will build up pressure from the shared pool.[20]
Leave a tube or machine connection dangling and you get a giant air leak, bleeding pressure out of the whole system. Leaks hiss audibly and throw a stream of particles out of the offending block, so they are easy to spot once you know the tells.[20]
Pressure tiers
- Tier one machines nominally resist 5 bar.[21]
- Tier one-point-five machines resist up to 10 bar. This is an optional tier mainly there to reach things that used to need tier two, like charging tools to 10 bar and obtaining a Diamond Drill Bit for 3x3 block breaking.[21]
- Tier two machines resist up to 20 bar.[21]
Your tubing is tiered the same way. The Advanced Pressure Tube is the strongest type, with a max safe pressure of 20 bar, and it can be camouflaged and take Tube Modules for extra functionality.[22]
Compressors: making the air
Compressors are the generators of the mod: machines that compress air to create pressure. There are several kinds, and which one you use depends on what fuel or power you already have flowing.[2][20]
- The Air Compressor burns any solid fuel that works in a Furnace. Fuel buckets will not work here; liquid fuels want a Liquid Compressor instead.[22]
- The Advanced Air Compressor is the tier two version, generating at 50 mL/tick and producing heat. Higher heat means lower efficiency, with gauge arrows marking where efficiency starts dropping and where it hits 0%. It will not explode from overheating.[22]
- The Advanced Liquid Compressor also runs at 50 mL/tick with the same heat-versus-efficiency tradeoff and the same no-explosion behaviour.[22]
- The Flux Compressor converts Forge Energy into compressed air at a base efficiency of 40%, so 100 FE becomes 40 mL of air. Speed Upgrades reduce that efficiency slightly, and the heat it makes must be dissipated to avoid further losses.[22]
- The Electrostatic Compressor makes 200,000 mL of air instantly when lightning strikes it, using a grid of Iron Bars or Lightning Rods to attract strikes.[22]

Your first compressor.
The Electrostatic Compressor's grid is effective out to 5 blocks horizontally (as a circular radius) and 5 blocks vertically, and more grid blocks up to a maximum of 250 per grid improve your odds. A column of up to 10 Iron Bars or Lightning Rods directly above helps too. Multiple compressors can share one grid and split the incoming air, and a column of grid blocks below the compressor grounds it to dissipate excess energy and avoid an explosion. Strike chances are poor in clear weather, better in rain and much better in a thunderstorm.[22]
Heat as a second resource
Alongside pressure, the mod runs a heat system that spreads block to block much like real heat. Hotter objects give heat to colder ones, only to adjacent blocks that understand heat, and the bigger the temperature difference the faster it moves.[23]
Two properties govern the behaviour. Thermal resistance decides how fast heat crosses between objects, and it varies a lot: torches and air resist strongly, while Compressed Iron Blocks barely resist at all. Thermal capacity decides how much heat it takes to change a block's temperature, so high-capacity blocks heat up slowly and cool down slowly.[23]
Static heat sources are blocks and fluids that add or remove heat when placed next to a machine, and they can transform when pushed too far: magma cools to netherrack, lava cools to obsidian, water may freeze or evaporate, and fires and campfires go out. Heat extraction is tracked outside the block itself, so breaking and replacing a block to reset it does not work.[24]
For controlled heat, a Vortex Tube is a dynamic source that turns pressure directly into heat and cold, and it is well worth putting a Heat Sink on its unused side for efficiency. Heat Sinks disperse heat or cold into the atmosphere, Heat Pipes move heat between blocks without leaking to adjacent air or fluid, and a Heat Frame heats or freezes items sitting in any inventory.[24]
Automation and logistics
Item and fluid movement has its own dedicated layer. The Logistics System is built around keeping inventories and tanks stocked automatically rather than just shoving items down a pipe.[10]
Semiblocks are a curious middle ground: they are placed like blocks but are not quite blocks, and can share space with a real block. Logistics Frames are technically semiblocks too.[25]
The Aerial Interface treats a player's inventory as its own, so you can hopper items in and out and they arrive in or leave the inventory of whoever placed the block. Combine it with Drones, Logistics Frames or other mods' insertion methods to keep yourself permanently stocked with, say, 64 torches.[22]

The assembly line multiblock
Assembly machines form a small multiblock production line. The Assembly Controller drives everything: it controls any connected assembly machine, plus the machines connected to those, and so on. To start a run, put a program in its program slot.[22]
- Assembly Platform holds items in place for drilling and lasering.[22]
- Assembly Drill drills items on a platform that is directly (not diagonally) adjacent to it.[22]
- Assembly Laser lasers items on a directly adjacent platform.[22]
- Assembly IO Unit (import) pulls items from an input inventory onto a platform, and Assembly IO Unit (export) moves finished items from a platform to an output inventory.[22]
The import and export IO units are interchangeable: a single shapeless craft converts one into the other in either direction, so you never have to build the wrong one twice.[26]
Programs decide what the line does. If you have both the drill and laser programs, you can combine them into a single combined program.[26]

Reading machine GUIs
Most machines share a set of side tabs in their GUI. Redstone behaviour controls how the machine responds to, or emits, redstone. Information gives static text on what the machine does. Upgrades explains which upgrades that machine accepts and what they do in its context.[27]
Two more tabs are your debugging tools. Pressure Status shows current pressure and the machine's volume, and Problems tells you what is wrong when a machine refuses to run. Check Problems first; it will usually point straight at the cause.[27]
Upgrades
Upgrades are craftable items slotted into machines and some tools to change how they behave. The exact effect varies by device, and it is documented in the machine's own GUI. For tools and armour you need a Charging Station, which is also where you pressurise them.[22][28]
Speed Upgrades need Lubricant, which is made in a Thermopneumatic Processing Plant from Diesel (or Biodiesel) and Redstone. You can also craft them from Drop of Glycerol, and using a Liquid Hopper or other modded tank of Lubricant lets you craft several at once.[28][29]

Keeping it all running
Because only a few chunks are loaded at a time, anything you want processing while you are away has to be chunkloaded. Vanilla's forceload command works but needs op privileges, and many mods offer player-usable chunkloaders. This mod's own Programmable Controller offers some limited chunkloading too.[30]
- Keep builds inside chunk boundaries. If half your setup is loaded and half is not, the results get very unpredictable, so aim for all of it or none of it.[30]
- Use Security Upgrades in machines to prevent explosions. Even with careful redstone control, chunkloading hiccups or server performance issues can catch you out.[30]
- Keep multiblocks inside a single chunk where you can. Even with every relevant chunk loaded, spanning a Pressure Chamber across chunks is not ideal.[30]
Computer control
With ComputerCraft or OpenComputers installed you can drive almost every machine in the mod, and Drones too, as peripherals or components. Every machine exposes getPressure(), getDangerPressure() for the point where explosion becomes a risk, and getCriticalPressure() for the hard maximum where it certainly explodes. Machines that support heat also expose getTemperature().[31]
Some machines go further. The Air Cannon can be aimed and fired programmatically, the Elevator can be given a target height and queried for its current height and velocity (in blocks per tick, at 20 ticks per second), and the Universal Sensor can have its sensor selected and its text field set from code.[31]
How do you progress through PneumaticCraft: Repressurized?
5 parts
In this pack, the PneumaticCraft quest chapter is one big tree, and it starts with a single quest: craft a Compressed Iron Ingot (a quest in "?"). Nearly everything else branches off from that ingot, so let's start there.[32]
Stage 1: Compressed iron and basic pressure
The mod doesn't generate extra ores. You just need iron ingots, which you turn into compressed iron ingots by throwing them on the ground and setting off a nearby explosion. TNT works, but any explosion does. You can also make them in a Pressure Chamber, but building that needs some compressed iron first, so a little initial loss is unavoidable.[17]

Before you go further, know the three pressure tiers. Tier one machines nominally resist 5 bar, tier one-point-five machines resist up to 10 bar, and tier two machines resist up to 20 bar. Tier 1.5 is optional and mainly exists for charging tools to 10 bar and for getting a Diamond Drill Bit, which allows 3x3 block breaking.[21]
Right after the first ingot, the quest tree fans out into these early goals:[32]
- a quest in "?" asks for the full Compressed Iron Armor set, an early-game armor that is slightly better than iron, with slightly higher toughness and durability and partial knockback resistance.[16][32]
- a quest in "?" asks for a Pressure Tube, which unlocks the Air Compressor (a quest in "?") and the Tube Junction.[32]
- a quest in "?" asks for Reinforced Stone. It leads to the Charging Station, Minigun Ammo, the Logistics Core and the Reinforced Chest.[32]
- a quest in "?" starts the tank line: Small Fluid Tank, then Medium Fluid Tank, Large Fluid Tank and finally Huge Fluid Tank.[32]

The Charging Station opens up a few handy tools: the Manometer, the Pneumatic Wrench and the Camouflage Applicator. It also leads to the Charging Module. Upgrades for tools are installed through the Charging Station.[28][32]
Stage 2: Pressure Chamber, oil and heat
The Pressure Chamber quest (a quest in "?") wants the chamber wall, valve and interface. It comes after the reinforced stone quest and a Security Upgrade quest. Once it's done, the next goal is a Crude Oil Bucket (a quest in "?").[32]
Oil opens two branches. One covers oil extraction with the Gas Lift, Drill Pipe and Seismic Sensor. The other starts with the Vortex Tube, which leads on to the Heat Pipe and Heat Sink. The refinery quest (a quest in "?") needs both oil and the heat pipe, and asks for the Refinery Controller, Refinery Output and Thermal Lagging.[32]
The refinery then unlocks LPG, diesel, kerosene and gasoline buckets. Diesel leads to Lubricant Bucket, and lubricant leads to the Diamond Drill Bit. The Netherite Drill Bit quest follows the diamond bit. The LPG quest leads to the Thermopneumatic Processing Plant.[32]

Stage 3: Plastic, renewables and circuit boards
The Thermopneumatic Processing Plant unlocks Molten Plastic, the Upgrade Matrix, the Heat Frame and the Yeast Culture Bucket and Vegetable Oil Bucket quests. The yeast and vegetable oil lines lead to Ethanol Bucket, Biodiesel Bucket and, for fun, Cod n Chips. The Upgrade Matrix can replace Lapis Lazuli when crafting upgrades.[12][32][33]
The plastic quest (a quest in "?") is the gateway to circuit boards. It opens the Amadron Tablet, Capacitor, Empty PCB and Transistor. It also opens the Reinforced Pressure Tube, the elevator parts and the pneumatic door.[32]
The PCB Blueprint quest comes after the Empty PCB and the Amadron Tablet. In the recipe dump, the blueprint is an Amadron trade for a single emerald. After that the chain runs: UV Light Box, then Etching Tank and Etching Acid Bucket, then Unassembled PCB, and finally the Finished PCB. The Finished PCB quest also requires the capacitor and transistor quests.[26][32]
Stage 4: Assembly line, drones and Pneumatic Armor
The Finished PCB is the key to the next big batch of quests. You'll go on to the Assembly Controller, the import and export IO units (Assembly IO Unit (import) and Assembly IO Unit (export)), the Assembly Platform, the Assembly Laser and the Assembly Drill. The same step unlocks the Programmer with the Drone, the Micromissiles and the Pneumatic Armor set.[32]

Pneumatic Armor is highly upgradable. By default it has only slightly better protection and durability than the equivalent iron piece, so the upgrades are where it shines. Put the armor in a Charging Station to pressurize it and install them. The armor quest (a quest in "?") leads to a long list of upgrade quests, including block tracker, coordinate tracker, charging, magnet, night vision, SCUBA, flippers, stomp, elytra and the first tiers of jet boots and jumping.[5][32]
The jet boots line is a straight chain from Jet Boots Upgrade: Tier I through Jet Boots Upgrade: Tier V, one quest per tier. Tier I needs an Advanced Air Compressor and an Advanced Pressure Tube, so you'll want the next stage first.[26][32]

How does PneumaticCraft: Repressurized work with other mods?
5 parts
PneumaticCraft doesn't live in a bubble in this pack. A handful of recipes tie it to other mods, either by feeding PneumaticCraft items into them or by borrowing their parts. Here is what the pack's recipe dump actually confirms.[26]
Getting Compressed Iron from other mods
Compressed Iron Ingot is the starting point of PneumaticCraft's quest chapter, and a lot of the early quests unlock after it. Mystical Agriculture has a crafting recipe that turns Compressed Iron Essence into that ingot, so you have a second way to get it.[26][32]
Crafting Shaped
Recipe id: mysticalagriculture:essence/pneumaticcraft/compressed_iron_ingot
Going the other way, Patchouli's Guide Book recipe asks for a Compressed Iron Ingot too.[26]
Crude oil from Industrial Foregoing
Industrial Foregoing has a Laser Drill fluid recipe that turns the Black Laser Lens into Crude Oil. That is a mod recipe, not a pack change, and it gives you a route to PneumaticCraft's crude oil that doesn't depend on finding it in the world.[26]

Pack-added endgame recipes
The pack itself adds two shaped recipes that mix PneumaticCraft items with ingredients from many other mods. The first crafts the Improbable Probability Device, and the Aerial Interface is one of its parts.[26]

Rare pieces from other mods, such as Singularity and Antimatter Pellet, sit in this recipe too.
The second recipe crafts the Pulsating Black Hole, and the Micromissiles are one of its parts.[26]

The grid also holds the ME Quantum Ring and the Stable Wormhole.
Computer control
PneumaticCraft's own in-game guide says that when ComputerCraft or Open Computers is installed, you can interact with almost every machine and with Drones as peripherals. With ComputerCraft you wrap the peripheral from Lua, while Open Computers needs an Adapter to connect to machines. The guide lists methods such as reading a machine's pressure, which is common to all machines.[31]
Which All the Mods 10 quests use PneumaticCraft: Repressurized?
6 parts
The pack has one quest chapter for this mod, called "pneumaticcraft". Every quest in it has an item task for something from the mod, and none of them have titles in the pack files, so I describe each one by the item it asks for. The chapter is a branching tree that starts with a single quest and splits into several paths.[32]
The starting point
Everything begins with a quest in "?", which asks for a Compressed Iron Ingot. Eight quests unlock right after it: Liquid Hopper (a quest in "?"), Transfer Gadget (a quest in "?"), Crop Support (a quest in "?"), Pressure Tube (a quest in "?"), Small Fluid Tank (a quest in "?"), the four Compressed Iron armor pieces (a quest in "?"), Reinforced Stone (a quest in "?") and Omnidirectional Hopper (a quest in "?").[32]
Early branches
- Pressure tube path: Air Compressor (a quest in "?") and Tube Junction (a quest in "?"). After the air compressor come the Security Upgrade (a quest in "?"), Liquid Compressor (a quest in "?") and Thermal Compressor (a quest in "?").[32]
- Charging station path: a quest in "?" asks for the Charging Station and needs both the reinforced stone and pressure tube quests. It unlocks the Charging Module (a quest in "?"), Manometer (a quest in "?"), Pneumatic Wrench (a quest in "?") and Camouflage Applicator (a quest in "?"). The Module Expansion Card (a quest in "?") follows the charging module.[32]
- Tank line: small, then Medium Fluid Tank (a quest in "?"), then Large Fluid Tank (a quest in "?"), then Huge Fluid Tank (a quest in "?").[32]
- Weapons: Minigun Ammo (a quest in "?"), then the Minigun (a quest in "?"), then the Sentry Turret (a quest in "?").[32]
- Logistics: Logistics Core (a quest in "?") opens the Logistics Module (a quest in "?"), the five logistics frames (a quest in "?") and the Logistics Configurator (a quest in "?").[32]
- Storage: Reinforced Chest (a quest in "?"), then Smart Chest (a quest in "?").[32]
Oil, fuels and heat
a quest in "?" asks for the pressure chamber wall, valve and interface, and needs the security upgrade quest plus the reinforced stone quest. Next is Crude Oil Bucket (a quest in "?"). That opens the oil-drilling quest (a quest in "?": Gas Lift, Drill Pipe and Seismic Sensor) and the Vortex Tube (a quest in "?"). The vortex tube leads to the Heat Pipe (a quest in "?") and Heat Sink (a quest in "?").[32]
The refinery quest (a quest in "?") asks for the Refinery Controller, Refinery Output and Thermal Lagging. It needs the crude oil and heat pipe quests. After it you get one quest per fuel: LPG Bucket (a quest in "?"), Diesel Bucket (a quest in "?"), Kerosene Bucket (a quest in "?") and Gasoline Bucket (a quest in "?"). Kerosene leads to the Kerosene Lamp (a quest in "?"). Diesel leads to Lubricant Bucket (a quest in "?") and then the Diamond Drill Bit (a quest in "?").[32]
Plastic, biofuels and circuit boards
The LPG quest unlocks the Thermopneumatic Processing Plant (a quest in "?"). Five quests open from it: Yeast Culture Bucket (a quest in "?"), Molten Plastic (a quest in "?"), Upgrade Matrix (a quest in "?"), Vegetable Oil Bucket (a quest in "?") and Heat Frame (a quest in "?"). The biofuel side runs from yeast to Sourdough (a quest in "?") and Ethanol Bucket (a quest in "?"), then to Biodiesel Bucket (a quest in "?"). Vegetable oil leads to Cod n Chips (a quest in "?").[32]
Plastic opens a batch of quests: Amadron Tablet, Capacitor, Empty PCB, Reinforced Pressure Tube, the elevator parts, the pneumatic door and the Transistor. The PCB chain then runs in this order: PCB Blueprint (a quest in "?"), UV Light Box (a quest in "?"), Etching Tank (a quest in "?") and Etching Acid Bucket (a quest in "?"), Unassembled PCB (a quest in "?"), and finally Finished PCB (a quest in "?"). The finished PCB quest also requires the capacitor and transistor quests.[32]
After the finished PCB
a quest in "?" unlocks the assembly line quests: Assembly Controller, Assembly Platform, Assembly Laser, Assembly Drill and both assembly IO units. It also unlocks Micromissiles, the Programmer with a Drone (a quest in "?"), and the Pneumatic armor set (a quest in "?").[32]
The armor quest feeds a large block of upgrade quests, including Block Tracker Upgrade, Stomp Upgrade, SCUBA Upgrade, Elytra Upgrade, Magnet Upgrade and Night Vision Upgrade. Two of them continue into tiered chains. The Jet Boots chain goes from Jet Boots Upgrade: Tier I (a quest in "?") up to Jet Boots Upgrade: Tier V (a quest in "?"). The Jumping chain goes from Jumping Upgrade: Tier I to Jumping Upgrade: Tier II (a quest in "?").[32]
Advanced compressors
A separate group starts at the Advanced Pressure Tube (a quest in "?"). From it you reach the Advanced Air Compressor (a quest in "?"), Pneumatic Dynamo (a quest in "?"), Aerial Interface (a quest in "?") and Flux Compressor (a quest in "?"). The Solar Compressor (a quest in "?") also needs the Solar Cell quest (a quest in "?"). The advanced air compressor leads to the Electrostatic Compressor (a quest in "?").[32]
Unverified A few quests in this chapter depend on prerequisites that are not part of the pneumaticcraft chapter listing: the Range, Speed, Volume, Dispenser and second Security upgrades, the Netherite Drill Bit, Jumping Upgrade Tier IV, and the advanced group (Aphorism Tile, Solar Cell, Advanced Pressure Tube). Where those prerequisites live and what they ask for is unverified.
What changed in PneumaticCraft: Repressurized between versions?
5 parts
All the Mods 10 0.53 ships PneumaticCraft: Repressurized 8.1.3. The mod has been in the pack since 0.32 or earlier, so you may have seen some of these changes already. Here are the notable ones from the mod's own changelogs, newest first.[35]
8.1.3 (the version in 0.53)
- Double-clicking items or fluids in the selection screens now works for quick selection.[36]
- Fixed a potential crash in Pressure Chamber recipe handling that was introduced in 8.1.2.[36]
- Fixed the Refinery advancement not being obtainable.[36]
- The Pneumatic Armor Magnet upgrade no longer works in spectator mode, and the Night Vision upgrade no longer suppresses other sources of night vision when it is installed but switched off.[36]
- Exhaustion on PNC damage types was too high (1.0 instead of 0.1) and has been fixed.[36]
8.1.2
- New common config option chunkload_offline_time limits how many seconds after a player logs out their drones' Chunkloader upgrades keep working. The default of 0 means offline chunkloading works indefinitely, as before. Drones that stop chunkloading don't restart on login, so you need to visit the drone's chunk.[37]
- Configuration is available in-game again (Mods, then PneumaticCraft: Repressurized, then Configuration). The config was overhauled to allow this, and modified values may have been reset to defaults, so check your client and server configs.[37]
- Fixed the Fluid Mixer and Thermopneumatic Processing Plant caching invalid recipes, and fixed Pressure Chamber and Memory Essence recipes not showing when EMI is installed alongside JEI.[37]
8.1.1
- New JEI category showing which blocks work as grid blocks for the Electrostatic Compressor. By default that is Iron Bars and Lightning Rods, and modpacks can add more through the pneumaticcraft:electrostatic_grid block tag.[38]
- Added a pneumaticcraft:minigun_ammo item tag covering the six ammo items, and Minigun Ammo can now be enchanted in an Enchanting Table.[38]
- Fixed a server-side memory leak caused by drones not unregistering an event handler, fixed the Refinery caching invalid recipes, and fixed Aphorism Tile changes not syncing to nearby players. The Drone Interface is craftable again.[38]
8.1.0
- Pressure Tube models were reworked into fully dynamic baked models, cutting the blockstates needed for the three tube types from 4374 to 6. This is a performance win, especially in big modpacks, with no player-visible changes intended.[39]
- Sentry Turrets now remember the player who deployed them and won't attack that player if their filter is empty. Existing turrets must be picked up and deployed again for this to work.[39]
- Miniguns (hand-held, turret and drone) now use 10 ticks of invulnerability frames instead of 20, which raises damage output and effectively lowers ammo use. The invulnerability_ticks setting in the Minigun section of the config controls it.[39]
- Pneumatic Armor now supports vanilla armor trims, and Lightning Rods were added to the electrostatic grid tag alongside Iron Bars.[39]
- Fixed Armor Upgrades having no effect in Pneumatic Armor, and re-enabled the Radiation Shielding Upgrade recipe for Mekanism radiation protection.[39]
8.0.3
- Fixed Compressed Iron and Pneumatic armor pieces missing durability and enchantability.[40]
- Fixed the Etching Tank not accepting etching acid (a bug from 8.0.2) and a client crash with the Pneumatic Helmet block tracker and hacking.[40]
- Drone Entity Import can no longer pick up players in spectator mode, and the @player entity filter no longer matches them. Added a pneumaticcraft:logistics_frames item tag covering the five Logistics Frame types.[40]
