What is Theurgy?
2 parts
Theurgy is an open-source magic mod built around classical alchemy. You use it to replicate and transmute matter and to create magical artifacts. Instead of the usual four elements, it works with Sulfur, Salt and Mercury, and you handle them through a group of processes called Spagyrics. The pack includes version 1.76.0.[1][2]
The mod aims for a balanced alchemy experience. It is not as overpowered as Equivalent Exchange, but it is somewhat more practicable than Thaumcraft. If you like long processing chains with real machines, this one is for you.[1]
Where to start
Theurgy has its own in-game guide book, The Hermetica, which is built with Modonomicon. Craft it, then follow the steps it lays out. The pack also has a dedicated Theurgy quest chapter that walks you through the early machines.[1][3]
What the pack's quests show you
- Mercury comes from the Mercury Distiller. You put items in, give it heat, and get Mercury Shard. Better items give more: 1 Diamond gives 10 Mercury, while Stone needs 10 Stone for 1 Mercury. Mercury is used for Incubation, Power Creation and Logistics.[3]
- Salt comes from the Calcination Oven. You cook items with a heat source, and different items give different Salts. Salt matters because you need it to incubate Alchemical Sulfurs.[3]
- Heat can come from the Pyromantic Brazier, a simple source you place under the machine and feed furnace fuel. The Caloric Flux Emitter sends heat wirelessly once you bind it to a machine.[3]
- Sal Ammoniac is needed for Alchemical Sulfur. Water alone turns 1000mb into 100mb of Sal Ammoniac. Adding a Sal Ammoniac Crystal gives 1000mb instead, which is ten times the output.[3]
- Divination Rods find ores. The cheapest, the Glass Divination Rod, finds ores a Stone Pickaxe can mine. Higher tiers and sulfur-attuned rods reach further, up to modded ores.[3]
The quest chapter is a good way to learn the order of things. You go from Mercury and Salt, to Sal Ammoniac and Alchemical Sulfur, and then on to rods and logistics.[3]
Unverified The sources do not show any pack-specific changes to Theurgy's recipes or values, so check the in-game recipes before relying on mod defaults. This site does hold All the Mods 10's own recipes, read from the pack itself: look the item up in the item browser.
How do you get started with Theurgy?
6 parts
Theurgy is an alchemy mod built around three ingredients: Sulfur, Salt and Mercury. The pack's Theurgy quest chapter has you gather each one, then combine them. The order below follows that quest tree.[1][3]
First, get a heat source
Machines like the distiller, calcination oven, liquefaction cauldron and incubator are meant to sit on top of a heating device, so start with the Pyromantic Brazier. Place it under the machine and feed it furnace fuel: coal, logs or dried kelp blocks. See "Furnace like Heat" quest.[3][4]
Later, the Caloric Flux Emitter can heat a machine wirelessly. Shift-right-click the machine to bind the emitter to it, then place the emitter on a Mercury Flux source such as the Mercury Catalyst. One emitter can only be bound to one machine. See "Wireless Heat" quest.[3][4]
Next, make Mercury
Put the Mercury Distiller on your heat source and right-click it with items. The result is the Mercury Shard. Different items give different amounts: 1 Diamond gives 10 Mercury, while Stone needs 10 pieces for 1 Mercury. Mercury is used for Incubation, power creation and logistics. See "Making Mercury" quest.[3][4]
Then, cook Salt
The Calcination Oven extracts Alchemical Salt from items, and like the other machines it goes on top of a heating device. You'll need Salt later for Incubation, and the type matters. The four types are Alchemical Salt Strata, Alchemical Salt Mineral, Alchemical Salt Plant and Alchemical Salt Creature. See "Desalination Plant" quest.[3][4]
Calcination (theurgy)
Recipe id: theurgy:calcination/alchemical_salt_strata_from_clay
Strata Salt is the first and most basic type, and clay is one of its inputs.
The quest says you can use 5 Strata Salt to craft Mineral Salt. The pack has also changed its calcination recipes for Mineral Salt and Plant Salt. The sources here do not show what changed, so check the recipe viewer for the in-pack inputs.[3][5]
Calcination (theurgy)
Recipe id: theurgy:calcination/alchemical_salt_mineral_from_strata_salt
Set up Sal Ammoniac
Alchemical Sulfur needs Sal Ammoniac. Stack a Sal Ammoniac Accumulator on top of a Sal Ammoniac Tank. The accumulator takes Water and Crystals and holds 10 buckets of Water plus a stack of Crystals. The tank stores the finished Sal Ammoniac and holds 2 buckets. See "Making Sal Ammoniac" quest.[3]
The Sal Ammoniac Crystal is optional but worth it. Water alone turns 1,000mb into 100mb of Sal Ammoniac. Add one Crystal and the same 1,000mb of Water gives you 1,000mb. See "Why Machines?" quest. The pack adds several ways to get Crystals, including these two.[3][5]
Enriching (mekanism)
- any sal ammoniac ore
Recipe id: allthemods:mekanism/enriching/sal_ammoniac_ore_to_crystal
Smelting

Make Alchemical Sulfur
Now for the core of the mod. Put the Liquefaction Cauldron on a Brazier or Caloric Flux Emitter. Add Sal Ammoniac, then the item you want turned into Sulfur. When it's bubbling, it's working. See "Making Alchemical Sulfur" quest.[3][4]
Put it back together
The Incubator sits on a heat source and recombines Sulfur, Salt and Mercury into an item. It needs three vessels placed horizontally next to it: the Incubator Sulfur Vessel, Incubator Salt Vessel and Incubator Mercury Vessel. Fill each by right-clicking it with the matching material. Match the Salt type to your target: Mineral Salt for Unobtainium, Plant Salt for Wheat.[3][4]
How does Theurgy work?
8 parts
Theurgy builds its machines around three alchemical essences: Salt, Mercury and Sulfur. Salt is the "body" of an object, Mercury is its "energy", and Sulfur is its "idea" or "soul". Each essence has its own apparatus. Heat comes from a brazier or an emitter, and the logistics blocks handle automation. The ones below are the machines the sources describe in detail.[4]
Heat: the Pyromantic Brazier
The Pyromantic Brazier is the basic heater for alchemical apparatus. You place it below the machine you want to heat. Right-click it with a fuel item to load it, or feed it with a hopper.[4]

Extracting Salt, Mercury and Sulfur
Three machines break items down into the essences. The calcination oven, the distiller and the liquefaction cauldron are each placed on top of a heating device such as the brazier, and you right-click them with ingredients to load them.[4]
- The Calcination Oven extracts Alchemical Salt from items.[4][5]
- The Mercury Distiller extracts Alchemical Mercury from items. Mercury works both as an energy source and as a catalyst.[4][5]
- The Liquefaction Cauldron extracts Alchemical Sulfur from items, and it needs a solvent to do so.[4]

Making solvent: the Sal Ammoniac setup
The solvent for the Liquefaction Cauldron is concentrated Sal Ammoniac fluid. The Sal Ammoniac Tank stores the fluid, and the Sal Ammoniac Accumulator goes on top of it. Right-click the accumulator with water buckets. The water is consumed to slowly fill the tank below. You can also add Sal Ammoniac Crystals to the accumulator to speed things up.[4]
Recombining: the Incubator
The Incubator recombines Sulfur, Salt and Mercury into items. It is a small multiblock. It sits on top of a heating device, and it needs a vessel for each of the three essences placed horizontally next to it. Right-click each vessel with the matching alchemical item to fill it. Only then can the incubator process it.[4]
- Incubator Sulfur Vessel holds Sulfur.[4][5]
- Incubator Salt Vessel holds Salt.[4][5]
- Incubator Mercury Vessel holds Mercury.[4][5]

Power: Mercury Flux
The Mercury Catalyst converts mercury from crystal form into flux form. Mercury flux is pure energy that some processes use as a power source. Right-click the catalyst with Mercury Shard to add shards. They are consumed slowly to fill its internal energy storage with flux.[4][5]

The Caloric Flux Emitter turns that flux into Caloric Flux, which is heat you can send to an apparatus remotely. Sneak-right-click the apparatus to set it as the target, then place the emitter on a flux source such as the catalyst. The emitter keeps the target heated for as long as it receives flux. The maximum range is 8 blocks. It is enabled by default, and an active redstone signal disables it, so it stops sending caloric flux to the target.[4]
The pack gives the emitter two recipes, one that uses a campfire and one that uses a lava bucket.[5]

Vats: fermentation and digestion
The Fermentation Vat is required for transmutation, which converts between types of matter, such as metals and gems. The Digestion Vat is required for exaltation, which converts between tiers of matter, such as common to rare (for example iron to gold). Both work the same way. Right-click with ingredients to load them. Then shift-right-click with an empty hand to close the vat and start processing, or open it again to stop.[4][5]

Sulfur reformation array
Sulfur replication uses a reformation array. The Source pedestal holds the Sulfur to be reformed. The Target pedestal holds the Sulfur it should become. The result appears in the Result pedestal. A Sulfuric Flux Emitter ties them together. Right-click the Source, Target and Reformation pedestals with the emitter to set them as its targets. Then place the emitter on a Mercury Flux source such as a Mercury Catalyst.[4]
Logistics and automation
Mercurial Logistics is Theurgy's own pipe-free network for moving items and fluids. To set up an extractor or inserter, right-click the target block with it to place it, then right-click it with a cable to connect it to the network. Extractors pull from a block into the network, and inserters push from the network into a block. There are separate item and fluid versions. The Mercurial Connection Node joins multiple wires. Place the node, then wire it to other nodes or other logistics blocks.[4][5]
- Mercurial Item Extractor and Mercurial Item Inserter move items.[4][5]
- Mercurial Fluid Extractor and Mercurial Fluid Inserter move fluids.[4][5]

How do you progress through Theurgy?
7 parts
As the pack's Theurgy quest chapter lays it out, the path is a machine chain: you distill Mercury, bake Salts, make Sal Ammoniac, turn items into Alchemical Sulfur, and then incubate, ferment or reform that Sulfur. Here is the order the quests walk you through, with the tiers that matter at each step.[3]
Step 1: Mercury and heat
Start with "Making Mercury" quest. The quest says to put items into the Mercury Distiller and give it heat. Some items give more Mercury than others: it names a Diamond as 10 Mercury for 1 Diamond, while Stone needs 10 Stone for 1 Mercury. The quest for the Mercury Shard says Mercury can be used for three things: incubation, power creation and logistics.[3]
The quests describe two heat sources. The Pyromantic Brazier is the simple one: you place it under the machine and feed it furnace fuel, and the quest names coal, logs and dried kelp blocks. The Caloric Flux Emitter is the wireless option. The quest says to Shift Right Click it to bind it to a machine, then place it and power it. It can't be set to multiple machines.[3]
Step 2: The four Salt tiers
"Desalination Plant" quest introduces the Calcination Oven. Per the quest, you put items in, heat the oven, and take the Salt out. Different items make different Salts, and the quest says the Salts have tiers that go higher the rarer they are.[3]
- Alchemical Salt Strata: the quest calls it the first and most basic Salt, made from regular blocks like Stone, Sand or Obsidian. It says you can use 5 Strata Salt to craft Mineral Salt.[3]
- Alchemical Salt Mineral: the quest says everything mined in some form of ore can be made into it, including raw ores, ingots and gems.[3]
- Alchemical Salt Plant: the quest says logs, leaves and crops can be toasted into it.[3]
- Alchemical Salt Creature: the quest says that currently it can only be crafted by cooking 2 Plant Salts into 1 Creature Salt. The recipe list does show calcination recipes for many mob drops too, such as bones, string and ender pearls.[3][5]
Calcination (theurgy)
Recipe id: theurgy:calcination/alchemical_salt_mineral_from_strata_salt
Strata Salt into Mineral Salt. This one is the mod's own recipe, not changed by the pack.
The pack has changed many of the Mineral, Plant and Strata calcination recipes, including the ones for ores, ingots, gems, logs, crops, stone, sand and dirt. Check the recipe viewer in game rather than trusting the mod's defaults.[5]
Step 3: Sal Ammoniac and Alchemical Sulfur
"Making Sal Ammoniac" quest asks for a Sal Ammoniac Tank on the bottom with a Sal Ammoniac Accumulator on top. The quest says the Accumulator is where Water and Crystals go, and that it can hold 10 Buckets of Water plus a stack of Crystals. The Tank holds the created Sal Ammoniac, up to 2 Buckets.[3]
According to the quest, Sal Ammoniac Crystal is optional but helps a lot: with just Water, 1000mb becomes 100mb of Sal Ammoniac, while 1000mb of Water plus a Crystal gives 1000mb, which is 10 times the production. This pack adds several ways to get Crystals, shown below.[3][5]
Enriching (mekanism)
- any sal ammoniac ore
Recipe id: allthemods:mekanism/enriching/sal_ammoniac_ore_to_crystal
Added by the pack: Sal Ammoniac ore enriched into a Crystal.
Crushing (actuallyadditions)
- any sal ammoniac ore
Recipe id: actuallyadditions:kjs/48ph9gj9xrwbwvxsxsrhhgm0n
Added by the pack: crushing Sal Ammoniac ore.
Smelting
Recipe id: neovitae:materials/smelting_sal_ammoniac_dust
Added by the pack: smelting Sal Ammoniac dust.
Blasting
Recipe id: neovitae:materials/blasting_sal_ammoniac_dust
Added by the pack: blasting Sal Ammoniac dust.
With Sal Ammoniac ready, "Making Alchemical Sulfur" quest is what the quest calls the meat of the mod. It asks for a Liquefaction Cauldron, the item you want converted, Sal Ammoniac, and either the Brazier or the Caloric Flux Emitter beneath the cauldron. The quest says bubbling means it is working.[3]
Step 4: Getting items back with the Incubator
The quest describes the Incubator as a multiblock machine. It needs the Incubator Mercury Vessel, Incubator Salt Vessel and Incubator Sulfur Vessel touching its bottom half, in any order. Per the quests, the Mercury Vessel holds Mercury Crystals or Shards, and the type of Salt in the Salt Vessel matters: Mineral Salt for Unobtainium, Plant Salt for Wheat. The Sulfur Vessel holds the Alchemical Sulfur, whose item is turned back from incubation. Once it has everything and heat, the quest says Smoke particles show it is working.[3]
Step 5: Niter, tiers and reformation
Per its quest, the Fermentation Vat is how Alchemical Sulfur becomes Alchemical Niter, which can be turned into more items. You put items and fluid in, then Shift Right Click to close it. The quest calls Fermentation Starter a very cheap replacement for other items in fermenting recipes.[3]
The quest says the Digestion Vat is how Alchemical Niters are changed to different forms. It starts with Purified Gold, made in the vat from Gold, Alchemical Salt and Water. Then you can combine 4 of one Niter with Purified Gold and Sal Ammoniac to get a higher tier, or do the reverse for a lower one.[3]
The quest describes reformation as changing one Alchemical Sulfur into another, and says it takes Mercury Flux. The quests build it in four steps:[3]
- Place the Reformation Source Pedestal and put the Sulfur you want to change in it.[3]
- Place the Reformation Target Pedestal, where you put the Sulfur you want the first one made into, or the Alchemical Niter.[3]
- Place the Reformation Result Pedestal, where the newly changed Sulfur goes.[3]
- Shift Right Click all 3 pedestals with the Sulfuric Flux Emitter to set them, then place the emitter and feed it power.[3]
Side branches: power and logistics
Mercury also leads to power and logistics. The quest for the Mercury Catalyst sums it up as Mercury in, power out. The logistics quest, "Logistics with Mercury" quest, starts with Mercurial Copper Wire. It is followed by quests for item and fluid extractors and inserters, a Mercurial Connection Node for going farther or connecting to more places, filters, and the Mercurial Wand, which the quest calls Theurgy's wrench.[3]
Divination rod tiers
The rods are the clearest tier ladder in the chapter. The quests describe the basic four by the pickaxe tier of the ores they find:[3]
- Glass Divination Rod: per its quest, finds ores a Stone Pickaxe can mine, so Copper, Coal and Iron, nothing higher.[3]
- Iron Divination Rod: per its quest, finds ores an Iron Pickaxe can mine, so Diamonds, Redstone and Gold.[3]
- Diamond Divination Rod: per its quest, finds all vanilla ores, including Netherite.[3]
- Netherite Divination Rod: its quest only says vanilla isn't the max, and that there is much more and much rarer in modded.[3]
The quests also list sulfur-attuned rods, each attuned to a particular item. They come in four rarity groups: Divination Rod: Abundant Materials, Divination Rod: Common Materials, Divination Rod: Rare Materials and Divination Rod: Precious Materials. The Precious rod's quest says it covers items from Diamonds to the Nether Star to Allthemodium. The Divination Rod: Amethyst is a one-off that, per its quest, finds Budding Amethyst blocks instead of ores.[3]
How does Theurgy work with other mods?
3 parts
Theurgy connects to the rest of the pack in three ways. The pack adds a Neo Vitae smelting route to Sal Ammoniac Crystals. It adds incubation recipes that produce items from other mods. And it adds Liquefaction Cauldron recipes that turn other mods' items into the custom sulfurs those incubations need.[5]
Sal Ammoniac Crystals from Neo Vitae
The pack adds two recipes that turn Sal Ammoniac Dust into a Sal Ammoniac Crystal. You can use either a furnace or a blast furnace.[5]
Smelting
Recipe id: neovitae:materials/smelting_sal_ammoniac_dust
Furnace route.
Blasting
Recipe id: neovitae:materials/blasting_sal_ammoniac_dust
Blast furnace route.
This is worth setting up. The quest "Why Machines?" quest says that with only Water, 1,000mb is turned into 100mb of Sal Ammoniac. With 1,000mb of Water and one Sal Ammoniac Crystal you get 1,000mb of Sal Ammoniac instead.[3]
Incubating items from other mods
The pack adds incubation recipes whose results belong to other mods. Each one takes a custom sulfur, an Alchemical Salt Mineral and a Mercury Shard.[5]
- Arcane Crystal from Arcane Sulfur, Rune from Runic Sulfur, and Stellarite Piece from Stellarite Sulfur.[5]
- Bort from Bort Sulfur.[5]
- Iesnium Ingot from Iesnium Sulfur.[5]
- Mithril Ingot from Mithril Sulfur.[5]
- Prosperity Shard from Prosperity Sulfur.[5]
- Salt from Salt Sulfur, and Sulfur from Sulfur Sulfur.[5]
An example of the pattern.
The pack also changed existing incubation recipes for many ores and gems. The gem results are Cinnabar, Fluorite, Peridot, Ruby, Sapphire and Lignite Coal. The ingot results are Aluminum Ingot, Antimony Ingot, Iridium Ingot, Lead Ingot, Nickel Ingot, Osmium Ingot, Platinum Ingot, Silver Ingot, Tin Ingot, Tungsten Ingot, Uranium Ingot and Zinc Ingot. Each takes its matching Alchemical Sulfur, a Mineral Salt and a Mercury Shard.[5]
Making the custom sulfurs
The custom sulfurs above are made in the Liquefaction Cauldron. The pack adds recipes that combine Sal Ammoniac with an item from another mod. The quest "Making Alchemical Sulfur" quest covers the setup: you need the cauldron, an item, Sal Ammoniac and a heater.[3][5]
A few recipes take one specific item: Stellarite Piece gives Stellarite Sulfur, Rune gives Runic Sulfur, and Prosperity Shard gives Prosperity Sulfur. The rest accept any item from a matching shared tag, such as ores, raw materials, ingots, gems or dusts. These tag recipes cover Iesnium, Mithril, Bort, Arcane Crystal, Prosperity, Runic, Stellarite, Salt and Sulfur.[5]

Which All the Mods 10 quests use Theurgy?
7 parts
The Theurgy quests covered here sit in a chapter called Theurgy. It's a long, branching chapter, so here's how the branches line up, following the prerequisites the quests themselves list. Where I describe how something works, that is what the quest text says.[3]
Sal Ammoniac and Alchemical Sulfur
The first quest listed in the chapter is "Why Machines?" quest, which asks for a Sal Ammoniac Crystal. Its text says that with just Water, 1000mb is turned into 100mb of Sal Ammoniac, and that with a Sal Ammoniac Crystal added you instead get 1000mb of Sal Ammoniac, 10 times the production.[3]
Next is "Making Sal Ammoniac" quest, which asks for a Sal Ammoniac Accumulator and a Sal Ammoniac Tank. The quest describes the tank on the bottom with the accumulator on top. It says the accumulator can hold 10 Buckets of Water plus a stack of crystals, and the tank can hold 2 Buckets of the created Sal Ammoniac.[3]
After that comes "Making Alchemical Sulfur" quest, which asks for a Liquefaction Cauldron. The quest says you need an item, Sal Ammoniac and a heater beneath the cauldron, and that you'll know it's working when it's bubbling.[3]
Heat sources
Two quests cover heat, and both come after a prerequisite called "Man you're Hot!". "Furnace like Heat" quest asks for the Pyromantic Brazier, which the quest calls a very simple heat source: you place it under the machine and feed it furnace fuel such as Coal, Logs or Dried Kelp Blocks. "Wireless Heat" quest asks for the Caloric Flux Emitter. The quest says to Shift Right Click it to bind it to a machine, then place it down and power it to send heat, and that it can't be set to multiple machines.[3]
Mercury and its three uses
"Making Mercury" quest asks for the Mercury Distiller and comes after the quest called Theurgy. Its text says some items give more Mercury, for example 1 Diamond gives 10 Mercury, while Stone needs 10 Stone for 1 Mercury. "Mercury" quest then asks for a Mercury Shard, and its text names three uses: Incubation, Power Creation and Logistics.[3]
- Power: "Making Power with Mercury" quest asks for the Mercury Catalyst.[3]
- Incubation: "Mercury Vessel" quest asks for the Incubator Mercury Vessel.[3]
- Logistics: "Logistics with Mercury" quest asks for Mercurial Copper Wire. Four quests list it as their prerequisite: "Item Movement" quest (Mercurial Item Inserter and Mercurial Item Extractor), "Fluid Movement" quest (Mercurial Fluid Inserter and Mercurial Fluid Extractor), "Wires go here, Wires go there" quest (Mercurial Connection Node) and "Of course there's a Wrench" quest (Mercurial Wand). A further quest, a quest in "Theurgy", asks for the Mercurial List Filter and Mercurial Attribute Filter.[3]
Salts and the Incubator
"Desalination Plant" quest asks for the Calcination Oven, and its text says you put items in the oven and use a heat source to cook the salt out. Four salt quests follow it: "Strata Salt" quest, "Mineral Salt" quest, "Plant Salt" quest and "Creature Salt" quest. The Strata Salt quest says 5 Strata Salt can be used to craft Mineral Salt. The Creature Salt quest says that currently it can only be crafted from cooking 2 Plant Salts into 1 Creature Salt, and hopes for more ways in newer updates.[3]
"Salt Vessel" quest asks for the Incubator Salt Vessel and lists all four salt quests as prerequisites. "Sulfur Vessel" quest asks for the Incubator Sulfur Vessel. a quest in "Theurgy" asks for the Incubator and comes after the Sulfur, Salt and Mercury vessel quests. Its text says all 3 vessels need to be adjacent to it, in any order, as long as they touch the bottom half, and that smoke particles show it's working.[3]
Fermentation and Digestion
"Fermentation Vat" quest asks for the Fermentation Vat. The quest says you close it with Shift Right Click and that this is how Alchemical Sulfur is turned into Alchemical Niter. After it come "Easier Fermenting" quest (Fermentation Starter) and "Digestion Vat" quest (Digestion Vat). The digestion quest says you can combine 4 of one Alchemical Niter with Purified Gold and Sal Ammoniac to get a higher tier.[3]
Reformation
- "Step 1: Source Pedestal" quest asks for the Reformation Source Pedestal, where you put the Sulfur you want changed into another.[3]
- "Step 2: Target Pedestal" quest asks for the Reformation Target Pedestal, where you put the Sulfur you want the first one made into, or the Alchemical Niter.[3]
- "Step 3: Result Pedestal" quest asks for the Reformation Result Pedestal, where the newly changed Sulfur goes once it's reformed.[3]
- "Step 4: Powering it" quest asks for the Sulfuric Flux Emitter. The quest says to Shift Right Click all 3 pedestals with it, then place it down and feed it power.[3]
Divination rods
A group of rod quests follows a prerequisite called "Divination Rods". The tiered rods start with the Glass Divination Rod (a quest in "Theurgy"), which the quest says finds ores a Stone Pickaxe can mine. Then come the Iron Divination Rod (a quest in "Theurgy", Diamonds, Redstone and Gold), the Diamond Divination Rod (a quest in "Theurgy", all Vanilla ores) and the Netherite Divination Rod (a quest in "Theurgy"), whose quest points at the much more and much rarer ores in modded.[3]
The attuned rods come in four tiers: Divination Rod: Abundant Materials (a quest in "Theurgy"), Divination Rod: Common Materials (a quest in "Theurgy"), Divination Rod: Rare Materials (a quest in "Theurgy") and Divination Rod: Precious Materials (a quest in "Theurgy"). The Divination Rod: Amethyst (a quest in "Theurgy") is different: the quest says it finds Budding Amethyst blocks instead of ores.[3]

Unverified The pack changelogs only record version numbers, and no changelogs are stored for the shipped jars. What changed inside each Theurgy update (new features, recipe changes, balance tweaks or fixes) is unverified here, so check the mod's own release notes before assuming anything about a specific version.
