Which Industrial Foregoing config options matter?
5 parts
Same as in the Project Infinity 0.1 0.0.51.4-hotfix-2 guide
Industrial Foregoing is tuned through several machine files under config/industrialforegoing in this pack. Each option has a comment that lists the mod default, so you can see exactly where the pack changed things. All power figures are in FE and tank sizes are in mB.[1][2][3][4][5]
Power generation
- Biofuel Generator: MachineGeneratorConfig.BiofuelGeneratorConfig.powerPerTick is 160 in this pack (the file lists a default of 400). Its buffer, MachineGeneratorConfig.BiofuelGeneratorConfig.maxStoredPower, is 1,000,000 (default 10,000), and its biofuel tank is 4,000 mB (default 8,000 mB).[1]
- Pitiful Generator: the buffer is 100,000 (default 10,000), MachineGeneratorConfig.PitifulGeneratorConfig.powerPerTick is 30 and the extraction rate is 1000.[1]
- Bioreactor: both the biofuel tank and the water tank are 16,000 mB. Its power use per operation is 400, which matches the default listed in the file.[1]
Core machines
- Dissolution Chamber: MachineCoreConfig.DissolutionChamberConfig.powerPerTick is 90 (default 60), the output tank is 16,000 mB (default 8,000 mB) and the buffer is 100,000 (default 10,000).[2]
- Fluid Extractor: MachineCoreConfig.FluidExtractorConfig.powerPerOperation is 500 (default 10), calculated as the value times (amount + 1). The latex tank is only 1,000 mB (default 8,000 mB).[2]
- Latex Processing Unit: power per tick is 20 (default 400), and both the latex and water tanks are 16,000 mB (default 8,000 mB).[2]
Farming and mobs
- Mob Duplicator: MachineAgricultureHusbandryConfig.MobDuplicatorConfig.powerPerOperation is 5,000 (default 400), the cooldown is 62 ticks (default 100), the tank is 20,000 mB (default 8,000 mB) and the buffer is 50,000. MachineAgricultureHusbandryConfig.MobDuplicatorConfig.essenceNeeded stays at 12 and MachineAgricultureHusbandryConfig.MobDuplicatorConfig.exactCopy stays false, both at their defaults.[4]
- Wither Builder: MachineAgricultureHusbandryConfig.WitherBuilderConfig.powerPerOperation is 20,000 (the file lists a default of 500). The buffer is 70,000, the same as the listed default.[4]
- Mob Crusher: the cooldown is 100 ticks (default 50) and power use is 50 (default 40). Attack damage for blacklisted entities stays at 75.[4]
- Plant machines run faster than the listed default of 100 ticks: the Plant Gatherer and Plant Sower use 40, and the Plant Fertilizer uses 50. The Plant Fertilizer also costs 1,000 per operation (default 400).[4]
- MachineAgricultureHusbandryConfig.AnimalFeederConfig.maxAnimalInTheArea is 35. That is how many animals can be in the area before the Animal Feeder stops working.[4]
Resource production
- The Block Breaker, Block Placer, Fluid Collector, Fluid Placer, Mechanical Dirt and Water Condensator all use 1000 per operation, where the file comments list a default of 400.[5]
- Tank changes: the Water Condensator holds 16,000 mB of water (default 8,000 mB), the Mechanical Dirt meat tank is 4,000 mB (default 8,000 mB) and the Spore Recreator water tank is 1,000 mB (default 8,000 mB).[5]
- Fermentation Station: the 2x, 3x, 4x and 5x production thresholds are 100, 900, 2,400 and 6,000 ticks, matching the defaults written in the file comments.[5]
Enchantment machines
Enchantment machines are mostly at their defaults. MachineMiscConfig.EnchantmentApplicatorConfig.ignoreEnchantMaxLevels is false, so the Enchantment Applicator does not ignore max levels. The Stasis Chamber costs 1000 per operation (default 400), and MachineMiscConfig.StasisChamberConfig.disableBossBars is true.[3]
