What is Reliquary Reincarnations?
Reliquary Reincarnations is part of this pack, so you can find it in your mod list. The pack ships version 2.0.44, using the file reliquary-1.21.1-2.0.44.1245.jar.[1]
It isn't a new addition. It was already in the pack as of version 1.14 or earlier, so it has been around for a while.[1]
Unverified The sources I have don't describe what the mod's items and mechanics do, who it suits best, or where it fits in the pack's progression. There is no confirmed ATM Star path connection and no confirmed quests for it, so treat those as unverified until they are checked in the pack.
How do you get started with Reliquary Reincarnations?
4 parts
Same as in the All the Mods 10 4.5 guide
Reliquary is a mod of magic gadgets, and many of its recipes call for mod-specific materials like Catalyzing Gland and Nebulous Heart. A few useful items only need ordinary materials, though, so start with those and work toward the rest. Here's the order I'd go in.[2]
First: Emperor's Chalice, an infinite water source
The Emperor's Chalice is an infinite water bucket, so it's a great first craft. Its recipe uses no mod-specific materials, so you can make it right away. Its tooltip says you enable it to drain water and disable it to place water, and drinking from it restores hunger in exchange for life.[2][3]

Next: Glowing Water and Glowing Bread
Next, make Glowing Water, which harms undead enemies. There are two recipes for it. One is shown with the Condensed Potion Vial, which has its own simple recipe, and the other is the direct version.[2][3]

Then turn it into Glowing Bread. Its tooltip says it completely restores hunger, so it makes a great emergency food.[2][3]
Then: gather Molten Cores
Molten Core is listed as a Blaze or Magma Cube drop, and it feeds into many recipes, such as the Infernal Claw and the Interdiction Torch. The mod also has a Severing enchantment, which significantly increases your chance of Reliquary drops. The Magicbane has a higher chance of them too, and gets stronger with each enchantment.[2][3]

How does Reliquary Reincarnations work?
6 parts
Reliquary doesn't have big multiblocks or a power network. Its systems are a handful of single blocks (the altar, the apothecary setup, pedestals, the fertile lilypad and the interdiction torch) plus a few items that store and spend resources. Here is how each one works in this pack, using the pack's own config values.[3][4]
Altar of Light
The Altar of Light turns redstone into glowstone. You right-click it with redstone until it activates, and after some time a glowstone block appears on top of it. It needs direct sunlight to work.[3]
In this pack, activating it costs 3 redstone (blocks.altar.redstoneCost). It takes 20 minutes (blocks.altar.timeInMinutes), plus a random extra of up to 5 minutes (blocks.altar.maximumTimeVarianceInMinutes). While active it gives off light level 16 (blocks.altar.outputLightLevelWhileActive).[4]

Nebulous Heart

The mod's own description says you can turn glowstone back into redstone with Alkahestry, but that needs the Alkahestry Tome. The pack has it disabled (disable.alkahestryTome is true), so don't plan around that loop.[3][4]
Apothecary: mortar and cauldron
Potions are a two-step process. The Apothecary Mortar grinds ingredients into potion essence, and you can combine several ingredients in one mortar. The Apothecary Cauldron then brews potions from those essences together with nether wart.[3]
Crafting Shaped
Recipe id: reliquary:apothecary_mortar
The cauldron needs a lit fire underneath it and water inside to start. To get the potion out, you use empty potion vials.[3]

- Cook time is set to 160 (blocks.apothecaryCauldron.cookTime).[4]
- You can add up to 2 glowstone to make the potion more potent (blocks.apothecaryCauldron.glowstoneLimit).[4]
- You can add up to 3 redstone to make it last longer (blocks.apothecaryCauldron.redstoneLimit).[4]
Unverified blocks.apothecaryCauldron.heatSources is an empty list in this pack. The sources don't say which blocks then count as valid heat, so test your fire setup in-game.
Pedestals and automation
The pedestal is Reliquary's automation block. Its tooltip just says it automates stuff placed in it. A separate passive pedestal is display-only. Both are enabled in this pack (disable.pedestal and disable.passivePedestal are false).[3][4]
The config exposes how pedestals behave with different kinds of items placed in them. These are the pack's values:[4]
- Bucket: range 4 and a 40-tick pause between actions. It picks up liquid blocks or milks cows (blocks.pedestal.bucketWrapperRange, blocks.pedestal.bucketWrapperCooldown).[4]
- Melee weapon: range 5 and a 5-tick cooldown between swings (blocks.pedestal.meleeWrapperRange, blocks.pedestal.meleeWrapperCooldown).[4]
- Fishing: an 80% success rate, and when it fails the hook is pulled too late to catch anything. After retracting, it waits 2 seconds before fishing again (blocks.pedestal.fishingWrapperSuccessRate, blocks.pedestal.fishingWrapperRetractDelay).[4]
- Shears: the values are 4 for range and 10 for cooldown in ticks, going by the key names (blocks.pedestal.shearsWrapperRange, blocks.pedestal.shearsWrapperCooldown). The comments in the file look swapped between these two keys, so trust the key names.[4]
- Redstone: pedestals within range 10 are switched on when a redstone block is put in, or when redstone dust is used and a transmitting pedestal is powered (blocks.pedestal.redstoneWrapperRange).[4]
Fertile Lilypad
The Lilypad of Fertility speeds up crop growth. In this pack it triggers growth ticks every 10 seconds (blocks.fertileLilypad.secondsBetweenGrowthTicks) within a radius of 4 (blocks.fertileLilypad.tileRange). Ticks happen most often within a radius of 1 (blocks.fertileLilypad.fullPotencyRange), so put your most important crops right next to it.[3][4]
The pack adds its own recipe for the lilypad (a KubeJS recipe), shown below.[5]

Interdiction Torch
The interdiction torch repels creatures and projectiles, according to its tooltip. In this pack it pushes mobs within a radius of 5 (blocks.interdictionTorch.pushRadius). Projectile pushing is turned off (blocks.interdictionTorch.canPushProjectiles is false), so it won't deflect arrows or fireballs here.[3][4]
Items that store and spend resources
The Destruction Catalyst consumes gunpowder to destroy only "mundane" blocks and leaves everything else in place. Blocks broken this way drop nothing. In this pack the mundane list covers dirt, grass, gravel, sand, sandstone, snow, soul sand, netherrack, end stone, deepslate, tuff and the common stones (items.destructionCatalyst.mundaneBlocks).[3][4]
- Each use costs 3 gunpowder (items.destructionCatalyst.gunpowderCost).[4]
- It stores up to 250 gunpowder (items.destructionCatalyst.gunpowderLimit), and each gunpowder from your inventory adds 1 (items.destructionCatalyst.gunpowderWorth).[4]
- The explosion radius is 1 (items.destructionCatalyst.explosionRadius). It isn't centered on the clicked block (items.destructionCatalyst.centeredExplosion is false), and it makes a perfect cube hole (items.destructionCatalyst.perfectCube is true).[4]
The Ender Staff uses ender pearls to teleport you around. You press Shift and scroll to cycle between Cast, Long Cast, Node Warp and Bind. Wraith nodes are the destinations for Node Warp mode. It stores up to 250 pearls (items.enderStaff.enderPearlLimit). A cast costs 1 pearl (items.enderStaff.enderPearlCastCost), and so does a node warp (items.enderStaff.enderPearlNodeWarpCost).[3][4]

The Emperor's Chalice is an infinite water bucket. With it enabled it drains water, and disabled it places water. Drinking from it restores hunger in exchange for life, with an extra saturation multiplier of 4 in this pack (items.emperorChalice.hungerSatiationMultiplier).[3][4]
The Coin of Fortune draws in items and XP. You Shift + right-click to activate it, and hold right-click to super-vacuum.[3]
How do you progress through Reliquary Reincarnations?
7 parts
Same as in the All the Mods 10 4.5 guide
Unverified The sources here show no quest chapter for this mod, and it does not appear on the main quest path. The order below is not a quest line: it is built from how the in-pack recipes depend on each other.
Reliquary has no single linear tech tree in this pack. A few drops act as progress markers, and the sections below are grouped around them: the Catalyzing Gland, the Nebulous Heart, the Molten Core and the Slime Pearl.[2]
Starting out: no special drops
Some recipes use only ordinary materials, so you can make them right away. The Condensed Potion Vial comes from glass panes alone, the Empty Magazine uses glass blocks, iron and stone, and the Emperor's Chalice uses a bucket, an emerald and a gold ingot.[2]
The basic ammo needs no mod drops either: Neutral Shot, Seeker Shot, Blaze Shot, Concussive Shot and Sand Shot. You can also make Glowing Water and turn it into Glowing Bread at this stage.[2]
Catalyzing Gland and Nebulous Heart
Once you have a Catalyzing Gland, you can make the Apothecary Mortar, Storm Shot, the Holy Hand Grenade and Buster Shot (which builds on a Concussive Shot). The gland is also part of Fertile Essence.[2]
The Nebulous Heart opens up a bigger group of items: Magicbane, Crimson Cloth, Ender Staff, Coin of Fortune, Angelic Feather, Kraken Shell and Ender Shot. The Altar of Light needs both a Catalyzing Gland and a Nebulous Heart.[2]
Fertile Essence branch
Fertile Essence feeds several items: Harvest Rod, Fertile Potion, Aphrodite's Serum and the Angelheart Vial. The pack also adds its own recipe for the Lilypad of Fertility, shown below.[2]

This recipe is added by the pack.
Molten Core and the Infernal line
The Molten Core is the gate to tougher gear: the Apothecary Cauldron, Touchstone of Midas, Lantern Of Paranoia and Interdiction Torch all call for it. The Infernal Claw is built with a Molten Core, and the rest of the Infernal line builds on that claw.[2]
- Craft an Infernal Claw.[2]
- Combine that claw with a Slime Pearl to get Infernal Claws.[2]
- Combine an Infernal Claw, a Molten Core and a Witch Hat to get an Infernal Tear.[2]
- Finish with the Infernal Chalice, which takes an Emperor's Chalice, Infernal Claws, an Infernal Tear and a Molten Core.[2]
The Infernal Chalice is the end of this chain.
The Hero's Medallion sits at a similar depth. It needs a Coin of Fortune, an Infernal Tear, a Nebulous Heart and a Witch Hat. The Destruction Catalyst also uses an Infernal Tear.[2]
The Hunter's Handgun
The Hunter's Handgun is a multi-step build. You make the Barrel Assembly, the Grip Assembly and the Hammer Assembly first, then combine them in the handgun recipe below.[2]

Frozen Core line
This line starts from the Frozen Core. The Ice Magus Rod comes first, and the Glacial Staff then builds on it together with Shears of Winter. Both recipes are shown below.[2]

Mob charms and pedestals
Mob charm fragments each have their own recipe, and the ingredients vary by mob. The Enderman fragment uses a Nebulous Heart and an ender pearl, and the Magma Cube fragment uses a Molten Core and magma cream. A fragment can then be turned into a Charm Belt with leather.[2]
Each colored pedestal is crafted from its matching passive pedestal plus a diamond, for example Lime Pedestal from Lime Passive Pedestal.[2]
How does Reliquary Reincarnations work with other mods?
1 part
Same as in the All the Mods 10 1.19 guide
The one cross-mod link I can confirm for Reliquary Reincarnations in this pack is a recipe for the Lilypad of Fertility. The pack adds this recipe itself, and it uses the mysticalagriculture:awakening recipe type instead of a regular crafting table.[6]
Lilypad of Fertility
The recipe takes the mod's own Fertile Essence and combines it with items from other mods, including the Vibranium Plate. The recipe block below shows the exact in-pack ingredients.[6]
Awakening (mysticalagriculture)
Vibranium Plate
Lily Pad
40× Air Essence
40× Earth Essence
40× Fire Essence
40× Water Essence
3× Fertile Essence

Added by the pack, so don't expect the mod's own default recipe.
Which Reliquary Reincarnations config options matter?
6 parts
Almost everything Reliquary lets you tweak lives in one file, chestLootEnabled and its neighbours in config/reliquary-common.toml. Below are the options you're most likely to notice in play, with the exact values this pack uses.[4]
What the pack switches off
The big one: disable.alkahestryTome is set to true, so the Alkahestry tome and its recipes are disabled. Don't plan a build around it. Everything else in the disable group is false, so the handgun, pedestals, passive pedestals, the potion system and the spawn egg recipes are all left enabled.[4]
- disable.handgun is false, so the handgun, bullets, magazines and gun parts stay available.[4]
- disable.pedestal and disable.passivePedestal are both false.[4]
- disable.potion is false, so the mortar, altar, potions, tipped arrows and powder are all in.[4]
Mob drops and charms
Mobs drop Reliquary items because mobDropsEnabled is true, and chestLootEnabled is true too. However, dropCraftingRecipesEnabled is false, so the alternative crafting recipes for those drops are not turned on.[4]
- items.mobCharm.durability is 80, and each kill of a protected mob costs items.mobCharm.damagePerKill of that durability, which is 1.[4]
- A special drop repairs a charm by items.mobCharm.dropDurabilityRepair, set to 20.[4]
- The ender dragon and the wither are on items.mobCharm.entityBlockList, so they get no charms.[4]
- A charm or belt in a pedestal protects you within items.mobCharm.pedestalRange, which is 21.[4]
Survival items
- Phoenix Down heals items.PhoenixDown.healPercentageOfMaxLife percent of your max life, costs items.PhoenixDown.hungerCostPercent percent hunger per damage point, and its temporary resistance, regeneration, fire and water breathing effects are all enabled.[4]
- The Angelheart Vial heals items.angelheartVial.healPercentageOfMaxLife percent of max life when you would die, and removes negative statuses.[4]
- The Rending Gale holds up to items.rendingGale.chargeLimit, set to 30,000 feathers. A lightning bolt costs items.rendingGale.boltChargeCost, which is 100, and it can push projectiles.[4]
- The Void Tear can hold items.voidTear.itemLimit, set to 2,000,000,000 items, and starts absorbing as soon as it is set to an item type.[4]
- The Infernal Chalice holds items.infernalChalice.fluidLimit, set to 500,000 millibuckets of lava.[4]
- The Interdiction Torch pushes mobs within blocks.interdictionTorch.pushRadius, set to 5, but blocks.interdictionTorch.canPushProjectiles is false.[4]
Staffs and rods
Most ammo-style tools hold 250 of their resource, including the Harvest Rod's bone meal, the Pyromancer Staff and the Ender Staff. The Sojourner Staff is more generous at items.sojournerStaff.maxCapacityPerItemType, or 1,500 per item type, with a placement range of items.sojournerStaff.maxRange, which is 30. The Harvest Rod works in a radius of items.harvestRod.aoeRadius, set to 2.[4]
Potions and the altar
- The apothecary cauldron has a blocks.apothecaryCauldron.cookTime of 160, takes up to blocks.apothecaryCauldron.glowstoneLimit glowstone, which is 2, and up to blocks.apothecaryCauldron.redstoneLimit redstone, which is 3.[4]
- The altar costs blocks.altar.redstoneCost redstone (3) to activate and takes blocks.altar.timeInMinutes minutes (20) to make a glowstone block, plus a random variance of up to blocks.altar.maximumTimeVarianceInMinutes minutes (5).[4]
- The options under potions only control which potions are listed in creative tabs and JEI. potions.maxEffectCount is 1, and the redstone/glowstone, three-ingredient and different-duration options are all false.[4]
Pedestal wrappers
- Fishing wrapper success rate is blocks.pedestal.fishingWrapperSuccessRate, which is 80 percent.[4]
- Melee wrapper has a range of 5 and a cooldown of 5 ticks between swings.[4]
- Bucket wrapper has a range of 4 and a cooldown of 40 ticks between actions.[4]
Unverified The config file shows only the values this pack uses, not the mod's own defaults, so it can't be confirmed here which of these options the pack actually changed. Treat the values above as this pack's settings, not as a list of changes.
