What is IntegratedCrafting?
This pack includes IntegratedCrafting at version 1.1.2, shipped as the 1.18.2 build of the mod. It has been part of the pack since version 2.4 or earlier, so it's a long-standing inclusion and not a recent addition.[1]
Unverified The sources I have don't describe what IntegratedCrafting does, who it suits, or where it fits in the pack's progression. There are also no confirmed quests, recipes or config options for it here, and nothing confirms it sits on the ATM Star path. Check the mod in-game before relying on any of those details.
How do you get started with IntegratedCrafting?
4 parts
Same as in the All the Mods - Gravitas 4.0 guide
IntegratedCrafting lets you craft things inside Integrated Dynamics networks, so your storage network can start crafting jobs for you. You only need two new parts to get going, and the order below is the one the mod's own advancements follow.[2]
Step 1: The Crafting Writer
Start with the Part Crafting Writer. This is the part that kicks off a crafting job, and it's the first thing you want because it's how you ask the network to make something.[2][3]

Step 2: The Crafting Interface
Next, make the Part Interface Crafting. It tells the network where and how things can be crafted. You point it at a machine, like a crafting table or a furnace, and it gets bound to that machine to handle recipes.[2][3]

Step 3: Teach it a recipe and run a job
Open the Crafting Interface GUI and insert Variable Cards that hold recipes. That tells the interface the recipe can be crafted using the bound machine. A good first test is Oak Planks: the mod has advancements for inserting a manually-created Oak Planks recipe into a Crafting Interface, and for using a Crafting Writer to start a crafting job for Oak Planks.[2]
- Craft a Crafting Writer.[2]
- Craft a Crafting Interface and point it at a crafting table.[2]
- Insert the Oak Planks recipe into the Crafting Interface.[2]
- Use the Crafting Writer to start a crafting job for Oak Planks.[2]
Good to know early
- The interface works from the storage network contents provided by Integrated Tunnels interfaces, and a job only counts as finished once the expected outputs show up in the storage network.[2]
- Blocking mode is on by default, so the machine accepts one recipe at a time. You can turn it off in the settings GUI for machines that process several inputs in parallel.[2]
- Like most Integrated Dynamics parts, the interface lets you configure the channel, priority and tick rate. You can also set the target side separately for each ingredient type.[2]
- If a job doesn't work, use the crafting-related aspects of the Network Reader to list available recipes, running jobs and missing ingredients. Display Panels help you visualize those lists.[2]
How does IntegratedCrafting work?
8 parts
IntegratedCrafting adds autocrafting to Integrated Dynamics networks. You tell the network where and how things can be crafted, then start jobs that use those recipes. Two parts do the work: the Part Interface Crafting (Crafting Interface) and the Part Crafting Writer (Crafting Writer).[4][5]
The Crafting Interface
The Crafting Interface tells the network where and how things can be crafted. Point it at a machine, such as a Crafting Table or a Furnace, and it binds to that machine to handle recipes.[4]
Open its GUI and you can insert Variable Cards that hold recipes. Each card tells the interface that the recipe can be crafted using the bound machine.[4]

How a crafting job runs
When a job starts, for example from a Crafting Writer, one or more Crafting Interfaces that have a matching recipe are used. Each interface inserts all the recipe's inputs into its bound machine. It takes them from the storage network contents, which are provided by Integrated Tunnels interfaces.[4]
The interface tracks changes in the storage network. It only marks the job as completed once the expected outputs are present in the network.[4]
Blocking mode
Blocking mode is enabled by default. The machine then accepts only one recipe at a time, and the next one starts only after the previous one has completed.[4]
If a machine can process several inputs in parallel, you can turn blocking mode off in the interface's settings GUI. With a multi-amount job, the machine then processes as many inputs as it can.[4]
Configuration
Like most Integrated Dynamics parts, the Crafting Interface lets you set the channel, priority and tick rate.[4]
You can also set the target side separately for each ingredient type. That helps when a machine takes items from the sides but fluids from the top.[4]
Recipe feedback
When you insert a Variable Card, you see either a green checkmark or a red cross. Hover over the symbol for more information. It works as early feedback if you insert the wrong recipe, such as a chest recipe into an interface bound to a furnace.[4]
- Green checkmark: the card holds a valid recipe, and the machine can probably handle it.[4]
- Red cross: the card doesn't expose a valid recipe, or the recipe can't be crafted in the bound machine.[4]
Distributing jobs and special recipes
With slow machines, you can distribute one crafting job over several Crafting Interfaces. For example, you could spread 40 iron ingots evenly over 10 furnaces. Every furnace needs a Crafting Interface that exposes at least exactly the recipe you want to distribute.[4]
Recipes that don't fully consume an input, such as ones that only use up part of an item's durability, can be marked as reusable. Shift-click the input slot in the Logic Programmer while creating the recipe Variable Card, then enable the Reusable checkbox.[4]
Recipes exposed through Crafting Interfaces can also be dynamic. A recipe could change with day and night, or with the availability of an item in the network. Interfaces detect updates automatically, and new jobs use the new recipe right away. Jobs that are already running keep the old one.[4]
The Crafting Writer
The Crafting Writer automatically starts crafting jobs when certain conditions are met. It uses the recipes exposed by Crafting Interfaces.[4]

Debugging jobs
If a job doesn't work, the Network Reader has crafting aspects that can help. They list all available recipes in the network, all running crafting jobs, and the ingredients being crafted. Showing those lists in Display Panels can help you find the problem.[4]
If you have Integrated Terminals installed, the Crafting Job Terminal can show all running jobs and any missing ingredients. It can also cancel jobs.[4]
How do you progress through IntegratedCrafting?
2 parts
Same as in the All the Mods - Gravitas 4.0 guide
IntegratedCrafting has no tiers of its own in this pack. The sources show only a pair of items you craft: the Part Crafting Writer and the Part Interface Crafting. Both come from plain shaped crafting recipes.[3]
First up: the Crafting Writer
This is the lighter recipe of the bunch. It builds on an Integrated Dynamics component, so it makes sense to be working with Integrated Dynamics before you get here.[3]

Next: the Crafting Interface
The interface recipe draws on more Integrated Dynamics components than the writer does. It also accepts any iron ingot from the iron ingot tag, so you are not tied to one specific mod's iron.[3]

How does IntegratedCrafting work with other mods?
2 parts
Same as in the All the Mods - Gravitas 4.0 guide
In this pack, the only recipe link between IntegratedCrafting and another mod is Integrated Dynamics. The crafting parts of IntegratedCrafting are made from Integrated Dynamics components, so you need to be set up with that mod before you can make them.[3]
Crafting Writer
The Part Crafting Writer is built around the Output Variable Transformer and a Crafting Table. The recipe below is the one the pack uses.[3]

Crafting Interface
The Part Interface Crafting draws on more Integrated Dynamics items, including the Block of Crystallized Menril, the Input Variable Transformer and the Output Variable Transformer. Check the recipe below for the exact layout.[3]
