Every recipe and number here was checked against All the Mods 10 4.5's own files.
What is XyCraft World?

XyCraft World is included in the pack at version 0.7.45, and it has been in the pack since All the Mods 10 2.2 or earlier. So it's an established part of the mod list, not a new addition.[1]
The sources I have don't include a description or guidebook for the mod, so I can't tell you its full feature set. What the pack's quest book does show is the items it points you toward.[1][2][3]
What the quest book highlights
- The "xycraft" quest chapter starts with a quest for Kivi (a quest in "?").[2]
- The same chapter has five quests for the Xychorium gems, one per colour: Blue Xychorium Gem (a quest in "?"), Dark Xychorium Gem (a quest in "?"), Red Xychorium Gem (a quest in "?"), Green Xychorium Gem (a quest in "?") and Light Xychorium Gem (a quest in "?").[2]
- All five gem quests unlock after the same earlier quest in that chapter, so they sit together as a group rather than in a strict order.[2]
- The "building_tips" chapter has a lamp quest, a quest in "?". It accepts any one of four RGB lamps: RGB Lantern Lamp, RGB Flush Lamp, RGB Cube Lamp or RGB Pillar Lamp. That makes the mod a decorative option for builders.[3]
Because the quests only ask you to obtain these items, you can treat them as an early look at what the mod offers. Check the other sections of this guide for how each item is obtained.[2][3]
Unverified No information was found on where XyCraft World fits in the pack's overall progression or on the ATM Star path, so treat it as an optional side mod until confirmed.
How do you get started with XyCraft World?

XyCraft World is built around Kivi and the five colors of Xychorium gems. In this pack you start with Kivi, turn it into gems, and then use the gems for decorative blocks like lamps. Here is the order I'd go in.[2][4]
Step 1: Get some Kivi
Kivi is the base material, and the xycraft quest chapter has a quest for it: a quest in "?". There are several ways to get it. A machine called the Extractor makes it from water, a block generator recipe makes it with no item inputs, and the pack adds a crafting recipe that uses Kivi essence from Mystical Agriculture.[2][4]

Step 2: Turn Kivi into Xychorium gems
Next come the gems: Blue Xychorium Gem, Dark Xychorium Gem, Green Xychorium Gem, Light Xychorium Gem and Red Xychorium Gem. The Crusher is the natural way to start collecting them from Kivi, and the recipe below shows it.[4]

Crushing Kivi in the Crusher gives the Xychorium gems.
If you find Xychorium ores instead, the pack has you covered. For every color it adds an Actually Additions crushing recipe, a Mekanism enriching recipe and an Ender IO SAG mill recipe that turn the ore into its gem. The pack also adds recipes that make each gem from Xychorium gem essence, and Extractor recipes with no item inputs for each color.[4]
The xycraft chapter has one quest per gem color: a quest in "?" for blue, a quest in "?" for dark, a quest in "?" for green, a quest in "?" for light and a quest in "?" for red. Each of these comes after the same earlier quest in the chapter.[2]
Step 3: Put the gems to use
A good first build is a lamp. The recipe below crafts the RGB Lantern Lamp, and the building tips chapter has a quest that accepts any of the four lamp shapes: RGB Lantern Lamp, RGB Flush Lamp, RGB Cube Lamp or RGB Pillar Lamp. That quest is a quest in "?".[3][4]

Crafts the RGB Lantern Lamp.
Stonecutting recipes exist for each lamp shape, and each one takes any lamp from the lamp group as an input. That makes the stonecutter the place to get the shape you want from a lamp you already have.[4]
Gems also work as building material. Blue Aluminum Bricks is crafted with a Xychorium gem, and there are recipes for compact gem storage blocks such as Blue Xychorium Gem Storage, which unpack back into gems.[4]

How does XyCraft World work?

The sources for XyCraft World in this pack cover its crafting recipes, so that is what this section sticks to. It is built around aluminum, Xychorium gems and a colour system.[4]
Colour-based crafting
Many recipes accept any item from a shared tag instead of a specific item. The gem recipes use a Xychorium gem tag plus a colour tag, and the aluminum recipes use an aluminum ingot tag. The Xychorium colours are blue, dark, green, light and red, for example Blue Xychorium Gem and Red Xychorium Gem. The colour comes from the colour tag, so the same recipe shape covers every colour.[4]
Gem storage blocks
Each colour has a storage block, such as Blue Xychorium Gem Storage, made by a packing recipe. The recipe ids end in "forced". Here is the blue one:[4]

The coloured bricks, such as Blue Aluminum Bricks, can be made from aluminum ingots or from plain aluminum bricks. Both routes also use a Xychorium gem and a colour. You can make coloured tiles too, such as Blue Aluminum Tiles, from the matching coloured bricks.[4]

Kivi in this pack
The pack adds its own way to get Kivi. It is crafted from Kivi Essence, which is a Mystical Agriculture item. This recipe is added by the pack, not by XyCraft World itself.[4]

The mod also has a Reinforced Glass Viewer block. The sources give only its name, so I can't tell you how it works or how to craft it.[5]
How do you progress through XyCraft World?

XyCraft World doesn't have a strict tier ladder in this pack. The quest book keeps it short: you get Kivi, turn that into the five Xychorium gems, then spend the gems on building and lighting blocks.[2][3]
Step 1: Get Kivi
The quest a quest in "?" in the xycraft chapter simply asks you to obtain Kivi. It has no prerequisite listed, so you can grab it whenever you like.[2]
You have a few routes. The pack adds its own crafting recipe that turns Kivi Essence into Kivi, and the mod's extractor can also produce Kivi from water. A block generator recipe from Cobble Gen Galore exists for it too.[4]

Step 2: The five Xychorium gems
Next come five gem quests: a quest in "?" for Blue Xychorium Gem, a quest in "?" for Dark Xychorium Gem, a quest in "?" for Red Xychorium Gem, a quest in "?" for Green Xychorium Gem and a quest in "?" for Light Xychorium Gem. All five unlock after the same earlier quest in the chapter, so you can do them in any order.[2]
The pack gives you plenty of ways to get each gem. These were added by the pack:[4]

If you want to compact your gems, each color has a storage block, and you can unpack it back into gems. For example, you can turn Blue Xychorium Gem Storage back into gems with this recipe.[4]

The aluminum building blocks start with Aluminum Bricks, which are crafted from aluminum ingots, and Aluminum Tiles are made from the bricks.[4]

This is where your gems come in. The colored variants, such as Blue Aluminum Bricks, use a Xychorium gem plus a color. You can start from plain aluminum bricks or from aluminum ingots directly, and each colored brick can be turned into its matching tile, like Blue Aluminum Tiles.[4]

Lighting is covered by a quest in the building_tips chapter, a quest in "?". It is completed by having any one of RGB Lantern Lamp, RGB Flush Lamp, RGB Cube Lamp or RGB Pillar Lamp.[3]
The lantern lamp is crafted with Kivi and a Xychorium gem, so it's a nice use for your early materials. A stonecutting recipe is listed for each lamp shape too.[4]

Vanilla building blocks
The biggest connection is decorative. The XyCraft override namespace has tinted Blue, Dark, Green, Light and Red versions of these vanilla blocks, each tied to the matching gem: Bricks, Crying Obsidian, Chiseled Stone Bricks, Chiseled Deepslate, Chiseled Nether Bricks, Chiseled Polished Blackstone, Chiseled Sandstone, Chiseled Red Sandstone, Chiseled Tuff and Chiseled Tuff Bricks. The recipe at the end of this section shows the pattern.[4]
Blue, Dark and Green Deepslate Bricks start from Polished Deepslate plus the matching gem. The Chiseled Wood Pillars use a gem and any planks instead of a stone block.[4]

Quests
The pack's quests only ask for this mod's own items. The chapter has six quests, and each one is a simple item task: you just need to obtain the item. The first is a quest in "?", which asks for Kivi. No prerequisite is listed for it.[2]
The other five quests all unlock after the same earlier quest, a quest in "?". Once that one is done, you can take them in any order, since none of them depends on another. Each asks for one gem colour:[2]

Unverified The quest files don't say what a quest in "?" and a quest in "?" ask for, or which chapter they belong to. They also give no rewards for these quests, so check in-game for those details.
