What is The Bumblezone - NeoForge/Forge?

2 parts

The Bumblezone adds a bee dimension that looks like the inside of a bee nest. You'll find giant walls in rows with canals of water between them, structures to explore, and a unique set of bee armor. Some structures can give you a Throne-Locating Honey Compass that leads you to a Bee Queen. If you like exploring and collecting bee-themed gear, this mod is for you.[1]

Tip: Not sure how to get in? The mod points you to its advancements tab in the Bumblezone for how to enter the dimension and what to do next.[1]

Mind the bees

The bees here are very protective of their honey. If you mine a vanilla Honey Block, take honey from a Honeycomb Brood Block, or hit a bee, nearby bees get buffs and you get the Wrath of the Hive effect. Feeding bees or the brood blocks honey foods can calm them down and earns you Protection of the Hive, which makes bees defend you. The mod's config lets you nerf or buff the bees.[1]

In this pack

The pack ships The Bumblezone 7.15.3 for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge. It has been in the pack since version 2.25 or earlier.[2]

The pack has a quest chapter called "The Bumblezone". It covers gear that is usually crafted, found in structures, or traded for with the Bee Queen. Highlights include:[3]

Unverified Where The Bumblezone fits in the pack's overall progression is not confirmed by the available sources, and none of them show it on the ATM Star path.

How do you get started with The Bumblezone - NeoForge/Forge?

4 parts

Welcome to the hive! The Bumblezone is a bee dimension, and its bees get really angry if you take their honey. The mod's project page says the Bumblezone advancements tab explains how to enter the dimension, so start there. Then work through the items below in this order.[1]

Know the bee rules first

Mining vanilla's Honey Block, taking honey from a Honeycomb Brood Block, or hitting a bee gives you the Wrath of the Hive effect, and every bee around you gets buffs and turns hostile. Feeding bees or the brood block honey foods calms them down and gives you Protection of the Hive, so bees defend you instead.[1]

Watch out: The project page says the bees can be nerfed or buffed in the mod's config, so the bee behaviour in this pack can be adjusted there.[1]

Your first crafts

  1. Honey Compass: Shift Right Click a Beehive (Productive Beehives work too) to track it, or Right Click the air to locate a Cell Maze. That gives you a direction in a big dimension. The pack's quest book places the quest "Honey Compass" quest after the Into the Hive quest, and the item is Honey Compass.[3]
  2. Flower Headwear: bees will think you are a flower and follow you, which is a nice trick in a dimension full of bees. You can find it, craft it or trade for it, and you can dye it. The item is Flower Headwear.[3]
  3. Stinger Spear: it works like a Trident, only much weaker, and it poisons mobs. You can make it, find it or trade for it. The item is Stinger Spear.[3]

Next: gear and bee handling

The Honey Crystal Shield works like a vanilla Shield in your off-hand, but it grows stronger once you repair it with Honey Crystals. The pack adds its own crafting recipe for it, shown below.[3][4]

The Bee Cannon is a fun tool. Right Click a bee to load it, then hold Right Click and let go to fire it. The quest says the bees don't turn hostile from being shot out. You can also find the cannon in structures or trade for it with the Bee Queen.[3]

The quest calls the Buzzing Briefcase one of the most important items in the Bumblezone. Right Click a bee with it to capture the bee, and Shift Right Click to see the bees inside. It holds 14 bees, including Productive Bees.[3]

Getting back home

If you need to leave, mine up or down past the Beehive Beeswax to reach the Void. This Void won't kill you. It teleports you back to where you were in the Overworld. The quest for this is "Escaping" quest.[3]

How does The Bumblezone - NeoForge/Forge work?

6 parts

Heads up before we dive in: the sources I have for The Bumblezone don't describe any machines, multiblocks, power, fluid handling or automation. What they do cover is the mod's core gameplay loop, which is about bees, honey and how angry the hive gets. That's what this section walks through.[1][5]

Unverified Whether The Bumblezone adds any machine, power, fluid or automation systems in this pack is not confirmed by the available sources. No in-jar guidebook or reusable documentation was found.

Wrath of the Hive and Protection of the Hive

The bees in the Bumblezone dimension are very protective of their honey. If you mine vanilla's Honey Block, destroy or take honey from a Honeycomb Brood Block, or hit a bee, the bees around you get many buffs and turn very angry. That is the Wrath of the Hive effect.[1]

You can calm them down by feeding bees or Honeycomb Brood Blocks with honey foods. Doing so gives you Protection of the Hive, and bees will then defend you against anyone attacking you. One advancement also notes that with Protection active you can collect honey from a Filled Porous Honeycomb Block or mine a Honey Block.[1][5]

How the pack tunes the bees

These are the values this pack ships in its bee aggression config. Wrath is enabled through [[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bees Aggression Options.allowWrath]], which is set to true. Peaceful mode always overrides the setting.[6]

  • [[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bees Aggression Options.aggressionTriggerRadius]] is 64. This is how far away a bee can be and still turn angry and hunt you down. The allowed range is 1 to 200.[6]
  • [[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bees Aggression Options.howLongWrathOfTheHiveLasts]] is 1680 ticks, and 20 ticks make 1 second. The bees' normal anger stays on top of this.[6]
  • [[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Protection of the Hive Options.howLongProtectionOfTheHiveLasts]] is also 1680 ticks. This is how long Protection lasts after you feed bees or Brood Blocks.[6]
  • Angry bees get speed level 2 ([[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bee Buffs From Wrath.speedBoostLevel]]), absorption level 1 ([[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bee Buffs From Wrath.absorptionBoostLevel]]) and strength level 1 ([[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bee Buffs From Wrath.strengthBoostLevel]]).[6]
  • [[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bees Aggression Options.allowWrathOfTheHiveOutsideBumblezone]] is false, so picking up honey outside the dimension won't give you Wrath. [[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bees Aggression Options.beehemothTriggersWrath]] is also false.[6]
  • [[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bees Aggression Options.showWrathOfTheHiveParticles]] is true, so you'll see the orange-ish particles when you anger the bees.[6]

The config explains what absorption level 1 means in practice. It gives bees 4 extra health, which is 2 hearts, that instantly regenerates. Your hits need to deal more than that padding to hurt the bee's real health bar. The config also says that strength 5 or higher would kill you instantly without armor, so be careful if you raise it.[6]

Watch out: Wrath makes bees able to see you through walls, so don't count on hiding behind blocks. Feed them honey food to appease them.[5][6]
Tip: Wearing Flower Headwear into a Cell Maze structure means you won't get the Wrath effect inside it. You can also wear it to attract bees.[5]

Feeding and handling bees

Honey Bucket is your main feeding tool. According to the advancements, you can use it to grow a baby bee up instantly, to put a group of adult bees in love, and to grow bee larva in certain brood blocks. You can craft it from a bucket and a honey block.[4][5]

Feeding Bee Bread to bees speeds them up, and the advancement for this is about reaching maximum speed. You can also wash pollen off a bee with a Wet Sponge, Water Bucket or Water Bottle.[5]

Cannons and throwables

The Bee Cannon and the Crystal Cannon are loaded and fired, and each has an advancement for firing a full load of bees or crystals. The Crystal Cannon is crafted from a Bee Cannon.[4][5]

Essence client options

This pack's client config controls how Knowing Essence highlights things. It is on for bosses in purple ([[config:config/the_bumblezone/client.toml#Knowing Essence Highlighting Configs (see block and entity tags for even more options).knowingEssenceHighlightBosses]]), monsters in red, other mobs in orange, common items in white and epic items in purple. Every one of these is set to true.[7]

When an Essence item is in your offhand, the HUD shows rotating texture layers. [[config:config/the_bumblezone/client.toml#Essence Item HUD Rendering Configs.essenceItemHUDVisualEffectLayers]] is 3, with a range of 0 to 3, and 0 turns the rendering off. The spin speed ([[config:config/the_bumblezone/client.toml#Essence Item HUD Rendering Configs.essenceItemHUDVisualEffectSpeed]]) is 1, and 0 turns the spinning off.[7]

How do you progress through The Bumblezone - NeoForge/Forge?

7 parts

The Bumblezone has its own quest chapter in this pack. It is not on the ATM Star quest path, so you can take it at your own pace. Most of the gear can be crafted, found in structures or traded for with the Bee Queen. The chapter's big milestone is the Essence of the Bees, which opens the endgame.[3]

Getting around and getting out

The "Escaping" quest quest comes after the quest for entering the Bumblezone and explains the way back. Mine down or up past the Beehive Beeswax to reach the Void. This Void won't kill you. It teleports you back to where you were in the Overworld.[3]

The Honey Compass is your first real navigation tool, and its quest comes after the Into the Hive quest. You can craft it or trade for it. Shift Right Click a Beehive to track it (Productive Beehives included), or Right Click the air to locate a Cell Maze.[3]

A second compass quest, a quest in "The Bumblezone", comes after the Honitel, Cell Maze and Battle Cubes quests. That compass can turn up in any of those three places, but it always spawns in the Cell Maze. It points you to the closest Throne Pillar.[3]

Weapons and defense

The Stinger Spear works like a Trident, only much weaker, and it poisons mobs. You can make it, find it or trade for it. The pack has several crafting layouts for it, and the one below is just an example.[3][4]

Bee armor

The bee armor pieces are found in Bumblezone structures or traded for with the Bee Queen. The Basic Armor chapter has two bee armor quests, Bee Armor 1 and Bee Armor 2. One checks the pieces numbered 2 and the other the pieces numbered 1.[3][8]

  • Stingless Bee Helmet: Shift to highlight all bees around you, and poison and nausea clear faster.[3]
  • Bumble Bee Chestplate: hold Space Bar to fly for a short time.[3]
  • Honey Bee Leggings: move better through Honey Blocks and Pollen, and Shift through Pollen to collect it. The more bee armor you wear, the easier travel gets.[3]
  • Carpenter Bee Boots: wall-run or jump farther off Wood Planks, Leaves and Honey Blocks, and hold Shift to mine the block beneath you.[3]

Utility and support items

  • Buzzing Briefcase: Right Click a bee to capture it, and Shift Right Click to view the bees inside. It holds 14 bees, including Productive Bees.[3]
  • Royal Jelly Bottle: you can steal it from the Bee Queen or earn it by helping her. Drinking it gives plenty of good effects and removes some bad ones.[3]
  • Crystalline Flower: used to enchant books. It has tiers, and you raise them by feeding it items or XP. It's rarely found in structures, and the Overgrown Flower is the easiest place to look.[3]
  • Potion Candle: made by crafting a Super Candle with Royal Jelly and a potion. Once lit, it gives the potion effect to everyone nearby.[3]
  • Flower Headwear: dyeable, and bees will follow you while you wear it.[3]

The gate to the endgame

a quest in "The Bumblezone" unlocks once you finish all of its prerequisite quests. Then you Right Click the Queen to get the Essence of the Bees. Eat it, and it stays with you even after death.[3]

It lets you safely take honey from all hives, honeycombs and honey slimes. You can walk through the Cell Maze without Wrath of the Hive and enter the Throne Pillar without Mining Fatigue. You can also cross Ancient Wax without the bad effects, and you get amazing effects in Fluid Honey or Royal Jelly. The quest itself says this is when you can enter the endgame.[3]

The essences

Each essence quest comes after a colored Sempiternal Sanctum quest. You use them from your off-hand, and every one has a cooldown.[3]

  • Essence of Life (after Green): fertilizes crops and saplings, heals nearby tamed mobs and players, and clears Poison and Wither. 10 minute cooldown.[3]
  • Essence of Calming (after Blue): nearby mobs stop being hostile toward you. It has 600 uses, is interrupted if you take damage or hit a mob, and needs 10 minutes to recharge.[3]
  • Essence of Radiance (after Yellow): in daytime with sky exposure it gives Regeneration, Saturation, Speed, Haste and Resistance, and repairs armor durability. 10 minute cooldown.[3]
  • Essence of Knowing (after Purple): shows the structure you're in and highlights all entities, block entities included. 15 minute cooldown.[3]
  • Essence of Continuity (after White): on a fatal hit it teleports you to your respawn point with full health and hunger, and gives you a journal of where you would have died. It then has a 40 minute cooldown and puts your other essences on cooldown too.[3]
  • Essence of Raging (after Red): highlights 4 mobs, and killing them grants Strength that climbs to a max of 16. 30 minute cooldown.[3]

Side collectibles

The chapter also has quests for banner patterns (Bee, Swords, Arrows, Sun, Honeycombs, Eyes, Peace and Pluses) and for the Bumblezone music discs. These quests only ask you to hold the item.[3]

How does The Bumblezone - NeoForge/Forge work with other mods?

3 parts

The Bumblezone connects to a few other mods in this pack, mostly through crafting recipes the pack adds or changes. There is also one bee-keeping note in the quest book about Productive Bees.[3][4]

Colored Super Candle bases

The pack adds shapeless recipes that turn the Bumblezone's Super Candle into colored candle bases. Each recipe uses a dye from a color tag, and the results live in the dyenamicsandfriends namespace. The colors are amber, aquamarine, bubblegum, cherenkov, conifer, fluorescent, honey, icy blue, lavender, maroon, mint, navy, peach, persimmon, rose, spring green, ultramarine and wine.[4]

Each color gives its own base, for example Amber Super Candle Base or Wine Super Candle Base. Here is the amber one as an example.[4]

The other colors have their own recipes in the same pattern, each with its matching dye.

Productive Bees wax

The pack adds a KubeJS recipe that turns Wax from Productive Bees into Carvable Wax.[4]

Bees in the Buzzing Briefcase

The quest for the Buzzing Briefcase (a quest in "The Bumblezone") says it can hold 14 bees, and that any bees work, including Productive Bees. You can capture a bee by right clicking it, check the bees inside with shift right click, and release them again.[3]

Which All the Mods 10 quests use The Bumblezone - NeoForge/Forge?

5 parts

Two quest chapters in the pack touch this mod: the Bumblezone chapter itself, and the Basic Armor chapter, which reuses the bee armor pieces. Nearly every quest is an item-collection task. The sources only give ordering through each quest's prerequisites, so the chapter has no single fixed sequence beyond what's below.[3][8]

Getting in, getting out and finding your way

  1. "Escaping" quest comes after the quest for entering the Bumblezone. It asks for Beehive Beeswax and explains the way home: mine down or up past the beeswax into the Void, which teleports you back to where you were in the Overworld instead of killing you.[3]
  2. "Honey Compass" quest comes after Into the Hive and asks for the Honey Compass. You can craft or trade for it. Shift Right Click a Beehive to track it, or Right Click the air to locate a Cell Maze.[3]
  3. a quest in "The Bumblezone" asks for another Honey Compass and comes after the Honitel, Cell Maze and Battle Cubes quests. This compass always spawns in the Cell Maze and points to the closest Throne Pillar.[3]

Gear and gadgets

These quests only ask you to obtain the item, and their text says where it comes from. The Stinger Spear (a quest in "The Bumblezone") works like a weaker Trident that poisons mobs. The Bee Cannon (a quest in "The Bumblezone") and Crystal Cannon (a quest in "The Bumblezone") can both be found in structures or traded for with the Bee Queen. The Honey Crystal Shield (a quest in "The Bumblezone") grows stronger once repaired with Honey Crystals.[3]

Other item quests cover the Buzzing Briefcase (a quest in "The Bumblezone"), which holds 14 bees, the Royal Jelly Bottle (a quest in "The Bumblezone"), the Potion Candle ("Potion Candle" quest), the Bee Soup (a quest in "The Bumblezone"), the Flower Headwear (a quest in "The Bumblezone") and the Crystalline Flower ("Crystalline Flower" quest), which is used to enchant books.[3]

Bee armor

The Bumblezone chapter has a separate quest for each of the eight armor pieces, in two sets of four. The helmets are Stingless Bee Helmet and Stingless Bee Helmet, the chestplates are Bumble Bee Chestplate and Bumble Bee Chestplate, the leggings are Honey Bee Leggings and Honey Bee Leggings, and the boots are Carpenter Bee Boots and Carpenter Bee Boots. Each text says they are found in structures or traded for with the Bee Queen.[3]

The Basic Armor chapter then asks for a full set at once. "Bee Armor 1" quest wants the four pieces ending in _2, and "Bee Armor 2" quest wants the four ending in _1. Its text sends you back to the Bumblezone quest page for details.[3][8]

Banner patterns and music discs

Eight quests ask for a banner pattern: "Bee Banner Pattern" quest, "Swords Banner Pattern" quest, "Arrows Banner Pattern" quest, "Sun Banner Pattern" quest, "Honeycombs Banner Pattern" quest, "Eyes Banner Pattern" quest, "Peace Banner Pattern" quest and "Pluses Banner Pattern" quest. They cover the bee, swords, arrows, sun, honeycombs, eyes, peace and pluses patterns, for example Banner Pattern and Banner Pattern.[3]

The music disc quests are "A Last First Last" quest, "Drowning in Despair" quest, "Radiance" quest, "Knowing" quest, "Bee-laxing with the Hom-bees" quest, "Honey Bee" quest, "Life" quest, "Flight of the Bumblebee" quest, "Bee-ware of the Temple" quest and "La Bee-da Loca" quest. Each only asks you to obtain the disc, and the sources give no further text for them.[3]

The Essences and the endgame

Each Essence quest comes after a colored Sempiternal Sanctum quest.[3]

The final quest is a quest in "The Bumblezone", which asks for the Essence of the Bees. It unlocks only after a long list of earlier quests, and the quest text says to Right Click the Queen once they are all done. Eating it lets you safely take honey from hives, walk through the Cell Maze without Wrath of the Hive and enter the Throne Pillar without Mining Fatigue. It also sticks with you after death, and the quest calls it your way into the endgame.[3]

Which The Bumblezone - NeoForge/Forge config options matter?

5 parts

The Bumblezone has a lot of config files, so here are the options you're most likely to notice in play, with the exact values this pack uses. The bees are the big one: they get really angry if you take their honey, and the config lets you tune how angry.[1]

Unverified The pack files list the values this pack uses but not the mod's own defaults, so I can't confirm which of the values below the pack changed. Treat them all as this pack's settings, not as proof of a change.

Wrath of the Hive

Wrath is switched on with [[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bees Aggression Options.allowWrath]] set to true. Bees within [[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bees Aggression Options.aggressionTriggerRadius]] = 64 can get angry and hunt you down. Peaceful mode always overrides the setting.[6]

  • [[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bees Aggression Options.howLongWrathOfTheHiveLasts]] is 1680 ticks (20 ticks = 1 second).[6]
  • Angry bees get speed [[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bee Buffs From Wrath.speedBoostLevel]] = 2, absorption [[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bee Buffs From Wrath.absorptionBoostLevel]] = 1 and strength [[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bee Buffs From Wrath.strengthBoostLevel]] = 1.[6]
  • [[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bees Aggression Options.allowWrathOfTheHiveOutsideBumblezone]] is false, so grabbing honey outside the dimension won't give you Wrath.[6]
  • [[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Wrath of the Hive Options.Bees Aggression Options.beehemothTriggersWrath]] is false, so hurting someone else's beehemoth doesn't hand out Wrath.[6]
  • Protection of the Hive, the effect you get for feeding bees or Brood Blocks, lasts for [[config:config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml#Protection of the Hive Options.howLongProtectionOfTheHiveLasts]] = 1680 ticks.[6]
Watch out: The config notes say a strength boost of 5 or higher instantly kills you without armor, and a very high absorption boost can make bees invincible. This pack uses 1 for both, so leave them alone unless you want a challenge.[6]

Entering and leaving the dimension

Teleporting in and out is handled by the mod: [[config:config/the_bumblezone/dimension.toml#The Bumblezone Teleportation Options.enableEntranceTeleportation]] and [[config:config/the_bumblezone/dimension.toml#The Bumblezone Teleportation Options.enableExitTeleportation]] are both true. [[config:config/the_bumblezone/dimension.toml#The Bumblezone Teleportation Options.allowTeleportationWithModdedBeehives]] is also true, so modded nests and hives work too. [[config:config/the_bumblezone/dimension.toml#The Bumblezone Teleportation Options.onlyOverworldHivesTeleports]] and [[config:config/the_bumblezone/dimension.toml#The Bumblezone Teleportation Options.forceExitToOverworld]] are false, and [[config:config/the_bumblezone/dimension.toml#The Bumblezone Teleportation Options.defaultDimension]] is "minecraft:overworld".[9]

[[config:config/the_bumblezone/dimension.toml#The Bumblezone Teleportation Options.warnPlayersOfWrongBlockUnderHive]] is true. If a block tag requires a certain block under the hive, you get a warning telling you which block is needed. The first-time welcome message ([[config:config/the_bumblezone/dimension.toml#The Bumblezone Welcome Options.enableInitialWelcomeMessage]]) is turned off.[9]

Bee Queen and Crystalline Flower

  • Bonus trades: [[config:config/the_bumblezone/general.toml#Bee Queen Options.beeQueenBonusTradeRewardMultiplier]] is 3, [[config:config/the_bumblezone/general.toml#Bee Queen Options.beeQueenBonusTradeAmountTillSatified]] is 24 boosted trades, and [[config:config/the_bumblezone/general.toml#Bee Queen Options.beeQueenBonusTradeDurationInTicks]] is 24,000 ticks before she asks for a new item.[10]
  • [[config:config/the_bumblezone/general.toml#Bee Queen Options.beeQueenRespawning]] is true, so she can respawn in the Throne Pillar when you locate it with a fresh Throne Honey Compass.[10]
  • The Crystalline Flower uses [[config:config/the_bumblezone/general.toml#Crystalline Flower Options.crystallineFlowerEnchantingPowerAllowedPerTier]] = 8, with no extra tier cost or extra XP requirement (both 0). It eats item entities and XP orbs that touch it, and its GUI accepts items and XP.[10]

Essence cooldowns

Cooldowns are in ticks. Calming, Life and Radiance Essence are all 12,000, Knowing is 18,000, Raging is 36,000 and Continuity is 48,000. [[config:config/the_bumblezone/general.toml#Essence Item And Events Options.repeatableEssenceEvents]] is true, so you can repeat the Sempiternal Sanctum events after beating them once. Raging Essence uses the strength levels [1,2,3,5,8,14,20] via [[config:config/the_bumblezone/general.toml#Essence Item And Events Options.ragingEssenceStrengthLevels]].[10]

Bees and visuals

[[config:config/the_bumblezone/general.toml#Special Bee Spawning Options.specialBeeSpawning]] is on with [[config:config/the_bumblezone/general.toml#Special Bee Spawning Options.nearbyBeesPerPlayerInBz]] = 25, and Brood Blocks spawn bees up to a cap of 40 ([[config:config/the_bumblezone/general.toml#General Mechanics Options.broodBlocksBeeSpawnCapacity]]).[10]

On the client side, the dimension fog is enabled with brightness 100 and thickness 4. If the fog bugs you, tweak [[config:config/the_bumblezone/client.toml#The Bumblezone Client Dimension Options.fogThickness]] or [[config:config/the_bumblezone/client.toml#The Bumblezone Client Dimension Options.fogBrightnessPercentage]]. The Wrath music ([[config:config/the_bumblezone/client.toml#Music configs.playWrathOfHiveEffectMusic]]) is on too.[7]

SettingAll the Mods 10 value
Protection of the Hive Options.howLongProtectionOfTheHiveLasts
---------------------------- How long entities will keep Protection of the Hive effect after feeding bees or Brood Blocks. Bees will attack anyone that damages someone with the effect.
config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml
1680
Wrath of the Hive Options.Bee Buffs From Wrath.absorptionBoostLevel
---------------------------- How much extra health bees get that always instantly regenerates. This means you need to deal more damage than the extra health gives order to actually damage the bee's real health bar. For example, Absorption 1 here makes bees get 4 extra padding of health (2 full hearts). Your attacks need to deal 4 1/2 or more damage to actually be able to kill the bee. This means using Bane of Arthropod 5 is needed to kill bees if you set the absorption to a higher value like 2 or 3. If you set this to like 5 or something, bees may be invincible!
config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml
1
Wrath of the Hive Options.Bee Buffs From Wrath.speedBoostLevel
---------------------------- How fast bees move along the ground (Not while flying). You will see this a lot when bees are about to attack you, they tend to touch the floor and the speed boost makes them dash forward at you. Set this to higher for faster dash attacks from bees.
config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml
2
Wrath of the Hive Options.Bee Buffs From Wrath.strengthBoostLevel
---------------------------- How strong the bees attacks become. (5 or higher will instant kill you without armor).
config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml
1
Wrath of the Hive Options.Bees Aggression Options.aggressionTriggerRadius
---------------------------- How far away the bee can be to become angry and hunt you down if you get Wrath of the Hive effect in the Bumblezone dimension. Will also affect the bee's aggression range toward other mobs in the dimension.
config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml
64
Wrath of the Hive Options.Bees Aggression Options.allowWrath
---------------------------- Turn off or on the ability to get Wrath of the Hive effect. The bees can see you through walls and will have speed, absorption, and strength effects applied to them. Will also affect the bee's aggression toward other mobs in the dimension. Note: Peaceful mode will always override the bee aggressive setting.
config/the_bumblezone/bee_aggression.toml
true
