What is Create: Hypertubes?
3 parts
Create: Hypertubes is an addon for Create, inspired by the Hypertubes in Satisfactory. It lets you build tube systems that move players and other entities around your world. You can design winding, curvy tubes or long, straight runs to feed a logistics network.[1]
This pack ships version 0.6.0 of the mod. The mod's own page says it is in active development, so features may change and bugs are expected.[1][2]
Who it is for
If you already run Create machines and want a fun, fast way to get around, this is for you. The mod is designed to fit into your existing Create progression. To get a network running, power a Hypertube Entrance with a cogwheel, then jump in and get thrown across the world.[1]
What you can do with it
- Use a wrench on the Hypertube Entrance to pick its mode. In Automatic Lock Mode you can sneak to avoid being pulled into the tube.[1]
- Send fish and villagers through the tubes by turning on Automatic Lock Mode. This has worked since version 0.2.0.[1]
- Use a wrench to customize tube connections.[1]
- Use attachments to automate tube behavior or detect travellers.[1]
- Enable a first-person view (FPV) for travelling in the config files.[1]
Where it fits in the pack
The mod has been in the pack since All the Mods 10 4.3 or earlier, so it is a long-standing part of the modlist.[2]
Unverified The sources don't show any quests that involve this mod, and it is not on the ATM Star path. The pack does not appear to gate it behind specific progression steps, but that is unconfirmed.
How do you get started with Create: Hypertubes?
5 parts
Hypertubes is a Create addon inspired by Satisfactory Hypertubes. You build a network of tubes, power an entrance, and you get thrown across your world. Here is the order I'd make things in, and why.[1]
Make the tube itself
Start with the Hypertube Block. The pack changed this recipe, so don't rely on what you remember from the mod's defaults. Use the one below.[3]
Crafting Shaped
| any brass plates | any glass panes | any brass plates |
| any glass panes | Empty slot | any glass panes |
| any brass plates | any glass panes | any brass plates |
Recipe id: create_hypertube:hypertube
To connect tubes, right-click a placed tube while holding another tube, then place the second one. You can also connect tubes that are already placed, and you can change the segment count with a wrench.[4]
Craft the funnel
Make the Hypertube Funnel next, because the recipes for the entrance, the accelerator and the splitter all use it. The pack changed this recipe too.[3]
Crafting Shaped

Recipe id: create_hypertube:hypertube_funnel
Build and power an entrance
The Hypertube Entrance Block connects you to the Hypertube network and gives you high-speed travel.[4]
Crafting Shaped
| Empty slot | Empty slot | |
| Empty slot | Empty slot | |
| Empty slot | Empty slot |
Recipe id: create_hypertube:hypertube_entrance
To enter the tube, the entrance needs at least 16 RPM. The faster it spins, the faster you travel. Right-clicking it with a wrench changes the entrance mode.[4]
Upgrade the network
- The Hypertube Accelerator Block increases the speed of entities travelling the tube. Right-click it to switch it to BRAKE mode.[4]
- The Hypertube Splitter can link up to three tubes, so one line can branch into several paths. While travelling, you pick where to go with your movement keys, and a wrench cycles through its modes. The pack changed its recipe.[3][4]

Automate with attachments
The Redstone Detector Tube Attachment lets a redstone signal change the Accelerator or Entrance mode. On a splitter, it toggles between the two forced modes.[4]

Recipe id: create_hypertube:redstone_detector_tube_attachment
The Tube Scanner Attachment detects entities travelling the tube, giving 8 power for babies and 15 for adults. It is made with a Create sequenced assembly, and the pack changed that recipe. You can also place attachments on accelerators, on any side at the same time.[3][4]

How does Create: Hypertubes work?
5 parts
Create: Hypertubes is a Create addon inspired by Satisfactory's hypertubes. You build tube networks that move players and other entities around quickly. The mod is still in active development, so features can change and bugs are expected.[1]
Building a tube line
Connecting tubes is simple. Right click a placed Hypertube Block while holding another tube, then place the second one and the connection exists. You can also connect tubes that are already placed. A wrench changes the tube's segment count, and the mod's project page says you can also use it to customize how tubes connect.[1][3][4]
The pack changes the recipe for the Hypertube Block, so don't rely on the mod's default. This is the in-pack version:[3]
Crafting Shaped
| any brass plates | any glass panes | any brass plates |
| any glass panes | Empty slot | any glass panes |
| any brass plates | any glass panes | any brass plates |
Recipe id: create_hypertube:hypertube
Entrances
An Hypertube Entrance Block connects you to the network. To get in, it has to be powered with at least 16 RPM, and the faster it spins, the faster you travel. A cogwheel driving the entrance is all it takes to get a network running.[1][3][4]
Right click the entrance with a wrench to change its mode. In Automatic Lock Mode you get pulled into the tube automatically, and you can sneak to avoid that. The project page also says that mode is what lets fish and villagers travel the tubes.[1][4]

Both the entrance and the accelerator use the Hypertube Funnel as an ingredient. The pack changes the funnel recipe too.[3]

Accelerators
A Hypertube Accelerator Block increases the speed of entities traveling through the tube. Right click it to switch it to BRAKE mode.[3][4]
Crafting Shaped
| Empty slot | Empty slot | |
| Empty slot | Empty slot |
Recipe id: create_hypertube:hyper_accelerator_small_cogwheel
Splitters
The Hypertube Splitter links up to three tubes and branches a line into multiple paths. While traveling, you pick which way to go with your movement keys. Right click the splitter with a wrench to cycle its modes.[4]
- Continue mode: travelers always keep going through the side tubes.[4]
- Center mode: travelers are always routed through the front tube.[4]
- A Redstone Detector Attachment can toggle between these two forced modes.[4]
The pack changes the Splitter recipe, and it is a mechanical crafting recipe:[3]
Mechanical Crafting (create)
| any brass plates | any brass plates | |
| Empty slot | Empty slot |
Recipe id: create_hypertube:hypertube_junction
Attachments and automation
Attachments are how you automate a network. You can place them in accelerators, on any side and several at once.[1][4]
- Tube Scanner Attachment: detects entities traveling the tube. The mod's description gives 8 power for babies and 15 for adults.[3][4]
- Redstone Detector Tube Attachment: lets a redstone signal change the mode of an accelerator or entrance. On a splitter it toggles between the two forced modes.[3][4]
Crafting Shaped
Recipe id: create_hypertube:redstone_detector_tube_attachment
The Tube Scanner is made by sequenced assembly, and the pack changes that recipe. Its process uses the Unfinished Tube Scanner item.[3]
Sequenced Assembly (create)

- 2× any brass plates
Recipe id: create_hypertube:sequenced_assembly/tube_scanner
Unverified The sources don't say how much stress the entrance or accelerators use, what the exact travel speeds are, or whether tubes can carry items or fluids. The pack also has no config files for this mod, so none of that is confirmed here.
How do you progress through Create: Hypertubes?
4 parts
Unverified No quests in this pack involve this mod, so there is no quest-driven order. The tiers below follow the in-pack recipes and how each recipe builds on the one before it.
Hypertubes progress in a simple chain. You start with the plain tube block, turn it into a funnel, and then use the funnel as the base for the more advanced pieces. The pack changed several of these recipes from the mod's defaults, so check the recipe blocks below instead of relying on other guides.[3]
The Hypertube Block
Everything starts with the Hypertube Block. The pack changed this recipe, so it is not the mod's default.[3]
Crafting Shaped
| any brass plates | any glass panes | any brass plates |
| any glass panes | Empty slot | any glass panes |
| any brass plates | any glass panes | any brass plates |
Recipe id: create_hypertube:hypertube
The Hypertube Funnel
Next is the Hypertube Funnel. This recipe is also changed by the pack. It is the key stepping stone, because the entrance, the accelerator and the splitter all build on it.[3]

Entrance, accelerator and splitter
Once you have funnels, you can make the Hypertube Entrance Block and the Hypertube Accelerator Block. Both use the mod's own recipes, unchanged by the pack. The accelerator's recipe id is hyper_accelerator_small_cogwheel.[3]

The Hypertube Splitter (shown in game as the Hypertube Splitter) is different. It is made by mechanical crafting rather than in a plain crafting grid, and the pack changed this recipe too.[3]

Attachments
The last tier is the attachments. The Redstone Detector Tube Attachment uses the mod's default recipe, and the pack leaves it alone.[3]
Crafting Shaped
Recipe id: create_hypertube:redstone_detector_tube_attachment
The Tube Scanner Attachment comes from a Create sequenced assembly that runs through the Unfinished Tube Scanner, and the pack changed that recipe as well. The finished scanner also needs the redstone detector attachment, so make that one first.[3]

How does Create: Hypertubes work with other mods?
2 parts
Create: Hypertubes is an addon for Create, so almost all of its connections to other mods run through Create itself. The mod is built to slot into your existing Create progression, and the pack's recipes show that: the main tube parts are crafted with Create components rather than standalone materials.[1][3]
Create-powered crafting
The Hypertube Entrance Block is a plain shaped crafting recipe that uses Create parts alongside the Hypertube Funnel. It's the block you jump into to travel, and the mod page says you get it running by powering it with a cogwheel.[1][3]

Recipes the pack changed
The Hypertube Splitter (the Hypertube Splitter) is made with Create's mechanical crafting, and the pack changes this recipe. Follow the in-pack recipe below, not the mod's default.[3]
Mechanical Crafting (create)
| any brass plates | any brass plates | |
| Empty slot | Empty slot |
Recipe id: create_hypertube:hypertube_junction
The Tube Scanner Attachment is made through Create's sequenced assembly, and the pack changes this one too. It builds on the Redstone Detector Tube Attachment, so you'll want that made first.[3]

The Redstone Detector Tube Attachment itself is an unchanged mod recipe that mixes Create items with a vanilla one.[3]

Unverified No quests in this pack involve this mod, and no other mod integrations beyond Create and vanilla Minecraft could be confirmed.
