What is Create: Hypertubes?
1 part
Create: Hypertubes is an addon for Create, inspired by the hypertubes in Satisfactory. You build tube systems that move players and entities around your world, with curves or long straight runs. This pack includes version 0.6.0.[1][2]
The mod fits into normal Create progression. To get a tube running, power a Hypertube Entrance with a cogwheel, then jump in and you get thrown along the tube.[1]
What you can do with it
- Use a wrench on the Hypertube Entrance to pick its mode. In Automatic Lock Mode you can sneak to avoid being pulled into the tube.[1]
- Since version 0.2.0, fish and villagers can travel through the tubes too. Turn on Automatic Lock Mode and they go.[1]
- Use a wrench to customize how tubes connect visually.[1]
- Attachments let you automate tube behavior or detect travellers.[1]
- The project page marks tube collision, an accelerator, a splitter/junction, a Hypertube Cannon and redstone automation as done. Colored tubes and customizations are still planned.[1]
- First person view can be enabled in the mod's config files.[1]
How do you get started with Create: Hypertubes?
4 parts
Create: Hypertubes is a Create addon that lets you build tube networks to fling players and entities around your world. Getting started is simple: lay some tubes, then power a Hypertube Entrance Block with a cogwheel and you're ready to travel.[1][3]
Step 1: Make Hypertube Blocks
Everything starts with Hypertube Block. This pack changed the recipe, and one craft gives you 16 tubes, so you can lay a decent stretch of line right away.[4]

To connect two tubes, right click a placed tube while holding another tube, then place the second one. You can also connect tubes that are already placed. A wrench changes the tube segment count.[3]
Step 2: Make a Hypertube Funnel
The Hypertube Funnel is the next item to make, and this pack changed its recipe too. The Entrance and the Accelerator recipes below are both built around it, so make it before them.[4]

Step 3: Make a Hypertube Entrance

- To enter the tube you need to power the Entrance with at least 16 RPM. The faster it spins, the faster you travel.[3]
- Right click the Entrance with a wrench to change its mode. In Automatic Lock Mode you can sneak to avoid being pulled into the tube.[1][3]
- Fish and villagers can travel through the tubes too. Just turn on Automatic Lock Mode and watch them go.[1]
Once your first line works
The Hypertube Accelerator Block increases the speed of entities travelling the tube, and right clicking it switches it to Brake mode. Its recipe is the mod's own.[3][4]

The Hypertube Splitter links up to three tubes, so you can branch a line. While travelling you pick the path with your movement keys, and a wrench cycles the Splitter modes. The pack changed this recipe.[3][4]

For automation, the Redstone Detector Tube Attachment lets a Redstone signal change the Accelerator or Entrance mode. The Tube Scanner Attachment detects entities travelling the tube, and the pack changed its sequenced assembly recipe. You can place attachments on accelerators, on any side at the same time.[3][4]

How does Create: Hypertubes work?
5 parts
Same as in the All the Mods 10 8.1 guide
Create: Hypertubes is a Create addon inspired by Satisfactory's hypertubes. You build tube networks that move players and other entities around quickly. The mod is still in active development, so features can change and bugs are expected.[1]
Building a tube line
Connecting tubes is simple. Right click a placed Hypertube Block while holding another tube, then place the second one and the connection exists. You can also connect tubes that are already placed. A wrench changes the tube's segment count, and the mod's project page says you can also use it to customize how tubes connect.[1][5][6]
The pack changes the recipe for the Hypertube Block, so don't rely on the mod's default. This is the in-pack version:[6]

Entrances
An Hypertube Entrance Block connects you to the network. To get in, it has to be powered with at least 16 RPM, and the faster it spins, the faster you travel. A cogwheel driving the entrance is all it takes to get a network running.[1][5][6]
Right click the entrance with a wrench to change its mode. In Automatic Lock Mode you get pulled into the tube automatically, and you can sneak to avoid that. The project page also says that mode is what lets fish and villagers travel the tubes.[1][5]

Both the entrance and the accelerator use the Hypertube Funnel as an ingredient. The pack changes the funnel recipe too.[6]

Splitters
The Hypertube Splitter links up to three tubes and branches a line into multiple paths. While traveling, you pick which way to go with your movement keys. Right click the splitter with a wrench to cycle its modes.[5]
- Continue mode: travelers always keep going through the side tubes.[5]
- Center mode: travelers are always routed through the front tube.[5]
- A Redstone Detector Attachment can toggle between these two forced modes.[5]
The pack changes the Splitter recipe, and it is a mechanical crafting recipe:[6]

Attachments and automation
Attachments are how you automate a network. You can place them in accelerators, on any side and several at once.[1][5]
- Tube Scanner Attachment: detects entities traveling the tube. The mod's description gives 8 power for babies and 15 for adults.[5][6]
- Redstone Detector Tube Attachment: lets a redstone signal change the mode of an accelerator or entrance. On a splitter it toggles between the two forced modes.[5][6]
Crafting Shaped
Recipe id: create_hypertube:redstone_detector_tube_attachment
The Tube Scanner is made by sequenced assembly, and the pack changes that recipe. Its process uses the Unfinished Tube Scanner item.[6]

Unverified The sources don't say how much stress the entrance or accelerators use, what the exact travel speeds are, or whether tubes can carry items or fluids. The pack also has no config files for this mod, so none of that is confirmed here.
How do you progress through Create: Hypertubes?
2 parts
Same as in the All the Mods 10 4.5 guide
This one's refreshingly simple. In this pack, Create: Hypertubes has two crafting recipes, one for the Hypertube Block and one for the Hypertube Entrance Block. Both are regular shaped crafting recipes, so you can make them at a normal crafting table.[7]
Hypertube Block
Heads up: the pack changed the recipe for the Hypertube Block, so if you've crafted it in another pack, don't go by memory. Check the in-pack recipe below. It uses item tags, so any item that matches a tag will work.[7]

Changed by the pack
Hypertube Entrance Block
The Hypertube Entrance Block uses the mod's own recipe, unchanged by the pack. It needs a few parts from Create, so get some basic Create crafting going before you make one.[7]

Unverified The available sources don't define any tier system, upgrade path or quest line for this mod in the pack. They only cover the two crafting recipes above, so any further progression steps are unconfirmed.
How does Create: Hypertubes work with other mods?
3 parts
Create: Hypertubes is an addon for Create, and that is where every connection in this pack comes from. The recipes below are the ones that mix Hypertubes items with Create items.[1][4]
Even in play it leans on Create: to get a network running, you power a Hypertube Entrance Block with a Cogwheel.[1][4]
Entrance and accelerator
The entrance block and the accelerator block are both crafted with Create parts alongside the Hypertube Funnel. These are the mod's own recipes, and the sources don't show the pack changing them.[4]

Splitter
The pack changed the Hypertube Splitter recipe. It is a Create mechanical crafting recipe that uses a Transmitter and brass plates, so you need to be well into Create's brass tier before you can split a tube.[4]

What changed in Create: Hypertubes between versions?
4 parts
All the Mons 1.3.0 ships Create: Hypertubes 0.6.0, the newest release covered here. The mod has been in the pack since All the Mons 0.3.0-beta or earlier. Here is what changed in each release, newest first, so you know where each feature came from.[2]
0.6.0 (the version in your pack)
This release is backward-compatible, but collision will not be added to tubes that were already placed.[8]
- Tube segments now have collisions.[8]
- New Tube Escape mechanic: hold the Sneak key while traveling through a tube to escape from soft locks.[8]
- New camera transition when entering and exiting tubes, and much smoother camera movement.[8]
- A Ponder scene for the Hypertube Splitter, and you can view the Splitter path while wearing Goggles.[8]
- You can now place tubes continuously, and angle detection when placing tubes is improved.[8]
- Lights now illuminate only the adjacent tube segment instead of the entire connected tube.[8]
0.5.0-ALPHA
This was the Splitter and Junction update, released as an alpha test version to gather feedback, not as a final release. It introduced branching tube networks with multiple possible paths.[9]
- Junctions can redirect travelers through different routes, either by redstone or manually with WASD.[9]
- You can view the selected path with Goggles and change the Junction mode with a Wrench.[9]
- Hypertube Accelerators now play a higher-pitched sound when something passes through.[9]
- Client-side movement synchronization improved, visual jitter during travel was reduced, and desync between client and server was fixed.[9]
- Some crafting recipes were reworked to feel more immersive. The changelog does not say which ones.[9]
0.4.0 and 0.4.0-SABLE-COMPAT
Version 0.4.0 added Ponder for all Hypertube items and blocks. Travel and placement became block-relative, so WorldEdit works properly, though rotating with WorldEdit is still a bit messy. It also fixed visual glitches with long-distance tube connections.[10]
A separate build tagged 0.4.0-SABLE-COMPAT fixed compatibility with Sable.[11]
0.3.0
This was the start of the automation era for Hypertubes. You can fully customize which entities may travel through the tube, via config or datapack. It also added new Tube Attachments: the Tube Scanner Attachment, which emits a redstone signal when any entity passes through, and the Redstone Detector Attachment, which changes the tube state when powered.[12]
