Mystical Agriculture Tiered Crystals adds 5 new crystals to Mystical Agriculture, instead of just two. In this pack's version they are:[1]
- Inferium Infusion Crystal[2]
- Prudentium Infusion Crystal[2]
- Tertium Infusion Crystal[2]
- Imperium Infusion Crystal[2]
- Supremium Infusion Crystal[2]
The recipes are nested, so you can't jump to a higher crystal without crafting the previous tier first. The Master Infusion Crystal also requires a Supremium Infusion Crystal.[1]
The mod has config options to set the durability of each crystal and to change whether the crystals have durability at all. This pack includes version 1.6.0 of the mod.[1][3]
Where it sits in the quest book
The crystals don't get a chapter of their own. Their quests live in the Mystical Agriculture chapter, in the Resource Generation group.[2]
Each crystal quest unlocks right after the essence quest of the same tier, so they follow the essence progression:[2]
- The Inferium Infusion Crystal quest asks you to obtain Inferium Infusion Crystal and comes after the Inferium Essence quest.[2]

How do you get started with Mystical Agriculture Tiered Crystals?

This mod gives Mystical Agriculture five crafting crystals instead of two: Inferium, Prudentium, Tertium, Imperium and Supremium. The recipes are nested, so you can't jump to a higher crystal without crafting the one before it. That sets your order: work up the tiers one at a time.[1][4]
The pack's quest book follows the same ladder. In the "Mystical Agriculture" chapter (group "Resource Generation") you start at "Welcome to Mystical Agriculture" quest. "Inferium Essence" quest comes right after it and asks for Inferium Essence, the ingredient the first crystal recipe uses. Most of the rest of the chapter unlocks from that quest.[1][2][5]
Step 1: Inferium
After the Inferium Essence quest, the book offers a quest in "Mystical Agriculture", a quest in "Mystical Agriculture" and a quest in "Mystical Agriculture". Make the Inferium Infusion Crystal first, because every other crystal builds on it.[1][2][5]

What comes next
The chapter also has a a quest in "Mystical Agriculture" quest. The mod's description says that crystal requires a Supremium Infusion Crystal whether or not Mystical Agradditions is installed, and that with Mystical Agradditions its recipe uses Insanium instead of Supremium. The in-pack Master crystal recipe isn't in the material I have, so check it in the quest book. Tier 6 starts with "Insanium Essence" quest, which unlocks after Supremium Essence.[1][2]
If you want the altar side of the chapter, look at "Tinkering Table" quest, which asks for the Tinkering Table and an unattuned augment, and "The Infusion Altar" quest, which asks for the Infusion Altar and Infusion Pedestals. Some quests in this chapter aren't covered here, so check the quest book for their details.[2]
How does Mystical Agriculture Tiered Crystals work?

This mod adds five crafting crystals to Mystical Agriculture, and that is all the sources describe. There is no machine, multiblock, power or fluid system to learn here, so the one mechanic that matters is the crafting chain.[1]
The crystal chain
On 1.16 and newer, the five crystals are Inferium, Prudentium, Tertium, Imperium and Supremium. The recipes are nested, so you can't jump to a higher crystal without crafting the previous tier first.[1]
In this pack, the order is Inferium Infusion Crystal, then Prudentium Infusion Crystal, then Tertium Infusion Crystal, then Imperium Infusion Crystal, and finally Supremium Infusion Crystal. Each of the five recipes is a shaped crafting recipe.[1][5]

This mod adds one infusion crystal for each of the first five essence tiers. You find the matching quests in the pack's "Mystical Agriculture" quest chapter, which sits in the "Resource Generation" group.[2][5]
The tier ladder
The quest book labels its essence quests by tier and chains them in order: Inferium Essence, then Prudentium Essence, Tertium Essence, Imperium Essence, Supremium Essence and finally Insanium Essence. Each essence quest follows the one before it, and the seed quests for that tier come after it.[2]
Two further paths branch off the top. The Essence of Haven quest is labelled Creative and follows Insanium Essence. The Awakened path starts from Supremium Essence, runs through The Awakening and Cognizant Dust, and ends at the quest labelled Awakened Supremium Essence.[2]
Infusion crystals
The crystals are Inferium Infusion Crystal, Prudentium Infusion Crystal, Tertium Infusion Crystal, Imperium Infusion Crystal and Supremium Infusion Crystal. The quest book gives each crystal its own quest, placed right after the essence quest for the same tier. All five are shaped crafting recipes, so you make them in a normal crafting grid. The config side of this mod is small. In this pack the file you can actually see is the client config, config/matc-client.toml, and it only controls what crystal tooltips show.[6]
Tooltip options

Both options are switched on, so your crystals show the full tooltip information. If you find the tooltips too busy, these are the two keys to turn off.[6]
