What is Chisel Reborn?

Chisel Reborn adds lots of blocks that are variations of vanilla blocks, which makes it a decoration and building mod. This pack ships version 1.4.1, and it has been included since FTB Skies 2: Aero 1.0.3 or earlier.[1][2]
Where it sits in the quest book
Chisel Reborn doesn't get a chapter of its own. You'll meet it in the "Create" chapter, which is in the "Tech Mods" group and is chapter 22 of 31 in the book. That chapter has 100 quests in total.[3]
The quest that uses it is a quest in "Create". It comes after the Mechanical Crafter quest, and one of the items it asks you to bring is Factory Block - Ice Ice Ice.[3]
That quest is about building the FTB Constructor, a multiblock that is mainly used to replace Create's Mechanical Crafters. The Chisel block is just one of the many blocks from different mods that you need for the structure, alongside the hatches it lists.[3]

Where it sits in the Create chapter
a quest in "Create" comes right after "Mechanical Crafter" quest. To reach that point you follow this line of quests: "Welcome to Create!" quest, then "Early-game Rotational Force" quest, then "Andesite Casing" quest, then "Plates" quest, then "The Brass Age" quest, and then the Mechanical Crafter.[3]
What the quest asks for
This is not a quest about Chisel itself. It is a multiblock build for the FTB Constructor (FTB Constructor). The quest text says the Constructor is mainly used to replace Create's Mechanical Crafters, and that it can also be used for Reaction Chamber crafts. Along with the Constructor, the quest asks for a mix of blocks from several mods, and the Factory Block - Ice Ice Ice from Chisel is one of them. The other items it asks for are Pressure Chamber Glass, Improved Machine Core, Quantum Crafting Unit, Ender Flux Crystal, Dynamic Tank, Mechanical Mixer, Basin, Depot, Deployer and Laser.[3]
