What is Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter?
1 part
Same as in the All the Mods 10 4.10 guide
Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter adds a wireless transmitter with infinite range across all dimensions. If you've ever been annoyed by range limits or by being in a different dimension from your base, this block is meant to remove that problem.[1]
It also comes in color variants, like every other block in Refined Storage. That makes it a good fit if you like keeping your setup tidy and color-coded.[1]
In this pack
The pack includes version 1.21.1-0.1.5 of the mod, built for NeoForge. It has been in the pack since version 2.44 or earlier, so it's a long-standing part of the mod list.[2]
Unverified The sources I have don't show any quests that involve this mod, and they don't place it on the ATM Star path. I also couldn't confirm the in-pack recipe, so check the recipe viewer in-game before planning around it. This site does hold All the Mods 11's own recipes, read from the pack itself: look the item up in the item browser.
How do you get started with Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter?
3 parts
Good news: there's really only one item to think about here. The Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter provides wireless network access for items like the Wireless Grid, and it has infinite range and is cross-dimensional. That means distance and dimension are not something you need to plan around.[1][3]
Craft the transmitter
This is the one thing you need to make first. The recipe below is the exact one used in this pack.[4]
Crafting Shaped
| Wireless Transmitter | Nether Star | Wireless Transmitter |
| Nether Star | Elytra | Nether Star |
| Wireless Transmitter | Nether Star | Wireless Transmitter |
Recipe id: interdimensionalwirelesstransmitter:interdimensional_wireless_transmitter
The base transmitter, crafted as a shaped recipe in this pack.
Pick a color (optional)
The transmitter has color variants like every other block in Refined Storage, for example Red Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter and Blue Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter. In this pack, each color has its own recoloring recipe that uses the Refined Storage recoloring recipe type.[1][4]
Recoloring (refinedstorage)
Recipe id: interdimensionalwirelesstransmitter:coloring/red_interdimensional_wireless_transmitter
One of the recoloring recipes. Every color has its own.
Power use
The mod has a configuration section for the transmitter with an energy usage option.[3]
How does Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter work?
4 parts
The Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter is a single block with one job: it gives your network wireless access with infinite range, and that works across dimensions.[1][3]
What it does
The in-game help text says it provides wireless network access for items like the Wireless Grid. It has infinite range and is cross-dimensional, so the usual distance limit does not apply.[3]
The mod's advancement describes the same thing: transmitting a network signal cross-dimensionally with infinite range.[3]
Crafting
This is the pack's crafting recipe for the base transmitter. It is a shaped crafting recipe that comes from the mod itself.[4]
Crafting Shaped
| Wireless Transmitter | Nether Star | Wireless Transmitter |
| Nether Star | Elytra | Nether Star |
| Wireless Transmitter | Nether Star | Wireless Transmitter |
Recipe id: interdimensionalwirelesstransmitter:interdimensional_wireless_transmitter
The base transmitter is a shaped crafting recipe added by the mod.
Color variants
Like the other blocks in Refined Storage, the transmitter has color variants. For example, there is a Red Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter and a Blue Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter. You change colors through Refined Storage's recoloring recipe type, which has its own recipe for each color.[1][4]
Recoloring (refinedstorage)
Recipe id: interdimensionalwirelesstransmitter:coloring/red_interdimensional_wireless_transmitter
Recoloring example: the red variant uses a Refined Storage recoloring recipe.
Power use
The mod has an energy usage option for the transmitter, described only as the energy usage of the Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter.[3]
Unverified The default energy usage value, and whether this pack changes it, is set in the mod's config and the sources here do not show it.
How do you progress through Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter?
2 parts
There isn't a tier ladder for this mod in the pack. You get one base item, the Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter, and its progression is just crafting it once and then optionally recoloring it.[4]
Crafting the base transmitter
The base transmitter has a single shaped crafting recipe. The recipe dump doesn't list its ingredients, so check the recipe below for the exact in-pack layout.[4]
Crafting Shaped
| Wireless Transmitter | Nether Star | Wireless Transmitter |
| Nether Star | Elytra | Nether Star |
| Wireless Transmitter | Nether Star | Wireless Transmitter |
Recipe id: interdimensionalwirelesstransmitter:interdimensional_wireless_transmitter
Color variants
Every other version of the transmitter is a color variant, made with a Refined Storage recoloring recipe rather than a new crafting path. The dump shows recoloring recipes for these colors:[4]
- Dark and neutral shades: black, brown, gray, light gray and white, for example Black Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter and Light Gray Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter.[4]
- Cool colors: blue, cyan, green, lime and purple, for example Cyan Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter and Lime Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter.[4]
- Warm colors: magenta, orange, pink, red and yellow, for example Orange Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter and Magenta Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter.[4]
- Light blue: its recoloring recipe outputs the plain Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter, so there is no separate light blue item id in the dump.[4]
The dump lists no item inputs for any of these recoloring recipes, so it doesn't show which dye each one uses. Recoloring is a cosmetic change in this data. Nothing in the sources gives the colors different stats or abilities.[4]
Unverified No quests in this pack involve this mod, and it isn't on the ATM Star quest path, so there is no quest-guided progression to follow. The sources also don't show what the transmitter does in this pack, how it links to other devices, or whether the colors affect that, so check in-game before relying on any of it.
What changed in Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter between versions?
1 part
There isn't much history to cover for this mod. All the Mods 11 0.8.0-beta ships Interdimensional Wireless Transmitter 26.1.2-1.0.1, and it has been in the pack since 0.5.0-beta or earlier.[5]
Mod changelog
- 26.1.2-1.0.1 (the version in this pack): implemented the Refined Storage recoloring fixes from that mod's 3.0.0 beta line.[6]
Unverified Pack changelog entries for this mod are not shown in the sources here, so whether any pack release changed its recipes or values is unverified.
