Simple Weather in All the Mods 10

Simple Weather is part of the pack's mod list. This pack ships version 1.0.13-hotfix of it, in the file simple_weather-1.0.13-hotfix.jar. It has been in the pack since version 2.25 or earlier, so it isn't a recent addition.^[1]
