What is Botany Pots - Mystical Agriculture Compat?
2 parts
Same as in the All the Mons 1.3.0 guide
Botany Pots - Mystical Agriculture Compat lets you grow Mystical Agriculture crops inside Botany Pots. According to the mod's description, all crops and soils from Mystical Agriculture and the Mystical Aggriditions addon should be supported. This pack ships version 21.1.12.[1][2]
How tiers work
Every Mystical Agriculture seed has a tier, and a seed only grows in a soil of the same tier or higher. A tier one seed like dirt can go in any mystical farmland. A tier two seed like amethyst needs a tier two soil such as prudentium farmland, or a higher one such as imperium farmland. A grown crop can give you essence, more seeds, and sometimes fertilized essence.[1]
- Soil speed: the mod describes inferium farmland as growing crops 15% faster, with 5% more for each tier, so tier 6 insanium is 40% faster. These soils also work for non-mystical crops that grow in dirt type blocks, like wheat and carrots.[1]
- Crop time: the mod describes tier 1 crops as taking one minute under normal circumstances, with 25% more time for each tier, so a tier 6 crop takes two minutes and fifteen seconds.[1]
What you can configure
The mod creates a config file in your config folder. It lets you change the base growth time for each tier, turn off the soil tier requirement, stop pots producing fertilized essence, and stop pots producing extra seeds. Things like individual crop drops, permitted soils and growth speed are handled by datapacks, not config files.[1]
How do you get started with Botany Pots - Mystical Agriculture Compat?
3 parts
This addon doesn't add its own items to craft. It makes the seeds and soils from Mystical Agriculture and the Mystical Aggriditions addon work inside Botany Pots, so your first steps are about picking the right soil for the seed you want to grow.[1]
The order to do things in
- Pick a seed and check its tier. Every Mystical Agriculture seed has one, and it decides which soil you need.[1]
- Start with tier one seeds, like dirt seeds. They can be planted in any mystical farmland, so inferium farmland is the easy starting soil.[1]
- Match the soil to the seed before you move up. A tier two seed like amethyst needs a tier two soil like prudentium farmland, or a higher one like imperium farmland.[1]
- Harvest the grown crop. You can get essence, more seeds, and sometimes fertilized essence.[1]
Why the soil tier matters
Higher tier soils also grow crops faster. Inferium farmland grows crops 15% faster, and the bonus goes up by 5% for each tier. At tier 6, Insanium grows crops 40% faster. These soils aren't limited to mystical crops, so they also speed up other dirt-type crops like wheat and carrots.[1]
Crops get slower as the tier goes up. A tier 1 crop takes one minute to grow under normal circumstances, and each tier adds 25%, so a tier 6 crop takes two minutes and fifteen seconds. Plan your setup around that.[1]
Config options worth knowing
The mod lets you change the base growth time per tier, turn off the soil tier requirement so mystical crops grow on dirt-like soil, and stop pots from producing fertilized essence or extra seed items. Per-crop details like permitted soils and drops are handled by datapacks instead of config files.[1]
Unverified I couldn't confirm whether this pack changes any of these config values from the mod's defaults, so the numbers above are the mod's own. No in-pack recipes or quests for this mod were found either, so there are no recipe steps to show here.
How does Botany Pots - Mystical Agriculture Compat work?
4 parts
This addon connects Botany Pots with Mystical Agriculture, so you can grow Mystical Agriculture crops in a botany pot. It supports every crop and soil from the base Mystical Agriculture mod, plus the content from the Mystical Aggriditions addon. The pack has no config files, guidebook or in-game descriptions for this addon, so everything below comes from the mod's project page and describes the mod itself.[1]
Soil tiers decide what you can plant
Every Mystical Agriculture seed has a tier. To plant a seed in a botany pot, the soil has to match or exceed that tier. A tier one seed, such as dirt seeds, can go in any mystical farmland. A tier two seed, such as amethyst, needs a tier two soil like prudentium farmland, or a higher one like imperium farmland.[1]
When the crop is fully grown, you can harvest essence and more seeds from it. Sometimes you also get fertilized essence.[1]
Growth speed and growth time
The mystical soils also speed up growth. Inferium farmland grows crops 15% faster, and each tier above it adds another 5%. At tier 6, Insanium farmland grows crops 40% faster. These soils aren't limited to mystical crops, so they also speed up other crops that grow in dirt-type blocks, like wheat and carrots.[1]
Crops have their own growth time based on tier. A tier 1 crop takes one minute under normal circumstances, and each tier adds 25%. By tier 6, a crop takes two minutes and fifteen seconds. Put a high-tier crop on a high-tier soil to cut that wait down.[1]
What the mod lets you configure
According to the project page, the mod creates its own config files when it launches. You can change the base growth time for all crops of a given tier, for example moving tier two crops from 1:15 to 2:00. You can also turn off the soil tier requirement, which lets all mystical crops grow on dirt or any dirt-like soil. Two more options stop botany pots from producing fertilized essence or extra seed items.[1]
Unverified This pack ships no config files for the addon, so it's unconfirmed whether any of those options are changed here. Treat the tier timings and soil speed bonuses above as the mod's documented behavior, not as values confirmed for this pack.
Individual crops and custom content
Properties of individual crops, such as growth speed, permitted soils, drops and render options, are handled through the datapack system rather than config files. Crops from the Mystical Customization mod are not supported by default. The author added a small set of common or popular custom crops. If you make new custom crops, you have to add the matching botany pots files yourself.[1]

We can't match this mod to the pack's item list: it registers as botanypotsmystical, and the pack's recipe dump has nothing under that name. That means we found nothing, not that the mod adds nothing. Search the item browser
