What is BBL Routers?

BBL Routers is a fully wireless transportation mod for items, fluids and energy. Instead of running pipes or conduits across your base, you link inventories together and let the mod move things between them.[1]
The three pieces
- Importer: attaches to the inventory you want to insert into.[1]
- Exporter: connects to the inventory you want to extract from.[1]
- Router Connector: the tool that links Importers to Exporters.[1]
Both Exporters and Importers can be filtered for item stacks and for fluid stacks. Filters also support dragging from JEI, so you can set them without hunting through your inventory.[1]
The mod also lists support for Mekanism gases and Ars Source, plus other integrations it doesn't name. That makes it a handy way to link machines from different mods without building a separate transport setup for each one.[1]
Who it's for
If you want to move resources around your world without laying pipes, this mod is for you. It suits players who want to connect storage and machines wirelessly, with filters controlling what moves.[1]

Unverified The sources I have don't show where BBL Routers fits in this pack's progression, and they don't show any Star path or quest involvement for it. Treat it as an optional logistics tool you can pick up whenever it suits your base.
How do you get started with BBL Routers?

BBL Routers moves items, fluids and energy wirelessly between inventories. To get a first link running you need an Exporter, an Importer and a Connector. Upgrades come after that.[1]
Every recipe for this mod was changed by the pack, so follow the recipe blocks below and not what you remember from the mod's defaults.[3]
Make the Exporter first
Start with the Exporter. It connects to the inventory you want to take things out of, so it is the source end of every setup.[1]

Add upgrades for what you want to move
The upgrades come in tiers I to IV. Item, Fluid, RF and Chemical upgrades each allow extraction of that resource from the Exporter, and the Speed upgrade sets how many ticks pass between the Exporter's operations. Pick the line that matches what you are moving.[3][4]
If you are moving items, Item Upgrade I is the lowest tier of the item line and the easiest place to start.[3][4]

Filters and compatibility
Exporters and Importers can be filtered for item stacks and fluid stacks, and filters support dragging from JEI. The mod also has support for Mekanism gases and Ars Source, and the Chemical upgrades allow extraction of chemicals from the Exporter.[1][4]
Unverified No quests in this pack involve the mod and no in-jar guidebook was found for it, so the sources here do not show the exact steps for linking a Connector to an Exporter and Importer, or the per-operation amounts of each upgrade tier.

Exporter upgrades
What an Exporter can extract, and how fast, is controlled by upgrades. Every upgrade type comes in four tiers, I to IV.[3][4]
- Item upgrades (Item Upgrade I up to Item Upgrade IV) allow the Exporter to extract items. The tooltip gives the number of items per operation.[3][4]
- Fluid upgrades (Fluid Upgrade I up to Fluid Upgrade IV) allow the Exporter to extract fluids. The tooltip gives the amount in mB per operation.[3][4]
- Chemical upgrades (Chemical Upgrade I up to Chemical Upgrade IV) allow the Exporter to extract chemicals. The tooltip gives the amount in mB per operation.[3][4]
- RF upgrades (RF Upgrade I up to RF Upgrade IV) allow the Exporter to extract RF. The tooltip gives the amount of RF per operation.[3][4]
- Speed upgrades (Speed Upgrade I up to Speed Upgrade IV) set how often the Exporter extracts. The tooltip gives the interval in ticks.[3][4]

How the upgrade tiers work
The upgrades come in Speed, Item, Fluid, Chemical and RF lines, and each line runs from tier I to tier IV. Every tier is its own crafted item with its own in-pack recipe, so you can work up through the tiers or aim straight for the one you need.[3]
