What is Dank Storage?
1 part
Same as in the Project Infinity 0.1 0.0.51.4-hotfix-2 guide
Dank Storage in this pack is version 16 (the dankstorage-forge-1.20.1-16.jar file). It has been in the pack since 0.0.45.4 or earlier. The sources I have list its tiered items, Dank 1 up to Dank 7, but they don't describe what the items do, so I won't guess. Check the quests and the items in game.[1][2]
Where it sits in the quest book
Dank Storage shares the "Sophisticated and Dank" chapter with Sophisticated Backpacks and Sophisticated Storage items. It is chapter 17 of 44 in the book, in the "Storage and Power" group, and it has 104 quests.[2]
The chapter starts with an untitled checkmark quest, and several lines branch off it. The Dank line is one of them. It begins with a quest in "Other Storage Systems", which comes straight after that opening quest, alongside the backpack, barrel and upgrade base quests.[2]
After that it is a simple chain, each quest unlocking the next:[2]
- a quest in "Other Storage Systems" asks for Dank 1.[2]
- a quest in "Other Storage Systems" follows it and asks for Dank 2.[2]
- a quest in "Other Storage Systems" asks for Dank 3.[2]
- a quest in "Other Storage Systems" asks for Dank 4.[2]
- a quest in "Other Storage Systems" asks for Dank 5.[2]
- a quest in "Other Storage Systems" asks for Dank 6.[2]
- a quest in "Other Storage Systems" asks for Dank 7.[2]
In the quests I can see, nothing comes after the Dank 7 quest. The other lines in this chapter are Sophisticated Backpacks and Sophisticated Storage upgrade quests, which hang off their own upgrade base quests rather than the Dank chain. 10 of the chapter's 104 quests aren't covered here, so read the quest book itself for their text.[2]
