You can craft an ATM Star Block, and a shapeless recipe turns that block back into an ATM Star.[2]

ATM Star Shard and Patrick Star come from Productive Bees centrifuge recipes instead. The starry honeycomb recipe gives an ATM Star Shard together with a Nether Star Shard, and the Patrick honeycomb recipe gives a Patrick Star together with wax.[2]

Productive Bees centrifuge outputs
Productive Bees centrifuge recipes also give you AllTheTweaks items. One produces Patrick Star along with Wax. Another produces ATM Star Shard along with a Nether Star Shard from Mystical Agriculture Additions.[3]

Centrifuge drops from Productive Bees
Some items come out of Productive Bees centrifuge recipes instead of a crafting grid. The Patrick honeycomb recipe gives you Patrick Star along with Wax. The starry honeycomb recipe gives you ATM Star Shard along with Nether Star Shard.[2]
