What is Wireless Chargers?
3 parts
Wireless Chargers does exactly what the name says: it adds chargers that fill up the energy in nearby items and blocks without any cables or hand-feeding. There are two kinds, one for players and one for blocks. Each comes in a Basic and an Advanced tier. You can also toggle a highlight on a charger to see its effective area.[1]
The four chargers
- Basic Wireless Player Charger: charges players' items in a 9x9x9 area, at 50 FE/t per player.[1]
- Advanced Wireless Player Charger: charges players' items in a 13x13x13 area, at 200 FE/t per player.[1]
- Basic Wireless Block Charger: charges blocks in a 5x5x5 area, at 50 FE/t per block.[1]
- Advanced Wireless Block Charger: charges blocks in a 7x7x7 area, at 200 FE/t per block.[1]
Who it's for
If you're tired of swapping powered tools and gear into a charging slot, a player charger in your base keeps your items topped up while you stand nearby. The block chargers are for machines in range. The Advanced tier gives you a bigger area and four times the charge rate per player or block (200 FE/t instead of 50 FE/t).[1]
Keep in mind that the rate is per player or per block. The more targets in range, the more energy the charger needs to supply.[1]
In this pack
This pack ships Wireless Chargers 1.0.9+a for NeoForge on Minecraft 1.21. It has been in the pack since version 0.32 or earlier.[2]
The areas and charge rates above come from the mod's project page. The sources I have don't show the pack changing any of them.[1][2]
Unverified The crafting recipes for the chargers, any pack-specific config values, and where they fit in progression are not confirmed in the sources. No quests in this pack involve the mod, and it is not on the ATM Star path.
How do you get started with Wireless Chargers?
4 parts
Same as in the All the Mods 10 8.1 guide
Wireless Chargers does one thing: it charges things without cables. Some chargers fill the items of players nearby, and others charge nearby blocks. Each kind has a basic and an advanced tier, so the order to make them in is simple.[1]
Step 1: Pick your basic charger
Start with a basic charger. Which one depends on what you want to power. The Basic Wireless Player Charger charges the items of players in range, so it suits your gear. The Basic Wireless Block Charger charges blocks nearby, so you can skip running cables to them.[1][3][4]

Charges nearby blocks, such as your machines.
Several of the ingredients in these recipes are common tags rather than single items, so the pack accepts any matching item for those slots.[3]
What the basic chargers give you
- Basic player charger: charges players' items in a 9x9x9 area at 50 FE/t per player.[1]
- Basic block charger: charges blocks in a 5x5x5 area at 50 FE/t per block.[1]
The tooltip on each charger shows its area, its charging rate and how much energy it currently has stored. You can also toggle a highlight on a charger to see its effective area in the world.[1][4]
Step 2: Upgrade to the advanced tier
Once the basic chargers are working, upgrade them. Each advanced recipe is built around its basic counterpart, so craft the basic charger first and keep it for the upgrade.[3]

Upgrade of the basic block charger. Crafting it earns the No More Cables advancement.
- Advanced Wireless Player Charger: charges players' items in a 13x13x13 area at 200 FE/t per player.[1][3]
- Advanced Wireless Block Charger: charges blocks in a 7x7x7 area at 200 FE/t per block.[1][3]
The advanced tier covers a bigger area and charges faster than the basic one. If you have machines spread around a room, or you want your gear topped up as you move around your base, it's worth the upgrade.[1]
Advancements to chase
The mod has its own advancements: crafting any wireless charger, crafting an advanced wireless player charger, and crafting an advanced wireless block charger.[4]
How does Wireless Chargers work?
4 parts
Wireless Chargers is all about energy. You place a charger, give it energy, and it pushes that energy out to whatever is inside its area. The sources describe no multiblocks, fluids or item handling for this mod. There are block chargers and player chargers, each in a Basic and an Advanced tier.[1]
Block chargers vs. player chargers
The Basic Wireless Block Charger and Advanced Wireless Block Charger charge nearby blocks. The Basic Wireless Player Charger and Advanced Wireless Player Charger charge players' items inside their area.[1][4]
A charger's tooltip shows the size of its area, its charging rate and an energy readout in the form stored / capacity. Block chargers show their rate "per block" and player chargers show it "per player".[4]
You can also toggle a highlight that shows a charger's effective area, which is handy for checking what it actually covers.[1]
Area, rate and storage in this pack
Every charger has an internal energy capacity, a range and a transfer rate. The pack's config file sets all of them to the same values as the mod's defaults, so what you see below is what you get. Rates are in FE per tick, and 20 ticks make one second.[1][5]
- Basic Wireless Player Charger: stores 25,000 energy, covers a 9x9x9 area (range 4) and charges at 50 per tick per player.[1][5]
- Advanced Wireless Player Charger: stores 100,000 energy, covers a 13x13x13 area (range 6) and charges at 200 per tick per player.[1][5]
- Basic Wireless Block Charger: stores 25,000 energy, covers a 5x5x5 area (range 2) and charges at 50 per tick per block.[1][5]
- Advanced Wireless Block Charger: stores 100,000 energy, covers a 7x7x7 area (range 3) and charges at 200 per tick per block.[1][5]
The range is measured outward from the charger. A range of 1 means a 3x3x3 area, and the pack's ranges give the area sizes listed above. Block chargers accept a range from 1 to 5, and player chargers from 1 to 10.[1][5]
Config options
Each charger has three options: capacity, range and transfer rate. Capacity accepts values from 1,000 to 10,000,000, and the transfer rate accepts values from 10 to 10,000 per tick. The block charger options are [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Basic Wireless Block Charger.basicBlockChargerCapacity]], [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Basic Wireless Block Charger.basicBlockChargerRange]] and [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Basic Wireless Block Charger.basicBlockChargerTransferRate]] for the Basic tier, and [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Advanced Wireless Block Charger.advancedBlockChargerCapacity]], [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Advanced Wireless Block Charger.advancedBlockChargerRange]] and [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Advanced Wireless Block Charger.advancedBlockChargerTransferRate]] for the Advanced tier.[5]
The player chargers work the same way: [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Basic Wireless Player Charger.basicPlayerChargerCapacity]], [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Basic Wireless Player Charger.basicPlayerChargerRange]] and [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Basic Wireless Player Charger.basicPlayerChargerTransferRate]] for Basic, and [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Advanced Wireless Player Charger.advancedPlayerChargerCapacity]], [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Advanced Wireless Player Charger.advancedPlayerChargerRange]] and [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Advanced Wireless Player Charger.advancedPlayerChargerTransferRate]] for Advanced.[5]
Crafting and upgrading
Every charger uses a shaped crafting recipe in this pack, and each Advanced charger takes its Basic counterpart as an ingredient, so craft the Basic one first. Here are the recipes as the pack has them:[6]

Unverified The sources don't say how energy gets into a charger (which sides accept it, or whether there is an input limit), or which inventory slots on a player are charged. Check in-game before building a setup that relies on either.
How do you progress through Wireless Chargers?
2 parts
Same as in the All the Mods 10 8.1 guide

Which Wireless Chargers config options matter?
3 parts
Good news: Wireless Chargers keeps its config simple. Every option lives in config/wirelesschargers-common.toml, and in this pack each one is set to the mod default, as the comments in the file confirm. The pack changed nothing here, so you get the stock Wireless Chargers behavior.[5]
Block chargers
- Basic Wireless Block Charger: capacity [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Basic Wireless Block Charger.basicBlockChargerCapacity]] is 25,000, range [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Basic Wireless Block Charger.basicBlockChargerRange]] is 2, and transfer rate [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Basic Wireless Block Charger.basicBlockChargerTransferRate]] is 50.[5]
- Advanced Wireless Block Charger: capacity [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Advanced Wireless Block Charger.advancedBlockChargerCapacity]] is 100,000, range [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Advanced Wireless Block Charger.advancedBlockChargerRange]] is 3, and transfer rate [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Advanced Wireless Block Charger.advancedBlockChargerTransferRate]] is 200.[5]
Player chargers
- Basic Wireless Player Charger: capacity [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Basic Wireless Player Charger.basicPlayerChargerCapacity]] is 25,000, range [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Basic Wireless Player Charger.basicPlayerChargerRange]] is 4, and transfer rate [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Basic Wireless Player Charger.basicPlayerChargerTransferRate]] is 50.[5]
- Advanced Wireless Player Charger: capacity [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Advanced Wireless Player Charger.advancedPlayerChargerCapacity]] is 100,000, range [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Advanced Wireless Player Charger.advancedPlayerChargerRange]] is 6, and transfer rate [[config:config/wirelesschargers-common.toml#General.Advanced Wireless Player Charger.advancedPlayerChargerTransferRate]] is 200.[5]
How to read the numbers
Range is measured outward from the charger, so a range of 1 would be a 3x3x3 area. That is why a range of 2 gives the 5x5x5 area listed for the Basic Block Charger, and a range of 3 gives the 7x7x7 area of the Advanced Block Charger. The player chargers work the same way: 4 covers 9x9x9 and 6 covers 13x13x13.[1][5]
The transfer rate is energy per tick per block, and 1 second is 20 ticks. The project page lists these as 50 FE/t and 200 FE/t for the Basic and Advanced chargers respectively; for player chargers that is per player.[1][5]
If you ever edit the file yourself, the allowed limits are: capacity from 1,000 to 10,000,000, transfer rate from 10 to 10,000, block charger range from 1 to 5, and player charger range from 1 to 10.[5]
What changed in Wireless Chargers between versions?
All the Mods 10 0.51 ships Wireless Chargers version 1.0.9+a, and the pack has carried the mod since 0.32 or earlier. There are no pack changelog entries for this mod, so the history below comes only from the mod's own changelog.[2][7]
- 1.0.9: the initial release of Wireless Chargers for Minecraft 1.21.[7]
- 1.0.9a: fixed ring models not rendering correctly. This is the version in the pack now.[2][7]
That is the whole changelog, so there is nothing else to flag if you are updating from an earlier pack release.[7]
