What is Industrialization Overdrive?
Industrialization Overdrive is part of the pack's mod list in this version. The pack ships version 1.12.2+1.21.1 of the mod, and it has been in the pack since version 5.2 or earlier.[1]
Unverified I couldn't confirm what Industrialization Overdrive adds, who it suits best, or where it fits in the pack's progression. The sources I have don't include a guidebook, platform description, recipes, configs or quests for it. I also can't confirm whether it sits on the ATM Star path, so check in-game before planning a build around it.
How do you get started with Industrialization Overdrive?

This mod builds on Modern Industrialization, so the recipes below are made from Modern Industrialization parts. The order here is a suggested path based on how heavy each recipe looks, so start with the cheap helper and work up to the big machines.[2]
Start with the Multiblock Builder
Make the Multiblock Builder first. Point it at a Modern Industrialization multiblock and press the key combination shown in its tooltip, and it builds the multiblock for you. That saves effort on every big machine you make afterwards.[3]
It needs the parts to be in your inventory. If you have an ME system linked, it can use the parts from there instead.[3]

The Vajra is the big target. Its recipe combines several advanced Modern Industrialization parts, and the recipe dump lists only an assembler recipe for it, so you will need an assembler to make it.[2]

How does Industrialization Overdrive work?

The sources for this mod are thin, so this section only covers what they confirm. Industrialization Overdrive adds machines and a tool whose recipes are built from Modern Industrialization parts, and the clearest mechanic is how you build multiblocks with the Multiblock Builder.[2][3]
Building multiblocks automatically
The Multiblock Builder builds a Modern Industrialization multiblock for you. Its in-game help tells you to press a two-key combination while aiming at the multiblock. The lang file only shows placeholders for the two keys, so the tooltip in your game is where you will see them.[2][3]
The builder needs the multiblock's parts to be available. They must be in your inventory, or, according to a second help line, they can come from a linked ME system.[3]

The Multi Processing Array needs an Assembler as an ingredient, along with a Large Advanced Motor, a Processing Unit and Solid Titanium Machine Casing. You need all of those from Modern Industrialization before you can make it, by crafting table or by assembler.[2]

Vajra
The Vajra has an assembler recipe in the recipe dump. It combines several Modern Industrialization tools and upgrades (a Diesel Chainsaw, a Diesel Mining Drill, an Overdrive Module and a Turbo Upgrade) with an Advanced Motor, a Digital Circuit, a Sodium Battery and Cryofluid. That is the longest ingredient list of the items covered here.[2]

How does Industrialization Overdrive work with other mods?

In this pack, the recipe dump shows Industrialization Overdrive connecting to Modern Industrialization. Every in-pack recipe that mixes Industrialization Overdrive with another mod has Industrialization Overdrive as the output and Modern Industrialization parts as the inputs. So you build up your Modern Industrialization tech first, then use it to make the Overdrive machines and tools.[2]
What Modern Industrialization feeds into
- Multi Processing Array is built from Modern Industrialization machine and component items. It can be made in a crafting table or in the Assembler.[2]
