What is Industrialization Overdrive?
The pack includes Industrialization Overdrive in version 1.14.0+1.21.1. It has been in the pack since All the Mods 10 5.2 or earlier, so it isn't a recent addition.[1]
Unverified The sources for this page don't describe what Industrialization Overdrive adds or how its machines work, so this overview can't say more about its features yet.
How do you get started with Industrialization Overdrive?
4 parts
This pack's Industrialization Overdrive recipes are built from Modern Industrialization parts, and the Multiblock Builder works on Modern Industrialization multiblocks. So the best first step is the tool that saves you the most time.[2][3]
First, make the Multiblock Builder
Start with the Multiblock Builder. It is a shaped crafting recipe, so you don't need a machine for it.[2]

Once you have it, you press its key combination while pointing at a Modern Industrialization multiblock to build it automatically. The mod's own help text gives you these points to remember:[3]
- The parts must be in your inventory, or in a linked ME system if you have one.[3]
- There is a separate key to cycle modes. Look for the Industrialization Overdrive category in your controls.[3]
- The builder tells you when it is linked to an ME system.[3]
Next, make the Upgrade Stacker
Then comes the Upgrade Stacker. Its in-game description says it stores more upgrades of one type than normal, for batching machines. Like the builder, it is crafted in a crafting grid.[2][3]

Then, the bigger machines
The Pyrolyse Oven can be made either in a crafting grid or in an assembler, and both recipes are in the pack.[2]

The Multi Processing Array also has both a crafting grid recipe and an assembler recipe.[2]

Last, the Vajra
The Vajra has no crafting grid recipe in the pack. You can only make it in an assembler, so it comes after the items above.[2]

How does Industrialization Overdrive work?
5 parts
Industrialization Overdrive builds on top of Modern Industrialization. The sources for this pack only cover part of how it works, so this section sticks to what they confirm: how the Multiblock Builder builds multiblocks, what the Upgrade Stacker is for, and how the Pyrolyse Oven and Multi Processing Array are set up.[3][4][5]
Multiblock Builder
The Multiblock Builder builds a Modern Industrialization multiblock for you. Press the key combination shown in its help text while targeting the multiblock, and it builds automatically.[3]
It needs the parts to be in your inventory. If the builder is linked to an ME system, the parts can come from that system instead, and the builder displays which ME system it is linked to. It also has several modes, which you cycle with a dedicated key. That key is listed in the controls under the Industrialization Overdrive category as the Multiblock Builder mode switch.[3]

Upgrade Stacker
The Upgrade Stacker stores more upgrades of a single type than a machine normally holds, and its description says this is meant for batching machines.[3]

Pyrolyse Oven and coil tiers
The mod ships a data map for the Pyrolyse Oven that assigns a batch size and an EU cost multiplier to coil blocks. Cupronickel coils give a batch size of 8 at a multiplier of 1.0. Kanthal coils give a batch size of 32 at a multiplier of 0.75.[4]
In plain terms, the Kanthal coil is the better choice here: it has a bigger batch size and a lower EU cost multiplier than the Cupronickel coil.[4]

The same ingredients, made in a Modern Industrialization assembler.
Multi Processing Array
The Multi Processing Array comes with a blacklist item tag, and the only entry in it is the Modern Industrialization Fusion Reactor. That tells you the Fusion Reactor is excluded from the Multi Processing Array.[5]

Both the Pyrolyse Oven and the Multi Processing Array drop themselves when broken, subject to the usual explosion survival check.[6][7]

The Vajra is made in a Modern Industrialization assembler.[2]

How do you progress through Industrialization Overdrive?
4 parts
Industrialization Overdrive builds on top of Modern Industrialization, so every machine and tool here is made from Modern Industrialization parts. Here is how the pieces line up in this pack, going by their recipes.[2]
Early utility items
The Multiblock Builder (Multiblock Builder) and the Upgrade Stacker are both made in a normal crafting grid, so you don't need an assembler for either.[2]

Pyrolyse Oven and its coil tiers
The Pyrolyse Oven has both a crafting grid recipe and an assembler recipe in this pack. Both give the same machine.[2]
Crafting Shaped
Recipe id: industrialization_overdrive:machines/pyrolyse_oven/craft
Assembler (modern_industrialization)
Advanced Machine Hull
2× Bronze Plated Bricks
2× Coke Oven
2× Magnetic Cupronickel Wire
2× Electronic Circuit
Recipe id: industrialization_overdrive:machines/pyrolyse_oven/assembler
The oven's own tiers come from the coils you build it with. The mod's data map defines these:[4]
- Cupronickel coil: a batch size of 8 and an EU cost multiplier of 1.0.[4]
- Kanthal coil: a batch size of 32 and an EU cost multiplier of 0.75.[4]
So upgrading from cupronickel to kanthal coils gives the oven bigger batches and a lower EU cost multiplier.[4]
Multi Processing Array
The Multi Processing Array also has both a crafting grid recipe and an assembler recipe.[2]

Assembler (modern_industrialization)
Recipe id: industrialization_overdrive:machines/multi_processing_array/assembler
The mod ships an item tag called multi_processing_array_blacklist, and the only entry in it is the Modern Industrialization Fusion Reactor.[5]
Late game: the Vajra
The Vajra only has an assembler recipe in this pack's recipe dump, with no crafting grid version.[2]

How does Industrialization Overdrive work with other mods?
4 parts
Industrialization Overdrive ties into Modern Industrialization in this pack. The in-pack recipes that link it to other mods all use Modern Industrialization items, plus a few common tagged materials like glass panes and plates.[2]
Vajra
The Vajra is made in the Assembler, and its recipe is built entirely from Modern Industrialization parts.[2]
Assembler (modern_industrialization)
8× Advanced Motor
1000× Cryofluid
Diesel Chainsaw
Diesel Mining Drill
8× Digital Circuit
Overdrive Module
Sodium Battery
8× Turbo Upgrade

Multi Processing Array
The Multi Processing Array can be made either in the crafting table or in the Assembler. Both recipes use the same Modern Industrialization items.[2]
Crafting Shaped
Recipe id: industrialization_overdrive:machines/multi_processing_array/craft
Assembler (modern_industrialization)
Recipe id: industrialization_overdrive:machines/multi_processing_array/assembler
One limit to know about: the mod's Multi Processing Array blacklist tag lists the Modern Industrialization Fusion Reactor.[5]
Pyrolyse Oven
The Pyrolyse Oven also has a crafting table recipe and an Assembler recipe, and both are made from Modern Industrialization items.[2]
Crafting Shaped
Recipe id: industrialization_overdrive:machines/pyrolyse_oven/craft
Assembler (modern_industrialization)
Advanced Machine Hull
2× Bronze Plated Bricks
2× Coke Oven
2× Magnetic Cupronickel Wire
2× Electronic Circuit
Recipe id: industrialization_overdrive:machines/pyrolyse_oven/assembler
The oven also reads the coil tier from Modern Industrialization. The mod's data map gives the cupronickel coil a batch size of 8 and an EU cost multiplier of 1.0, and the kanthal coil a batch size of 32 and a multiplier of 0.75.[4]
Multiblock Builder and Upgrade Stacker
The Multiblock Builder (Multiblock Builder) and the Upgrade Stacker are both simple crafting table recipes that draw on Modern Industrialization items and common tagged materials.[2]
