What is Chisel?
Chisel is included in this pack at version 1.3.9-1.21.1, shipped as the file chisel_chipped_integration-v1.3.9-1.21.1.jar. That is the version you'll be playing with, so check any outside guides against it.[1]
Unverified The sources I have don't describe what Chisel adds, which blocks or items it provides, or how its crafting works in this pack. They also don't say where it fits in the pack's progression or whether it is on the ATM Star path. I'm leaving those details out rather than guessing, and this section will grow once they can be confirmed.
How do you get started with Chisel?
4 parts
This mod adds decorative blocks that you craft straight from the crafting grid. Every recipe for its items in this pack is a shaped crafting recipe, so you can start building with them early. Here is the order I'd go in.[2]
Step 1: Craft the style blocks
Start with the style blocks. Each one is a different look: Factory Block, Laboratory Block, Technical Block, Futura Block and Tyrian. Crafting one of each is the quickest way to see what the mod offers.[2][3]

Step 2: Make the Ender Offset Wand
Next, craft the Ender Offset Wand. Its in-game description says it shifts mural blocks around when you right-click the block face you want to shift.[2][3]

Step 3: Try the Unobtainable Block
Last, there is the Unobtainable Block, which also has a normal crafting recipe in this pack. The mod's names for this family include Repeating Command Block, Chain Command Block and several Structure Block styles.[2][3]

What other looks exist
The mod lists more looks than the blocks above. Factory includes Blue Framed Circuit, Gold Plated Circuit and Yellow-Black Caution Stripes. Technical includes Large Rusty Scaffold, Transparent Still Fan and Massive Hexagonal Plating. Futura includes Rainbowliciously Wavy and Purple ME Controller, and Tyrian includes Black Scaled Plates and Small Uneven Tiles.[3]
How does Chisel work?
2 parts
Good news first: in this pack the Chisel integration is a decorative add-on. The sources here show no machines, multiblocks, power, fluids or item automation for it. What they do show is a set of decorative block families, a handful of crafting recipes and one utility tool, so that is what this section covers.[2][3]
Block families
The mod's blocks are grouped into families by name prefix: factory, futura, laboratory, technical, tyrian, gem and unobtainable. Each family has its own visual variants. The factory family, for example, includes Dotted Rusty Plate, Slightly Rusty Plate and Yellow-Black Caution Stripes. The technical family includes Rusty Bolted Plates, Make-Shift Plating and Transparent Still Fan.[3]
The pack has shaped crafting recipes that each give you one block from a family. Here they are.[2]

How do you progress through Chisel?
2 parts
Chisel's content in this pack comes through its Chipped integration, and there is no long tech ladder to climb. Every item here has a plain shaped crafting recipe, so you don't need a machine to get any of it. That makes the set a flat list of options rather than a tiered progression.[2]
Several of the recipes accept any item from a shared material group instead of one fixed item, so you can use whatever you have on hand. Each recipe block below shows exactly what the pack uses.[2]
Decorative blocks
The themed building blocks each have their own recipe. They are the Factory Block, Futura Block, Laboratory Block, Technical Block and Tyrian.[2]

Which All the Mods 10: To the Sky quests use Chisel?
3 parts
In the sources here, the Chisel quest lives in the Building Tips chapter. It is one quest, and you reach it by following a short chain from the chapter's opening quest.[4]
The path to Chisel Reborn
- Start with "Building Tips!" quest, the opening quest of the chapter. It is a friendly intro that promises building tips.[4]
- Next comes "Tools!" quest, which follows the intro quest and asks you for a Stick to get you started on building tools.[4]
- After that is "Changing Blocks" quest, which follows the Tools quest. It is about changing the blocks you already have into ones with different shapes, designs, or even entirely new blocks.[4]
- Finally, "Chisel Reborn" quest unlocks after Changing Blocks and asks you to get the Chisel.[4]
What the Chisel Reborn quest tells you
The quest describes the Chisel as a tool for changing the designs of some blocks. Right click with it to open its GUI, put up to a stack of blocks into it, choose the design you want, and take the blocks out. You can also keep them in the Chisel.[4]
There is a faster way too: left click a block with the Chisel to change its design without opening the GUI. The quest also says this Chisel doesn't have durability, so you won't wear it out.[4]
Other quests after Changing Blocks
Chisel Reborn is not the only quest that unlocks after Changing Blocks. "Chipped" quest, "Rechiseled" quest, "Framed Blocks" quest and "Camol" quest all follow it as well.[4]
The Chipped quest explains that Chipped changes block designs through stations you go to, instead of a single tool. The Rechiseled quest asks for the Chisel, which also opens a GUI for choosing designs and also has no durability.[4]
