What is AEInfinityBooster?
2 parts
Same as in the All the Mods 10 0.64 guide
AEInfinityBooster is a small add-on for Applied Energistics 2 that adds two upgrade cards: the Infinite Range Card and the Dimension Card. If you have ever fought with wireless terminal range or tried to reach a base in another dimension, this is the mod that solves it.[1]
There is no machinery or new block chain here. The mod is just those two cards, so it slots straight into whatever AE2 setup you already have rather than asking you to build anything new alongside it.[1]
The two cards
- Infinity Range Booster is the infinite range card for AE2 wireless access.[1]
- Dimension Card is the dimension card, which extends AE2 wireless access across dimensions.[1]
This one is for players who have already committed to Applied Energistics 2 as their storage system and are starting to roam: mining trips, Nether and End builds, or satellite bases far from your main network. If you are still early on and standing next to your ME terminal most of the time, you can safely come back to it later.[1]
Where it sits in progression
In this pack the two cards are covered by a quest in "?" in the Applied Energistics 2 quest chapter, which asks for both the Infinite Range Card and the Dimension Card. It unlocks partway through that chapter rather than at the start, so treat it as an AE2 quality-of-life upgrade you pick up once your network is running.[2]
The pack ships AEInfinityBooster 1.21-1.0.1.38 on NeoForge, and it has been part of the pack since well before this version, so any older world you bring forward will already have the cards registered.[3]
How do you get started with AEInfinityBooster?
3 parts
AEInfinityBooster is a small add-on for Applied Energistics 2. It adds the Infinity Range Booster and the Dimension Card. Because the mod is this small, your first steps are simple: craft the two cards in order.[1]
First: make the Infinity Range Booster
Start here. The Infinity Range Booster is the base item, and the Dimension Card is crafted from it. This pack has changed the recipe for it, so follow the in-pack recipe below rather than what you remember from other packs.[4]
Crafting Shaped
| any netherite ingot | any netherite ingot | any netherite ingot |
Recipe id: aeinfinitybooster:infinity_card
This recipe is changed by the pack, so follow this one.
Then: upgrade to the Dimension Card
Once you have the Infinity Range Booster, you can make the Dimension Card. It uses the Infinity Range Booster as an ingredient, so you can't skip the first card.[4]

The Infinity Range Booster is part of this recipe.
Following the quest
The pack's quest book places both items in the Applied Energistics 2 chapter. Quest a quest in "?" asks for the Infinity Range Booster and the Dimension Card, and it unlocks after another quest in the same chapter. Work through your earlier AE2 quests first.[6]
How does AEInfinityBooster work?
2 parts
Same as in the All the Mods 10: To the Sky 2.0.4 guide
This mod is small. It adds two items to Applied Energistics 2: the Infinity Range Booster and the Dimension Card. Neither is a machine or a multiblock, so there is no power, fluid or item handling to set up.[1][5]
The two cards
- Infinity Range Booster: the mod's Infinite Range Card. In the pack it is listed as the Infinity Range Booster.[1][5]
- Dimension Card: the mod's second card, added alongside the Infinity Range Booster.[1][5]
Crafting
The pack changed the Infinity Range Booster recipe from the mod's own version, so use the recipe below rather than anything you remember from other modpacks. It is a shaped crafting recipe.[7]
Crafting Shaped
| any netherite ingot | any netherite ingot | any netherite ingot |
Recipe id: aeinfinitybooster:infinity_card
The Dimension Card uses the mod's own recipe, which the pack did not change. It is also a shaped crafting recipe.[7]

Unverified The sources do not describe how the cards behave in play: the exact range the Infinity Range Booster gives, how the Dimension Card works beyond its tooltip, or any settings. The mod has no config files in the pack.
How do you progress through AEInfinityBooster?
3 parts
AEInfinityBooster has two items in this pack, and they go in order. You start with the Infinity Range Booster, then move up to the Dimension Card, which needs the first card to craft.[4]
Tier 1: Infinity Range Booster
The pack changed the recipe for this card, so don't rely on what you remember from the mod's defaults. Use the recipe below.[4]
Crafting Shaped
| any netherite ingot | any netherite ingot | any netherite ingot |
Recipe id: aeinfinitybooster:infinity_card
The pack changed this recipe from the mod's own version.
Tier 2: Dimension Card
The second tier is the upgrade step. The recipe dump marks this one as the mod's own recipe, so the pack has not changed it.[4]

Recipe id: aeinfinitybooster:dimension_card
This is the mod's own recipe, unchanged by the pack.
Following the quests
The pack's quest book places this mod in its Applied Energistics 2 chapter. The quest a quest in "?" has two tasks: the Infinity Range Booster and the Dimension Card. It unlocks after an earlier quest in the same chapter, so you work through the AE2 questline first and then come back for both cards.[6]
How does AEInfinityBooster work with other mods?
Same as in the FTB Skies 2 1.22.0 guide
Infinity Range Booster is an add-on for AE2, so that is the mod it connects to most directly. In this pack, the link shows up in the crafting recipe.[1][8]
The pack changed the recipe for the Infinity Range Booster. It is a shaped crafting recipe that builds on AE2's Wireless Booster and also uses vanilla items such as Ender Eye and Nether Star. The netherite part accepts any ingot from the shared netherite ingot tag, so it does not matter which mod the ingot comes from. Here is the exact in-pack recipe:[8]
Crafting Shaped
| any netherite ingot | any netherite ingot | any netherite ingot |
Recipe id: aeinfinitybooster:infinity_card
This is the pack's changed version of the recipe, not the mod default.
Which All the Mods 10: To the Sky quests use AEInfinityBooster?
2 parts
This mod shows up in one quest, and it sits in the Applied Energistics 2 chapter of the pack's quest book. That chapter has 72 quests in total, and the mod's quest is a small side step off the wireless terminal line.[6]
The Dimension Card quest
The quest is a quest in "?". It has two item tasks: you hand in an Infinity Range Booster and a Dimension Card.[6]
It unlocks after a quest in "?", so you get the Wireless Crafting Terminal done first. Nothing in the chapter lists the Dimension Card quest as a prerequisite, so it is the end of its own branch.[6]
The path leading up to it
- a quest in "?" comes first in this line. It also follows a quest in "?" and an untitled quest.[6]
- a quest in "?" follows the ME Controller quest and asks for a wireless access point and a wireless booster.[6]
- a quest in "?" follows the access point quest and asks for a wireless terminal and a wireless crafting terminal.[6]
- a quest in "?" is the mod's quest, right after the wireless crafting terminal.[6]
The Wireless Crafting Terminal quest also leads to a quest in "?", which additionally needs a quest in "?" to be done. That is a separate quest, not part of this mod.[6]
What changed in AEInfinityBooster between versions?
Not much version history is on record for this mod in the pack. All the Mods 10: To the Sky 1.0.2 ships AEInfinityBooster 1.21.1-1.0.0.52, using the NeoForge build.[9]
The mod was first included in All the Mods 10: To the Sky 1.0 or earlier, so it has been part of the pack since at least the first release.[9]
The mod's own changelog for this version only points to the project's GitHub page, so you'll need to look there for what changed between mod versions.[10]
Unverified No pack changelog entries for AEInfinityBooster were available, so any changes the pack made to it between releases are unconfirmed.
