XNet Gases in Project Infinity 0.1

XNet Gases is part of this pack. The pack ships version 6.0.2, built for Minecraft 1.21.1 (the file is xnetgases-1.21.1-6.0.2.jar). It has been in the pack since this version or earlier.^[1]

Unverified The pack files I have don't describe what XNet Gases does, which recipes or configs the pack changes, or where it fits in the progression. I won't guess at any of that here. The sources also don't confirm any quests or an ATM Star path for this mod, so check in-game before relying on either.

Project Infinity 0.1 0.0.51.4-hotfix-2 ships XNet Gases 5.1.4 (xnetgases-1.20.1-5.1.4.jar). It was first included in Project Infinity 0.1 0.0.45.4 or earlier. The pack changelogs have no entries for this mod, so everything below comes from the mod's own changelog.^[2]

What the 5.1.4 changelog lists

The changelog is a list of recent commits rather than a polished write-up, and the copy I have is cut off, so it may not be complete. These are the entries that matter for how the mod behaves.^[3]

• A fix for an XNet logic channel problem, shipped together with dependency updates.^[3]
• A fix for roundRobinOffset causing the same consumer to be processed constantly. The changelog also says roundRobinIncrement was removed because there seemed to be no need for it anymore.^[3]
• A new item comparison function.^[3]
• Two entries named "Changes from last XNet", which bring in changes from the main XNet mod.^[3]
• A fix for ConnectedEntity having moved to a different package.^[3]

Further down the list you can see the mod being updated to 1.19 and then 1.19.2. After that come mostly behind-the-scenes entries: repeated dependency updates, cleanup, constricted dependencies, a switch to parchment mappings, and publishing tasks for Modrinth and CurseForge. None of these are described as gameplay changes.^[3]
