What is Botania: Woot Addon?
1 part
Botania: Woot Addon is a small bridge mod. It adds compatibility between Woot Revived and Botania, so you can bring Botania's Guardian of Gaia into the Woot Factory.[1]
This pack ships version 20.1.1.2 of the addon, and it has been in the pack since 0.0.45.4 or earlier.[2]
How the Guardian of Gaia setup works
- Kill the hard variant of the Guardian of Gaia. This is mandatory to program the Mob Shard.[1]
- Use that programmed Mob Shard to get the Fake Spawner for the Guardian.[1]
- Build the netherite tier of the Woot Factory. The Fake Spawner is only valid in a factory of that tier.[1]
- For each simulation, import 1 Gaia Spirit Ingot from Botania.[1]
Unverified Where this mod sits in the pack's quest book (its chapter and group), and whether the ATM Star path uses it, is not shown by the sources here.
How do you get started with Botania: Woot Addon?
2 parts
This addon connects Woot Revived with Botania, so your first steps aren't about crafting a pile of new items. They're about beating a boss and then building the right Woot Factory. Here's the order the mod's project page gives.[1]
The first steps, in order
- Kill the hard variant of the Guardian of Gaia from Botania. This is mandatory, because it's how you program the Mob Shard.[1]
- Use that programmed Mob Shard to get the Fake Spawner for the Guardian of Gaia.[1]
- Build a Woot Factory at the netherite tier. The Fake Spawner needs that tier to be valid.[1]
- Import 1 Gaia Spirit Ingot from Botania for each simulation.[1]
The order matters because the boss kill comes first. Until you've done it, you can't program the shard, so you can't get the spawner. Don't rush the netherite factory before you have the Fake Spawner to put in it.[1]
If ExtraBotany is installed
The addon optionally supports the Guardian of Gaia III from ExtraBotany too. It also needs a netherite tier factory, but this time each simulation needs 1 Challenge Ticket imported instead of a Gaia Spirit Ingot.[1]
Unverified The exact in-pack recipes for the Fake Spawner and any other items from this addon couldn't be confirmed, so there are no recipe blocks here. Check the in-game recipe viewer for what the pack uses. This site does hold Project Infinity 0.1's own recipes, read from the pack itself: look the item up in the item browser.
How does Botania: Woot Addon work?
2 parts
This addon is small and has one job: it lets Woot Revived simulate Botania bosses. It has no machines or multiblocks of its own. Everything runs through the Woot Factory you already know.[1]
Guardian of Gaia
To program the Mob Shard for the Guardian of Gaia, you have to kill the hard variant of the boss. Once the shard is programmed, you can get the Fake Spawner for it.[1]
The Fake Spawner is only valid in a netherite tier Woot Factory. Each simulation also needs you to import 1 Gaia Spirit Ingot from Botania.[1]
- Kill the hard variant of the Guardian of Gaia.[1]
- Use that kill to program the Mob Shard.[1]
- Get the Fake Spawner for the Guardian of Gaia.[1]
- Build a netherite tier Woot Factory and put the Fake Spawner in it.[1]
- Import 1 Gaia Spirit Ingot for each simulation.[1]
Guardian of Gaia III (ExtraBotany)
If ExtraBotany is installed, the addon also supports the Guardian of Gaia III. This one also needs a netherite tier factory, but each simulation costs 1 Challenge Ticket instead of a Gaia Spirit Ingot.[1]
Unverified Whether the pack changes any of these requirements, and how the import items are automated into the factory, is not confirmed in the available sources. Treat the details above as the addon's own description.
What changed in Botania: Woot Addon between versions?
1 part
Project Infinity 0.1 0.0.51.4-hotfix-2 ships Botania: Woot Addon 20.1.1.2. The mod has been in the pack since Project Infinity 0.1 0.0.45.4 or earlier, so it is not a recent addition.[2]
Botania: Woot Addon 20.1.1.2
The only change listed in the mod's own changelog for this version is a fix: it now uses a ServerPlayer instead of a Player. That is a behind-the-scenes code fix, and the changelog doesn't describe any change to gameplay, recipes or values.[3]
The pack changelogs have no entries for this mod, so there is nothing else to report on its history in Project Infinity.[2]

Items and blocks
We can't match this mod to the pack's item list: it registers as botaniawootaddon, and the pack's recipe dump has nothing under that name. That means we found nothing, not that the mod adds nothing. Search the item browser
