What is Cyclops Core?
Same as in the All the Mods 10 2.12 guide
Cyclops Core is a mod that ships in the pack as version 1.25.5, built for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge (file cyclopscore-1.21.1-neoforge-1.25.5-683.jar). It has been in the pack since version 0.32 or earlier, so it's a long-standing part of the mod list.[1]
Unverified The sources I have don't describe what Cyclops Core does or who it is for, so I'm not guessing about its features here. They also don't show any quests that involve it, and it isn't on the ATM Star path, so there's no progression placement to give you. Check back if more details get added.
How do you get started with Cyclops Core?
Same as in the All the Mods 10 2.11 guide
There is no first item to craft for Cyclops Core, and that is a good thing to know before you go hunting for one. The material I have for this mod is its own text strings, and they show a behind-the-scenes mod rather than something you build with.[2]
What those strings do show is a few things you may run into in game. There are chat messages for a command that changes config values, such as "Updated %s to: %s", "Invalid new value" and "There were no config values found that can be set". There is also a message for a command that sets a player on fire for a number of ticks, plus an error for when a player can't be found.[2]
The mod also has screen text for an "Information Book" interface. It includes labels for Search, Scroll, Rewards and the directions Up, Down, Left and Right. If you open a screen with those labels, it is using Cyclops Core's shared interface text.[2]
Unverified Crafting recipes, quest book steps, config file options and the exact command names for Cyclops Core in this pack could not be confirmed from the available sources, so this section does not list any.
How does Cyclops Core work?
2 parts
Same as in the All the Mods 10 2.11 guide
Cyclops Core doesn't add machines, multiblocks or power systems that the sources describe. What the sources do show is a handful of in-game text strings, and they point to a command system and an in-game information book screen.[2]
Commands
The mod's chat messages show that it has commands with subcommands. One command can set a player on fire for a number of ticks, and the game confirms it with a message naming the player and the duration. If the player can't be found, you get a "not found" message instead.[2]
Another command changes config values while the game is running. On success it reports "Updated" followed by the option and its new value. It also has error messages for an invalid subcommand, invalid arguments, an invalid new value, or giving more than one new value. If no config values can be changed this way, it tells you that none were found.[2]
Information book screen
The mod's screen text includes an "Information Book" title and labels for Search, Scroll, Rewards, and the directions Up, Down, Left and Right. So its book screen can be searched and scrolled, and it has a rewards display. The sources don't say which items open it or what the rewards are.[2]
Unverified The available sources don't explain any machines, multiblocks, power, fluid or item handling, or automation for Cyclops Core. They also don't list any config files or recipes for it in this pack, so none are covered here.
Which Cyclops Core config options matter?
Cyclops Core is mostly a library mod, so its config file is short. In this pack, config/cyclopscore-common.toml shows only two options, and both are for development environments. Neither does anything you need to tune while playing.[3]
- general.general.devDisableMusic is set to true. It only applies in a dev environment, where it disables music at startup.[3]
- general.general.devWorldButton is set to false. It only applies in a dev environment, where true would add a main menu button to open a dev world (shift-click creates a new world). With false, that button is not added.[3]
The sources here don't show the mod's own default values for these two options, so I can't tell you whether the pack changed either one. Since both are dev-only, you can leave this file alone.[3]

Items and blocks
We can't match this mod to the pack's item list: it registers as cyclopscore, and the pack's recipe dump has nothing under that name. That means we found nothing, not that the mod adds nothing. Search the item browser
