How do you get started with Actually Additions: Tiers?
5 parts
Same as in the FTB Skies 2: Aero 1.10.0 guide
This mod adds tiered versions of the Actually Additions Display Stand: Iron Display Stand, Gold Display Stand, Diamond Display Stand and Netherite Display Stand. Each one is crafted from the tier below it, so you work up the chain in order and can't skip a step.[1][2]
First: Iron Display Stand
Everything starts from the normal Display Stand from Actually Additions. Upgrade it to iron first, because every higher tier is built on this one.[1]

Recipe id: aatiers:iron_display_stand
Next: Gold Display Stand
Then upgrade your iron stand to gold.[1]
Crafting Shaped
Recipe id: aatiers:gold_display_stand
Then: Diamond Display Stand
The gold stand is the base for the diamond one.[1]
Crafting Shaped
Recipe id: aatiers:diamond_display_stand
Last: Netherite Display Stand
The final tier is made from the diamond stand.[1]
Crafting Shaped
Recipe id: aatiers:netherite_display_stand
Why the pack's numbers matter
Each tier has an energy buffer (capacity, in FE) and a maximum input rate (in FE/tick). This pack changed most of these values from the mod defaults, so don't rely on numbers you may have seen elsewhere. They are all set in the server config file for this mod.[3]
- Iron: tiers.iron.capacity is 500,000 (mod default 400,000) and tiers.iron.maxInput is 50,000 (mod default 5,000).[3]
- Gold: tiers.gold.capacity is 1,000,000, the same as the mod default, but tiers.gold.maxInput is 100,000 (mod default 15,000).[3]
- Diamond: tiers.diamond.capacity is 10,000,000 (mod default 4,000,000) and tiers.diamond.maxInput is 1,000,000 (mod default 40,000).[3]
- Netherite: tiers.netherite.capacity is 100,000,000 (mod default 8,000,000) and tiers.netherite.maxInput is 10,000,000 (mod default 100,000).[3]
Which Actually Additions: Tiers config options matter?
1 part
Same as in the FTB Skies 2: Aero 1.10.0 guide
Everything you can tweak for this mod lives in config/aatiers-server.toml. Each display stand tier has two options: a capacity (the energy buffer, in FE) and a max input (how fast it accepts energy, in FE/tick). This pack raised almost all of them, and the biggest jumps are in the input rates.[3]
Values this pack uses
- Iron: tiers.iron.capacity is 500,000 (mod default 400,000) and tiers.iron.maxInput is 50,000 (mod default 5,000). Both are changed by the pack.[3]
- Gold: tiers.gold.capacity is 1,000,000, which is the mod default, so the pack leaves it alone. tiers.gold.maxInput is 100,000 (mod default 15,000), which the pack changed.[3]
- Diamond: tiers.diamond.capacity is 10,000,000 (mod default 4,000,000) and tiers.diamond.maxInput is 1,000,000 (mod default 40,000). Both are changed by the pack.[3]
- Netherite: tiers.netherite.capacity is 100,000,000 (mod default 8,000,000) and tiers.netherite.maxInput is 10,000,000 (mod default 100,000). Both are changed by the pack.[3]
All of these options accept values above 1, according to the config file. The comments in the file describe the capacity options as the maximum energy buffer of that tier's display stand, and the max input options as the maximum energy input rate.[3]
