FTB Promoter in FTB Skies 2

FTB Promoter is part of the mod list in this pack. This version of the pack ships FTB Promoter 21.1.63, and the jar is ftb-promoter-21.1.63.jar.^[1]

The sources I have only confirm that the mod is installed and which version it is. They also show it was already in the pack by this release or earlier. That's all I can verify right now, so I won't guess at features, recipes or settings.^[1]

Unverified What FTB Promoter actually does, who it is meant for, and where it fits in the pack's progression are not confirmed by the available sources. No guidebook or platform description was available for the mod. No quests that involve it were found, and it is not on the ATM Star quest path.

There isn't a build order for FTB Promoter in this pack, and that's because the mod doesn't give you anything to craft or collect. No recipes in the pack produce its items, and no quests involve it, so there are no first items to make for it.^[2]

The only thing the available information tells us is that the mod has a FancyMenu requirement that checks whether a promo is available from the API. In other words, it looks like a menu and promotion feature rather than a gameplay mechanic.^[2]

Unverified Where promos show up in the pack's menus, what they contain, and whether you can configure the mod are not confirmed by the sources available for this guide. Treat any of those details as unverified.

This is a short section, because the only thing the available sources explain is one FancyMenu hook. The mod has a FancyMenu requirement, and its description says it checks whether a promo is available from the API. In practice, a FancyMenu-based screen or layout can use it to show or hide something depending on whether a promo is currently available.^[2]

So the mod looks like it works through a promo lookup against an API rather than through in-world blocks. That reading comes from the requirement's description alone, and the sources don't say more about how the lookup works.^[2]

Unverified The sources don't cover machines, multiblocks, power, fluid or item handling, or automation for this mod. Nothing confirms that it adds any of these. No in-jar guidebook, config files or recipes were available for the pack, so none of those systems are described here.
