What is FTB Promoter?
FTB Promoter is part of this pack's mod list. This version of the pack ships FTB Promoter 21.1.60, and the mod has been included since pack version 1.0.1 or earlier.[1]
Unverified The sources I have don't describe what FTB Promoter does or who it is for, so I can't say how it works in the pack. There is no guidebook or platform description to check. I also found no quests that involve the mod, and I can't confirm that it sits on the ATM Star path. Treat it as a background mod until a source says otherwise.
