Breaking and moving a cell

When you break a cell, it drops itself as an item. The drop copies the DimStorage frequency and the custom name from the placed block. A cell you pick up keeps its frequency and any name you gave it, so you can move it without losing its setup.^[4]

The loot table also has a survives-explosion condition on the drop.^[4]

What happens when you pick it up
