What is Super Circuit Maker?
Super Circuit Maker is included in this pack at version 0.2.9. The jar is SuperCircuitMaker2-0.2.9+1.18.2.jar, which is the build made for Minecraft 1.18.2.[1]
It isn't a new addition. It was already in the pack by version 2.4 or earlier, so it has been part of the mod list for a while.[1]
Unverified I couldn't confirm what Super Circuit Maker does, who it is aimed at, or where it fits in the pack's progression. The only source I have is the pack's mod list, and it gives the version and file name only. There is no guidebook or description to draw on, so I'm not guessing at features, recipes or settings. I also have nothing showing the mod on the ATM Star path or tied to any quests in this pack.
How do you get started with Super Circuit Maker?
5 parts
Same as in the All the Mods - Gravitas 4.0 guide
Super Circuit Maker is about building tiny circuits, and in this pack almost everything starts from one small item. Here's the order I'd craft things in, and why each step comes where it does.[2]
Start with Tiny Pile of Redstone Dust
Make Tiny Pile of Redstone Dust first. Many of this mod's recipes use it, so it comes before anything else. The recipe is shapeless and starts from ordinary redstone.[2]
The mod's own recipe, not changed by the pack.
Circuit and Support Platform
Next comes the Circuit. The Support Platform is crafted from a Circuit, and another recipe turns platforms back into a Circuit, so the two convert into each other.[2]

Make a few platforms early. The Adder, Subtractor, Multiplier, Divider, Constant and the Palette and Brush all have recipes that use them.[2]
Your tools
The Screwdriver has two recipes in this pack, and the pack has changed both of them, so don't rely on the mod's default recipe. Use these.[2]

The Inspector is also a pack-changed recipe, and it is shapeless.[2]
Sticks and colour
The Redstone-Coated Stick is a simple shapeless craft, and the RGB Redstone-Coated Stick can be made by two different routes, both shown below. Tiny Pile of RGB Redstone Dust is its own crafted item. The Palette and Brush is a separate crafted item.[2]

Components
Once you have the basics, move on to the components. The math blocks are Adder, Subtractor, Multiplier and Divider. Then there are Constant, Miniature Button, Miniature Lamp, Quartz Resonator, Booper, Ender Pulsar and Glowstone Exciter. The recipe blocks below show each one.[2]

How does Super Circuit Maker work?
5 parts
Same as in the All the Mods - Gravitas 4.0 guide
Super Circuit Maker lets you build tiny redstone circuits out of small components. There is no in-jar guidebook or reliable documentation for it, so this section only covers what the pack's recipes and config confirm. How each component behaves once it is placed is not confirmed, and I won't guess at it.[2][3]
Circuits and Support Platforms
The Circuit is the base you build on, and the Support Platform is the part most components are made from. The two convert into each other: a Circuit can be turned into a Support Platform, and Support Platforms can be turned back into a Circuit.[2]

Almost every recipe in the mod needs a Tiny Pile of Redstone Dust. You get it by crafting regular redstone.[2]
Math and logic components
The Adder, Subtractor, Multiplier and Divider all use the mod's own recipes, unchanged by the pack. The Constant does too.[2]

Unverified What these components do in a working circuit (signal ranges, how they connect, what their outputs are) is not documented in the available sources.
Recipes the pack changed
Several components have pack-specific recipes rather than the mod defaults. Check the recipes below instead of relying on other guides for the mod:[2]
- Miniature Button, the Miniature Button[2]
- Miniature Lamp, the Miniature Lamp[2]
- Booper, the Booper[2]
- Quartz Resonator, the Quartz Resonator[2]
- Ender Pulsar, the Ender Pulsar[2]
- Glowstone Exciter, the Glowstone Exciter[2]
- Inspector[2]
- Screwdriver, which has two pack recipes[2]

Colouring and decoration
The Palette and Brush uses the mod's own recipe, unchanged by the pack. The Redstone-Coated Stick and the RGB Redstone-Coated Stick are craftable too, and the RGB stick has two recipes. The Tiny Pile of RGB Redstone Dust has its own recipe as well.[2]

Config
The pack sets Debug.allow_hiding_components to false. This option controls whether components can be hidden from a circuit, and it is clientside only. The config comment is cut off in the source, so how hiding works is unverified.[3]
How do you progress through Super Circuit Maker?
4 parts
Same as in the All the Mods - Gravitas 4.0 guide
Unverified The sources here do not show any quest in the pack's quest book that involves this mod, so there is no quest-driven order to follow. Everything below is the crafting chain shown by the in-pack recipes, not an official tier list.
The mod has no formal tiers in this pack. What you get instead is a natural crafting ladder: start with the basic materials, move to the platform-based logic parts, then pick up the specialty components and tools.[2]
Step 1: Basic materials
Everything starts with Tiny Pile of Redstone Dust. Almost every other recipe in the mod uses it, so it is the first thing to craft.[2]
Next come the two building blocks of the mod: the Circuit and the Support Platform.[2]

Step 2: Logic components
Once you have Support Platforms, you can build the math and logic parts. These use the mod's own recipes, and the pack has not changed them.[2]

Recipe id: supercircuitmaker:adder
The Subtractor, Multiplier and Divider use the same two ingredient types as the Adder.
Special components
This is where the pack makes its mark. These recipes were changed by the pack and do not match the mod's defaults. Each one is built around a vanilla item plus a smooth rock from the pack's TFC rock tag, so check the recipe before you gather materials.[2]
- Miniature Button[2]
- Miniature Lamp[2]
- Quartz Resonator[2]
- Booper[2]
- Ender Pulsar, built around an ender eye.[2]
- Glowstone Exciter, built around glowstone.[2]

Tools and extras
The Screwdriver has two recipes in this pack, both changed from the defaults. The Inspector is also a pack-changed recipe, and it takes any gold ingot from the pack's gold tag.[2]

Which Super Circuit Maker config options matter?
The only Super Circuit Maker setting I can confirm for this pack is Debug.allow_hiding_components, which lives in the Debug section of the config file. This pack sets it to false.[4]
The option's comment says it allows components to be hidden from a circuit, and that it only affects the client side. The comment is cut off after that, so I can't tell you exactly how the hiding is triggered.[4]
Unverified I couldn't confirm the mod's default for this option, so I can't say whether the pack changed it. I also couldn't see any other Super Circuit Maker config options in the pack's file.
