Step 2: Find the Toggle Shrink keybind

Shrink adds its own keybind category in your controls, called Shrink, with an entry named Toggle Shrink. Check it once you have the device so you know which key it is bound to.^[3]

Step 3: Capture a shrunken entity

The mod's bottle tooltip says to right-click on a shrunken entity with a glass bottle to capture it. Once a bottle holds something, its tooltip shows what it contains.^[3]

Where it sits in the quest book

The device's quest sits in the tips_and_tricks chapter next to the quests for the Sink (a quest in "?"), the basic magnet (a quest in "?"), the Charging Station (a quest in "?") and the jetpack (a quest in "?"). A final checkmark quest, a quest in "?", comes after all five of them.^[2]

Capturing shrunken entities

The mod's glass bottle has a tooltip that tells you how to capture something: right-click a shrunken entity with the bottle. Once the bottle is filled, the tooltip shows "Contains" followed by what is inside, and it can also show a second name in brackets.^[5]

Shrink doesn't have a tier ladder in this pack. The only Shrink item that turns up in the pack's recipes is the Personal Shrinking Device, so progression here is one step: craft it once and you're done.^[4]
