What is KleeSlabs?
KleeSlabs is included in this pack as version 21.1.11, shipped as the NeoForge build for Minecraft 1.21.1 (kleeslabs-neoforge-1.21.1-21.1.11.jar). The pack's mod list shows it was first included in this pack version or an earlier one.[1]
Unverified The sources I have don't describe what KleeSlabs does, who it is aimed at, or whether the pack changes any of its recipes or configs, so I'm not guessing. No in-jar guidebook or platform page was available to check against.
Unverified No quests and no ATM Star path involving KleeSlabs were found in the available data, so I can't place it in the pack's progression. Treat it as an optional building-oriented extra until a source says otherwise.
How do you get started with KleeSlabs?
1 part
Here's the good news: KleeSlabs doesn't ask you to craft anything to get started. In this pack there are no recipes that produce its items and no quests that involve it, so there's no first item to build and nothing to unlock. The only things the sources describe are its settings.[2]
The settings worth knowing
- Mode: this option controls whether KleeSlabs triggers ALWAYS, ONLY_WHEN_SNEAKING or ONLY_WHEN_NOT_SNEAKING. If the mod seems to act at the wrong moment, this is the first thing to check.[2]
- Disabled compat: a list of mod IDs whose compatibility with KleeSlabs should be turned off. Use it if KleeSlabs clashes with slabs from another mod.[2]
- Dump slabs: a development option. When set to true, KleeSlabs dumps a list of items with 'slab' in their name when you load a world. You can leave it off for normal play.[2]
Unverified The sources don't say which config file holds these options, what their default values are, or exactly what KleeSlabs does in-game when it triggers, so check the config in your own instance before changing anything.
How does KleeSlabs work?
2 parts
The sources available for KleeSlabs describe no machines, multiblocks, power, fluids or item automation. All they cover is the mod's configuration options, so that is what this section explains.[2]
The mode option
The mode option controls whether KleeSlabs triggers ALWAYS, ONLY_WHEN_SNEAKING or ONLY_WHEN_NOT_SNEAKING. So you can have the mod active all the time, or tie it to whether you are sneaking.[2]
Other options
- disabledCompat takes the IDs of mods whose compatibility should be disabled.[2]
- dumpSlabs is meant for development. When set to true, KleeSlabs dumps a list of items containing the word 'slab' in their name when a world loads.[2]
Unverified Which values this pack uses for these options, and their defaults, are set in the mod's config file. The sources here do not show that file, so those values are unconfirmed.
