What is Just Enough Mekanism Multiblocks?

Same as in the All the Mods 10 4.14 guide

Just Enough Mekanism Multiblocks is part of this pack at version 7.11, shipped as the 1.21.1 build of the mod. It has been in the pack since version 2.16 or earlier, so it's a long-standing part of the mod list.[1]

Unverified The sources I have don't describe what the mod does or who it's aimed at, so I can't confirm its features from them. Going by the name alone, it looks like a Mekanism multiblock helper for JEI, but that is unconfirmed here. Check in-game before relying on it. This site does hold FTB Skies 2's own recipes, read from the pack itself: look the item up in the item browser.

Unverified I found no confirmed recipes, config options, quests or ATM Star path steps for this mod in the sources. Don't assume it gates any progression until you've verified that in-game.

How do you get started with Just Enough Mekanism Multiblocks?

3 parts

Same as in the All the Mons 1.2.0 guide

There is no crafting chain to walk you through for this mod. The material available here is the mod's English text file, and it describes no items to craft, so I can't give you a build order.[2]

What the mod deals with

The text file has building entries for a Better Fusion Reactor and a Reinforced Induction Matrix. Those are the multiblocks I can confirm the mod covers.[2]

It also has result and spec labels: Energy Per Antimatter, Supercharging Elements and Heating Elements.[2]

Reading the tooltips

  • A tooltip can tell you that the reactor's Injection Rate needs to be set to a given value. Check that setting on your reactor.[2]
  • Other tooltips show "Production per flow" and what applies "When 'Burn Rate' is" a given value, so you can compare settings.[2]
  • Warnings you may see include "Reactor will be damaged" and "Water will be losing". Treat them as a sign your setup needs changing.[2]
  • A steam tooltip gives the distance from the ceiling to a named point in the multiblock.[2]

Importing layouts

The mod has an "Import from clipboard" option with an "Imported successfully" message, and an "Exported successfully" message for exports.[2]

Unverified No recipes, quests or guidebook entries for this mod were available to the sources here, so I can't say which items to make first or in what order. Check the pack's quest book and recipe viewer for anything related. This site does hold FTB Skies 2's own recipes, read from the pack itself: look the item up in the item browser.

How does Just Enough Mekanism Multiblocks work?

3 parts

Same as in the All the Mons 1.2.0 guide

The only material available for this mod is its English text file, so this section covers what those labels show and nothing more. They name a Better Fusion Reactor and a Reinforced Induction Matrix as building entries, and they include import and export messages and result and tooltip lines.[2]

What the mod covers

  • The building entries named are Better Fusion Reactor and Reinforced Induction Matrix.[2]
  • You can import from the clipboard. The mod confirms with "Imported successfully" or "Exported successfully" messages.[2]

What the results show

  • A result line called Energy Per Antimatter.[2]
  • A Supercharging Elements count in the results.[2]
  • A Heating Elements count in the specs.[2]
  • A "Production per flow" tooltip.[2]
  • A steam height tooltip, which describes the distance from the ceiling to a named point.[2]

Reactor tooltips

Some tooltips refer to reactor settings. One says you need to set the reactor's Injection Rate to a given value. Another ties a figure to a particular Burn Rate with the wording "When 'Burn Rate' is...".[2]

There are also warning tooltips. One says the reactor will be damaged, and another says water will be lost. Keep an eye out for them when you look at a fusion setup.[2]

Unverified The values behind these labels, such as injection rate, burn rate and build sizes, are not shown in the sources here. This mod has no config files in the pack and no in-jar guidebook, so how power, fluid and item handling and automation work for these multiblocks is not confirmed in this section.

Which Just Enough Mekanism Multiblocks config options matter?

3 parts

This mod only has a client-side config, and every option in it is a simple on/off switch that decides whether a multiblock gets a page in JEI. Nothing here changes how the multiblocks work in your world, only what you see in the recipe viewer.[3]

In this pack, every one of these options is set to true, so all the multiblock pages are visible. If a page you expect is missing, the config isn't the cause unless you or a server admin have edited it.[3]

Base Mekanism multiblocks

Mekanism Generators multiblocks

Addon multiblocks

Tip: If JEI feels cluttered, you can set any of these to false in the client config to hide that multiblock's page. This only affects your own view in JEI.[3]

Unverified The available information doesn't list the mod's default values, so it's unconfirmed whether the pack changed any of these options from the default.
