FTB Pack Companion guide for FTB Skies 2 1.0.1 to 1.8.0

FTB Pack Companion is part of the pack's mod list, and this version of the pack ships version 21.1.4 of it (ftb-pack-companion-21.1.4.jar). It has been in the pack since 1.0.1 or earlier, so it is a long-standing part of the install rather than a recent addition.^[1]

Unverified Nothing I could check describes what FTB Pack Companion actually does, who it is aimed at, or where it fits in the pack's progression. I also couldn't confirm any quests, recipes, configs or an ATM Star path connected to it, so I'm leaving those out rather than guessing.

Good news: there's nothing you need to craft to get going with this mod. The only in-game text I could confirm for it is a pair of support tooltips. One says "Need help? Join our Discord server!" and the other says "Found a bug? Report it on GitHub!".^[2]

• If you get stuck, look for the Discord tooltip. It points you to the mod's support server.^[2]
• If you hit a bug, look for the GitHub tooltip. It tells you where to report it.^[2]

Unverified I couldn't confirm any items, recipes, quests, config options or first steps for this mod in this pack, so there's no crafting order or recipe block here. Check back once more details are verified.

The only text the sources show for this mod is its tooltips. One invites you to join the Discord server if you need help. The other asks you to report any bug you find on GitHub.^[2]

Unverified Whether FTB Pack Companion adds machines, multiblocks, power or fluid handling, or automation features, is not shown by the sources here. The pack has no config files for this mod, no recipes that produce its items and no in-jar guidebook to check, so no mechanics are described in this section.
