What is AllTheTweaks?
AllTheTweaks is one of the mods bundled into the pack. This build ships version 1.9.9.9g-1.18.2-40.1.73, in the file allthetweaks-1.9.9.9g-1.18.2-40.1.73.jar. It has been in the pack since 1.1 or earlier, so it's a long-standing part of the modpack rather than a recent addition.[1]
Unverified The sources I have don't describe what AllTheTweaks does in gameplay, who it is meant for, or where it fits in the pack's progression. They don't show it on the ATM Star path or tied to any quests either. I'm not going to guess at its features, so check back here once more details are confirmed.
How do you get started with AllTheTweaks?

AllTheTweaks adds a small set of items, and the recipe data for this pack shows only a few crafting steps for them. Here they are in a sensible order, starting with the simplest.[2]
Ender Pearl and Nether Star blocks
The easiest recipes are the storage-style blocks. You can craft an Ender Pearl Block from ender pearls and a Nether Star Block from nether stars. Both are shaped crafting recipes. The first accepts anything in the Forge ender pearls tag, and the second accepts anything in the Forge nether stars tag.[2]

The ATM Star and its block
An ATM Star can be compacted into an ATM Star Block with a shaped recipe. The block can be turned back into a star with a shapeless recipe, so the conversion works in both directions.[2]

ATM Star Shards
You get an ATM Star Shard by putting an ATM Star through a crusher from Immersive Engineering. The recipe is registered under Immersive Engineering rather than AllTheTweaks, but it is the one in this pack that produces the shard.[2]

What these recipes do not tell you
The recipe data lists only these crafting steps. It does not show how you get your first ATM Star, or what the shard and the block items are used for, so check the in-game recipe viewer before you plan around them.[2]
How does AllTheTweaks work?

AllTheTweaks is a small utility mod, and the sources for this pack show no machines, multiblocks, power, fluids or automation for it. What it does add is a handful of items and recipes, plus a few settings in one config file. That is everything I can confirm, so this section is short.[3][4]
Compressed storage blocks
The mod adds block versions of a few valuable items: Ender Pearl Block, Nether Star Block and ATM Star Block. Each one is crafted in a shaped recipe from items in a matching tag, so any item in that tag works.[4]

The ATM Star block can also be turned back into an ATM Star with a shapeless recipe, so you can store stars compactly and get them back later.[4]

ATM Star Shards
The ATM Star Shard is not made on a workbench. In this pack, an Immersive Engineering crusher turns an ATM Star into a shard.[4]

Config options
The mod's settings live in packmode.enable's file, config/allthetweaks-common.toml. None of them change machines or recipes. Here is what each one does in this pack:[3]
- packmode.enable is set to 5, the Gravitas mode. The accepted range is 0 to 5, where 0 is ATM, 1 is SLOP, 2 is SKY, 3 is MAGIC, 4 is EXPERT and 5 is GRAVITAS.[3]
- tweaks.chickensShedFeathers is true, so chickens randomly shed feathers.[3]
- discord.discord is true, which enables Discord Rich Presence.[3]
- packversionmaj.major is 1, packversionmin.minor is 0 and packversionminrev.minorrev is 0. These are the pack release version numbers, and each accepts 0 to 32,768.[3]
Unverified No source explains any other AllTheTweaks mechanics, such as what the pack mode setting changes in practice, what ATM Star Shards are used for, or any machine, power, fluid or automation behavior. Treat all of that as unconfirmed.
How do you progress through AllTheTweaks?

AllTheTweaks doesn't have tiers in this pack. It's a small utility mod, and what the recipe dump shows is a handful of compact storage blocks plus a way to turn an ATM Star into shards. Nothing here gates other content, so there's no tier ladder to climb.[2]
Unverified No quests in this pack were found that involve AllTheTweaks, and the mod isn't on the ATM Star quest path. If you expected a quest chain for it, there isn't one in the sources.

Which AllTheTweaks config options matter?
