ConnectedTexturesMod in All the Mods 10

ConnectedTexturesMod is part of the pack, so you'll find it in your mod list. This version of the pack ships version 1.21-1.2.1+3, from the file CTM-1.21-1.2.1+3.jar.^[1]

It isn't a new addition. It was already in the pack as of version 2.25 or earlier, so it has been a long-standing part of the mod list.^[1]

Unverified The sources I have don't describe what the mod does in detail, who it is aimed at, or how it fits into the pack's progression. They also don't show any quests or ATM Star path steps involving it. This section makes no claims about those topics until they can be confirmed.

There is nothing to craft to get started with this mod. It handles connected textures, and what you get to adjust are its settings.^[2]

The first option disables connected textures entirely. Use it if you want to see how blocks look without the mod's effect.^[2]

The next option lets you choose whether the inside corner is disconnected on a CTM block. If the corners on your connected blocks look different from what you expect, this is the option to look at.^[2]

This section is a short one, and that's the honest answer for this mod. The only material available for ConnectedTexturesMod in this pack is its settings tooltips, and those describe visual options for connected textures. They don't describe machines, multiblocks, power, fluids or item automation.^[2]

What the mod's options tell us

• There is a setting that disables connected textures entirely. If you want blocks to go back to plain, unconnected textures, this is the option the mod describes for that.^[2]
• There is a setting for the inside corner on a CTM block. Its tooltip says you choose whether that inside corner is disconnected. The tooltip links to an example image, but the sources don't say what the default is.^[2]

Unverified The sources don't confirm any machines, multiblock structures, power or fluid handling, or item automation for this mod in the pack. The sources also don't confirm the config file name or the exact option keys, the default values of these options, or any recipes. Treat the mod as purely visual until a source says otherwise.

ConnectedTexturesMod has been a quiet mod in this pack. The 8.1 mod list ships version 1.21-1.2.1+3 (file CTM-1.21-1.2.1+3.jar), and the mod was first included in All the Mods 10 0.32 or earlier.^[1]

Pack changelog entries

• All the Mods 10 6.1: the changelog lists an update from 1.21-1.2.1+3 to 1.21-1.2.1+3. The version on both sides is the same, so the entry does not show a change in version number.^[3]
• All the Mods 10 6.2: the changelog again lists an update from 1.21-1.2.1+3 to 1.21-1.2.1+3, with the same version on both sides.^[4]

In short, the version you get in 8.1 is the same one named in the 6.1 and 6.2 entries. The pack changelogs here do not show any newer version of the mod.^[1][3][4]

Unverified What actually changed inside the mod for the shipped jar is not shown. The sources here include no stored changelog from the mod's own release notes for this jar, so this guide cannot say what the 6.1 and 6.2 entries changed in practice.
