What is IntegratedTerminals?
1 part
This pack ships IntegratedTerminals 1.9.0, and it has been in the pack since 0.3.0-beta or earlier. The sources I have only cover one part of the mod: the Part Terminal Crafting Job, which the quest book describes as showing which crafting recipes are happening at any time.[1][2]
Where the quest book puts it
The mod has no chapter of its own. Its quest, a quest in "Integrated Dynamics", sits in the Integrated Dynamics chapter, which is in the Logistics group. That chapter is number 34 of 70 in the book and has 27 quests. It opens with "Integrated Dynamics" quest, which calls Integrated Dynamics a logistics mod for storage and for item, power and fluid transfer.[2]
The crafting job terminal is at the far end of the autocrafting branch. The branch goes like this:[2]
- a quest in "Integrated Dynamics" comes first. It is titled Getting Advanced, and it lets you set the value of variables.[2]
- a quest in "Integrated Dynamics" comes next. It is titled AUTO CRAFT, and it has you place a Crafting Interface on a crafting table and give it recipes saved on Variable Cards.[2]
- a quest in "Integrated Dynamics" comes last. It is titled Shows Recipes, and its task is the crafting job terminal.[2]
As far as the quest sources show, no other quest in the chapter comes after the crafting job terminal quest, so it ends that branch.[2]
How do you get started with IntegratedTerminals?
5 parts
IntegratedTerminals adds terminals for managing and overviewing your Integrated Dynamics networks. It's an extension to Integrated Dynamics, so get that mod's basics going first. Here's the order I'd make things in.[3]
Step one: Menril Glass
Everything starts with Menril Glass, a special self-illuminating glass. You get it by drying Menril Resin onto Glass in a Drying Basin. Both the storage terminal part and the crafting job terminal part use it in their recipes, so make some before anything else.[3][4]
Step two: the Storage Terminal
The Part Terminal Storage lets you interact with your storage networks, such as your attached Energy Batteries. If other mods add storage capabilities, like the item and fluid capabilities from Integrated Tunnels, you can interact with those too.[3]

Step three: take it with you
Once you have the storage terminal part, you can make the Portable Storage Terminal from it with this recipe.[4]

Step four: the Crafting Job Terminal
The Part Terminal Crafting Job lets you see and cancel all running crafting jobs in the network. Opening it shows a list of jobs, and clicking one gives you a more detailed overview. For each job you can see the remaining sub-jobs, status, duration, owner and channel.[3]

The pack's quest book has a quest for this item, a quest in "Integrated Dynamics", in the Integrated Dynamics chapter. It describes the terminal as showing which crafting recipes are happening at any time, and it comes after an earlier quest in that chapter.[2]
Autocrafting from the Storage Terminal
If your network contains crafting recipes, you can start crafting jobs right from the Storage Terminal. Click a recipe, choose how many times to run it, and review the crafting plan, which lists required and missing ingredients. After that the job starts. Power users can shift-click a recipe to skip the amount screen and go straight to the plan. All running jobs are visible in the Crafting Job Terminal.[3]
How does IntegratedTerminals work?
5 parts
Integrated Terminals is an extension to Integrated Dynamics. It gives you GUI terminals for managing and overviewing your Integrated Dynamics networks. The Storage Terminal lets you work with the storage in your network, such as attached Energy Batteries. If other mods add item or fluid storage capabilities, like the ones from Integrated Tunnels, you can interact with those through it too.[3]
The Storage Terminal
The Part Terminal Storage is a part that you place on a cable to get GUI-based storage management for the attached network. Before you can craft it you need Menril Glass, a self-illuminating glass made by drying Menril Resin onto Glass in a Drying Basin.[3]

Inside the terminal you can filter and sort, and you can switch the sorting between registry ID and quantity (stack size for items, mB for fluids). If the built-in text filters aren't enough, you can feed in your own Predicates through Variable Cards. They must take the ingredient type as input and return a Boolean.[3]
Click quantities and grid size
The pack's config controls how much you grab with a click. Clicking an item selects 64 and right-clicking removes 1. Clicking a fluid or energy selects 100,000, and right-clicking removes 1,000.[5]
The terminal grid comes in preset sizes. Small is 9 columns by 5 rows, medium is 10 by 7, and large is 11 by 9. When the grid scales with your screen, it can grow to at most 32 columns and 20 rows. In the GUI you can also set the current settings as the defaults for new terminals.[3][5]
Power use
In this pack the base energy usage is 2 for the storage terminal (general.general.terminalStorageBaseConsumption) and 1 for the crafting terminal (general.general.terminalCraftingBaseConsumption). The sources don't say which unit or time interval this refers to.[5]
Portable Storage Terminal
Attach a Crystallized Menril Chunk to a Storage Terminal and you get the Portable Storage Terminal.[3][4]
Crafting Shaped
Recipe id: integratedterminals:crafting/terminal_storage_portable
To link it to a network, the network needs an Omni-Directional Connector. Right-click the connector with the portable terminal. You can also configure a hotkey that opens the first Portable Storage Terminal in your inventory.[3]
Ender upgrade
Right-click a Storage Terminal with an Eye of Ender to ender-upgrade it. It then gains an Ender Storage tab showing the contents of your personal Ender Chest, and you can insert and extract items there, including by shift-clicking. Because that chest is bound to you and not to the network, the tab has no channel selector, no search field and no Variable filter slots.[3]

How do you progress through IntegratedTerminals?
2 parts
IntegratedTerminals has no tiers of its own in this pack. Its items hang off the Integrated Dynamics progression, so you unlock them by working through that quest chapter. It sits in the Logistics group as chapter 34 of 70 in the book, with 27 quests. The only quest in it that asks for an IntegratedTerminals item is a quest in "Integrated Dynamics", which hands you Part Terminal Crafting Job.[2]
The quest path
- Start with "Integrated Dynamics" quest. It introduces the mod and tells you Menril trees are found in Meneglin biomes.[2]
- Get Menril Resin from the Squeezer (a quest in "Integrated Dynamics"), then put a Drying Basin next to it (a quest in "Integrated Dynamics"). After 7.5 seconds the resin turns into a Block of Crystallized Menril.[2]
- Turn that block into Crystallized Menril Chunks ("Crystallized Menril Chunks" quest). The quest calls them the main crafting ingredient of Integrated Dynamics, and several later quests unlock after it.[2]
- Build your network basics: "Logic Cables" quest, then "Variable Cards" quest, which lead on to a quest in "Integrated Dynamics" and a quest in "Integrated Dynamics".[2]
- Read the untitled checkmark quests that explain moving items, interface menus and importer/exporter menus. The a quest in "Integrated Dynamics" quest comes after them.[2]
- Take the Crafting Interface quest, a quest in "Integrated Dynamics", which unlocks after the Logic Programmer.[2]
- Finish with a quest in "Integrated Dynamics", which unlocks after the Crafting Interface quest. The quest says this part shows which crafting recipes are happening at any time.[2]
Terminal recipes
The recipe dump lists three recipes for IntegratedTerminals items, all as mod recipes. The first is the crafting job terminal that the quest book asks you for.[4]

How does IntegratedTerminals work with other mods?
3 parts
In this pack, IntegratedTerminals is tied closely to Integrated Dynamics. Every recipe in the sources that links it to another mod uses Integrated Dynamics items or machines, so getting the terminals means working through that mod first.[4]
Terminal crafting
The Part Terminal Storage part uses Integrated Dynamics components in its recipe, and so does the Part Terminal Crafting Job part. Both also need Menril Glass from this mod.[4]

Glass and the Drying Basin
Menril Glass and Chorus Glass both have recipes that run through the Integrated Dynamics Drying Basin, and each also has a Mechanical Drying Basin version. Each recipe uses 1,000 of a fluid: Menril Resin for Menril Glass and Liquid Chorus for Chorus Glass.[4]

Where the quest book puts it
The crafting job terminal quest sits in the Integrated Dynamics chapter, in the Logistics group (chapter 34 of 70 in the book). The first quest of that chapter gives a guidebook as a reward if you want to go deeper into the mod.[2]
a quest in "Integrated Dynamics" asks for the crafting job terminal part, and its text says it shows which crafting recipes are happening at any time. It comes after a crafting interface quest from Integrated Crafting. The chapter has 5 more quests whose text isn't shown here, so check the quest book for those.[2]
The quests before the terminals cover the materials you need. "Crystallized Menril Chunks" quest explains that Crystallized Menril Chunks are the main crafting ingredient of Integrated Dynamics. a quest in "Integrated Dynamics" and a quest in "Integrated Dynamics" cover the Variable Transformers, and both come after "Variable Cards" quest.[2]
Which All the Mons quests use IntegratedTerminals?
2 parts
This mod shows up in one place in the quest book: the Integrated Dynamics chapter, in the Logistics group (chapter 34 of 70, with 27 quests). The Integrated Terminals quest sits at the very end of one branch of that chapter, so you walk through a fair bit of Integrated Dynamics first.[2]
The Integrated Terminals quest
a quest in "Integrated Dynamics" asks you to hand in Part Terminal Crafting Job. The quest text says it shows which crafting recipes are happening at any time. It comes right after a quest in "Integrated Dynamics", and no other quest in the chapter lists it as a prerequisite.[2]
The path to get there
- Start with "Integrated Dynamics" quest, the chapter intro. It points you to the guidebook given as a reward.[2]
- Follow the Menril line: a quest in "Integrated Dynamics", then a quest in "Integrated Dynamics", then "Crystallized Menril Chunks" quest, which the quest calls the main crafting ingredient of Integrated Dynamics.[2]
- After the chunks quest, several quests open up, including "Logic Cables" quest, a quest in "Integrated Dynamics", a quest in "Integrated Dynamics" and a quest in "Integrated Dynamics".[2]
- "Variable Cards" quest follows Logic Cables. After it come a quest in "Integrated Dynamics" and a quest in "Integrated Dynamics", which lead to a quest in "Integrated Dynamics" and a quest in "Integrated Dynamics".[2]
- a quest in "Integrated Dynamics" is a checkmark quest that comes after the importing, exporting and interface quests. Two more untitled checkmark quests, a quest in "Integrated Dynamics" and a quest in "Integrated Dynamics", explain the interface and importer/exporter menus.[2]
- a quest in "Integrated Dynamics" comes after one of those untitled checkmark quests. It lets you set variable values, for example to filter by item or fluid.[2]
- a quest in "Integrated Dynamics" comes after the Logic Programmer. You place a Crafting Interface on a crafting table and give it Variable Cards holding recipes made with the Logic Programmer.[2]
- Finish with a quest in "Integrated Dynamics".[2]
Which IntegratedTerminals config options matter?
5 parts
Everything below comes straight from the pack's Integrated Terminals common config. The file doesn't say which values differ from the mod's defaults, so I can't tell you which ones the pack changed. These are simply the values the pack runs with.[5]
Crafting planner and performance
- core.general.craftingPlannerEnableMultithreading is false in this pack, so the crafting planners don't work on separate threads. core.general.craftingPlannerThreads is set to 2.[5]
- core.general.packetSerializationEnableMultithreading and core.general.packetDeserializationEnableMultithreading are both true, so packets are serialized and deserialized in separate threads.[5]
- core.general.terminalStoragePacketMaxInstances is 512 and core.general.terminalStoragePacketMaxRecipes is 128. The file says to reduce these if you get packet overflows.[5]
- core.general.terminalStorageMaxTreePlanSize is 64. Past that many leaves, a tree-based crafting plan is no longer sent to the client.[5]
- core.general.terminalStorageDefaultToCraftingPlanTree is false, so crafting plans open in the flattened view by default.[5]
Storage terminal behavior
- core.general.terminalStorageTabEnderChestEnabled is true. You can upgrade a storage terminal with an eye of ender to get a tab showing your ender chest contents. core.general.terminalStorageEnderParticles is false, so those terminals don't emit ender particles.[5]
- general.general.guiStoragePauseSortingWhileShifting is true, so the terminal stops re-sorting while you hold shift. general.general.syncItemStorageAndCraftingTabStates is also true, so the search box and button states stay in sync between the item storage and crafting tabs.[5]
- general.general.shiftClickCraftingResultLimit is false, so shift-clicking the crafting result slot is not limited to a single result.[5]
- general.general.guiStorageForceCraftingGridCenter is false, so the crafting grid stays responsive to screen size instead of always being centered.[5]
- machine.general.craftingJobFinishedToast is true, so you get a toast when a crafting job you requested finishes. machine.general.guiTerminalCraftingJobsUpdateFrequency is 1000 milliseconds.[5]
Click quantities
Clicking an item in the storage terminal selects 64 (machine.general.guiStorageItemInitialQuantity), and right-clicking removes 1 (machine.general.guiStorageItemIncrementalQuantity). For fluids, the initial selection is 100,000 (machine.general.guiStorageFluidInitialQuantity) and right-clicking removes 1,000 (machine.general.guiStorageFluidIncrementalQuantity). Energy uses the same numbers: 100,000 initially (machine.general.guiStorageEnergyInitialQuantity) and 1,000 per right-click (machine.general.guiStorageEnergyIncrementalQuantity).[5]
Terminal sizes
The storage terminal scales to your screen. The small size is 9 columns by 5 rows (general.general.guiStorageScaleSmallColumns, general.general.guiStorageScaleSmallRows). Medium is 10 by 7 (general.general.guiStorageScaleMediumColumns, general.general.guiStorageScaleMediumRows) and large is 11 by 9 (general.general.guiStorageScaleLargeColumns, general.general.guiStorageScaleLargeRows). When scaling, the maximum is 32 columns (general.general.guiStorageScaleMaxColumns) and 20 rows (general.general.guiStorageScaleMaxRows). The height-based scale uses 9 columns (general.general.guiStorageScaleHeightColumns) and the width-based scale uses 5 rows (general.general.guiStorageScaleWidthRows).[5]
Energy use and housekeeping
The base energy usage is 1 for the crafting terminal (general.general.terminalCraftingBaseConsumption) and 2 for the storage terminal (general.general.terminalStorageBaseConsumption). Analytics (core.general.analytics) and the version checker (core.general.versionChecker) are both off.[5]
Unverified The config file doesn't say which of these values differ from the mod's defaults, so treat none of them as confirmed pack changes.
