Draconic Evolution
13 quests, with the items each asks for and where they come from in FTB StoneBlock 4.
- Welcome to Draconic Evolution
Draconic Evolution (DE)is a mid-game to late-game mod focused around dragons, energy, and very overpowered equipment. To get started with DE, you'll first need to gather some Draconium Dust. The main way to acquire this dust is to level up your Dimensionalist Unearther at least tier 4, but you may also acquire it through other methods (check JEI). You can also just manually brush End Stone once your Unearther Level is high enough.
Asks for:Draconium Dust
- Draconium Core
The Draconium Core is one of the main crafting components in DE and can be used in some basic recipes for items and Modules used in Draconic Armor and Tools.
Needs: Welcome to Draconic EvolutionAsks for:Draconium Core
- Fusion Crafting
To craft more advanced items in Draconic Evolution, you will need a special crafting setup called Fusion Crafting. The Fusion Crafting Core must be the middle of the setup, with Draconium Fusion Crafting Ejectors placed facing towards the Core 2 blocks apart. The Core will also need a redstone signal to start.

- Draconic Energy Transfer
DE Energy Crystals can transfer RF power to linked blocks via an energy network with at least one I/O Crystal and one Wireless Crystal. Shift + Right-click your Wireless Crystal to start linking it to other blocks by Right-clicking. Relays can only connect to other Network components, so they are only used to extend the range of your network. Check the next page for transfer rates -> Each crystal tier can output a different amount of power per connection: The Basic Tier can transfer up to 32,000 RF/t The Wyvern Tier can transfer up to 128,000 RF/t The Draconic Tier can transfer up to 256,000 RF/t

Basic Energy Relay Crystal,
Basic Wireless Energy Crystal,
Crystal Binder,
Draconic Energy I/O Crystal,
Draconic Energy Relay Crystal
- Wyvern Core
The Wyvern Core is an upgraded crafting component used for most DE recipes and items.
Needs: Draconium CoreAsks for:Wyvern Core
- Wyvern Infusion
To upgrade to the Wyvern Fusion Injectors, you will need at least 8 Draconium Injectors placed around the Core. You can right-click each item the injectors need to craft the upgrade. Each injector will also need power. With all items placed in the injectors, you can place the main item in the Core, and the craft should start once it has a redstone signal.
Needs: Wyvern Core, Fusion CraftingAsks for:Wyvern Fusion Crafting Injector
- DE Energy Core
The DE energy core is a tiered energy storage solution capable of storing a near-infinite quantity of power when fully upgraded. Its core components are the Energy Core and the Energy Core Stabilizers, which can be placed in any direction up to 8 blocks away from the core. To insert or extract power from the Core, you'll need to place down an Energy Pylon within 10 blocks of the core, then place a glass block under or above it. To upgrade the core, you'll need to surround the Energy Core with more Draconium Blocks per tier. At tier 8, you'll also need to surround it with Awakened Draconium Blocks. The energy core has a build guide within its interface when you interact with it that can automatically place the blocks in their position from your inventory. At tier 8, you will also need to upgrade your Stabilizers into a ring, requiring a total of 36 blocks (9 per ring).

- Draconic Capacitors
Draconic Capacitors are portable batteries that can store and provide power to other items within your inventory. Note: Capacitors can also go in your Curio Slots. At this point you will also gain access to Wyvern Tools, Wyvern Weapons, and the Wyvern Chestpiece.
Needs: Wyvern InfusionAsks for:Chaotic Capacitor,
Draconic Capacitor,

- Awakened Draconium
By infusing a Dragon's Heart into your Draconium, you can acquire Awakened Draconium which you'll need if you wish to upgrade your existing DE setups.
Needs: Wyvern InfusionAsks for:Awakened Draconium Block
- Chaos Fragments
You gain access to Tiny Chaos Fragments after facing off against the Mighty Ender Chicken. You will need to use a Fluid Laser to extract Molten Chaos, which can be turned into Tiny Chaos Fragments. You can learn more about how to do this in the Bringing Home The Chicken quest in the T5 chapter.
Needs: Milking A... Chicken? (in Tier 5: Hyperion), Awakened DraconiumAsks for:Tiny Chaos Fragment
- Awakened Infusion
With Awakened Draconium, you can now upgrade your Infusion setup to craft more advanced items. You can now upgrade your Wyvern Gear to Draconic Tier.
Needs: Awakened DraconiumAsks for:Draconic Fusion Crafting Injector
- Chaotic Infusion
By milking the Mighty Ender Chicken, you can acquire Molten Chaos that can be solidified into Chaos Shards used to upgrade your infusion setup and craft the most advanced DE items. You can now upgrade your Draconic Gear to Chaotic Tier.
Needs: Awakened Infusion, Chaos FragmentsAsks for:Chaotic Fusion Crafting Injector
- The Draconic Reactor
The Draconic Reactor is the ultimate energy generator, capable of producing hundreds of millions of RF/t with the correct setup. This Reactor can explode! To start setting one, place the Reactor Core in the center with the Stabilizers up to 5 blocks away from it each in a separate direction, and the Injector above or below it. To fuel the Reactor, you must provide it with Awakened Draconium (max 8 blocks at a time) and a massive amount of energy: the more energy you provide, the more energy it'll produce. More information on the next page -> Before you can power on your reactor, you'll be met with this interface, and you'll need to know what's what to avoid a Reactor meltdown that will nuke everything within 500 blocks. We'll go over the interface, from left to right, on the next page -> - Core Temperature: Requires at least 2000°C to Activate the Reactor. A temperature of 8000°C or higher will begin heating up the core exponentially, increasing the chance of a meltdown occurring. - Containment Field Strength: Controls the protection around the core. If this reaches 0 the Reactor will explode. The lower this value the more power you can make. - Energy Saturation: Increases as it absorbs more energy and reduces when you pull out energy. The higher the saturation the lower the generation rate. Higher Saturation also increases temperature - Fuel Conversion: How much fuel you have left and how much has been converted into energy (how much fuel is spent per tick to keep the reactor going). A perfectly balanced reactor burns nothing per tick. The Longer it stays balanced the longer it'll maintain its temperature. More on the next page -> Once everything is in place and you've provided fuel to your Reactor, you can safely hit "Charge" to start the Reactor. First, it'll change the Containment Field and Energy Saturation to 50%, then start heating up to 2kC. At this point it'll give you the option to Activate the reactor. If all goes well, nothing blows up. Your "Active" interface should look something like this:
