Custom Machinery ArsNouveau in FTB StoneBlock 4

Custom Machinery ArsNouveau is part of this pack, and the version you get is 1.2.5 (the file is custom_machinery_ars-1.2.5.jar). It has been in the pack since this version or earlier.^[1]

Unverified The sources I have don't describe what this mod adds, who it is aimed at, or how it plays. I won't guess from the name. Check in-game, for example through item search, before you build around it.

Unverified No quests, in-jar guidebook or ATM Star path entry for this mod were found, so I can't say where it fits in the pack's progression.

Custom Machinery ArsNouveau is an add-on that links Ars Nouveau's source mana to custom machines. In this pack, the only thing I can confirm about it is how it shows up in JEI, so this section stays short.^[2]

When a custom machine's recipe uses source, JEI shows it as a per-tick amount. A recipe that needs source reads 'Consume source' with an amount and a rate per tick. A recipe that makes source reads 'Produce source' with the same kind of amount and rate. Check these lines before you build anything so you know how much source a machine needs and whether it generates any.^[2]

Unverified I could not confirm any starter items, crafting recipes or quests for this mod in this pack, so I can't give you a first-items order. Nothing I was given shows a recipe that produces this mod's items, so check JEI in your world before you plan a build around it. This site does hold FTB StoneBlock 4's own recipes, read from the pack itself: look the item up in the item browser.

The sources for this mod are very thin, so this section is short. The only thing I can confirm is that Custom Machinery ArsNouveau adds a source requirement type to machine recipes, one that works on a per-tick basis.^[2]

Source as a per-tick recipe ingredient

In JEI, a recipe can show a line reading "Consume source" followed by an amount and a rate per tick (written as "/t"). That means the machine takes source continuously while the recipe runs, rather than as a single one-off payment.^[2]

The mod also has the opposite line, "Produce source", which uses the same amount-at-rate-per-tick format. So a machine recipe can output source over time as well.^[2]

Unverified The sources don't explain how to build the machines, how multiblocks are laid out, how source is piped in or out, or how to automate items and fluids. They also give no pack-specific recipes, configs or quest values for this mod, so none of that is covered here.
